Though the prices are expensive for a 'quiosque' I used to go to this place often because the staff was very friendly. However, since they changed the staff, for the Summer 2021, it is absolutely terrible. I just (tried) to go there (again) but the waitress was not in the mood to serve anyone... I felt like I was being told off by a teacher or I was an intruder. This is not the first time this happens, they are always laughing with each other (it does feel like they are laughing at the customers) and almost roll their eyes whenever you ask for anything. Extremely rude staff, the owners must get friendlier and more approachable staff as this is not a way to treat customers.

Poor customer treatment. Barely a "hello", you feel annoying just ordering, then it takes 20 min to arrive and it's not what you ordered. It's a random touristic place in front of the beach where you are considered as a number and that's it.

The food was OK but at the end it was a nightmare!! When I arrived I asked if they take card payments, and they say yes.but at the moment I ask for my check surprise!! They just take Portuguese card. Given it is my last day in Portugal I didn't have any cash with me. So they push me to leave my kids behind(6 and 9 years old) and go to an ATM. I dashed into a petrol station with no luck since the mashine have no money, went back and explain and since I refuse to leave my kids again and go to another ATM they told me to wait until one of the staff members can sort us to another ATM. Finally we found one took the money out and paid. But it was a horrible experience in a hot day with two little ones. Staff was pretty rubbish and unhelpful.

Rude and incompetent staff. They are not friendly at all and your order usually comes all messed up. They make you feel it's your fault for their incompetence.
