I didnt understand if the orthodont doctor had few experience or they just wanted to catch more money from cliente. Maybe altogether. I made an appointment but the doctor told he couldnt do everything in same day (30 minutes of work) and i need to come another day. Also wanted to make RayX for full mouth for no reason. He told its their clinic protocol. Not free I am sure those protocol unnecessery staff and not healthy to make RayX for no reason. So i went away with no work done speacially as they told they cant make all work for one appoinment. Luckily i find another place they made everythibg fast, at same moment with no RX.

The cleaning I received was really good. The higienist was very kind and gentle. The rest of the experience was strange. I felt like I was in a car dealership. Oh, the add-on sales. I was given some pricing options for teeth aligning and was told that they could provide me with a letter to submit to my insurance company for pre-approval. Great. All I needed to do was submit a request via e-mail. I did but never heard back. I appreciate an experience in which I feel like a valued client, not #346. This wasn’t it.

Who loves going to the dentist? I do!! I think the world of Mafalda and Alinea Premium Oral Care. I feel so lucky to have Mafalda/Alinea in Monte Estoril. She takes wonderful care of my teeth and also teaches me how to take better care of them. The office is modern, super clean and well run. I am always seen on time and the front desk is so nice -- easy to book appointments with and to pay etc.. It is a smooth operation. 5 stars!

My 7-year old daughter chipped her front adult tooth at school and we were very concerned. At Alina Premium Oral Care we were able to get two appointments the same day. The first appointment was with an orthodontist within minutes of the event occurring. He was very professional and explained everything, helped keep us calm. Next, we saw a pediatric dentist who was clearly very knowledgeable and excellent with children. She did the work efficiently, with minimal pain to my daughter. The final result looks excellent. The entire process was very smooth, organized, and professional. Back in Toronto, this process would have taken at least a week! The office is very modern, beautiful and with a great view to the ocean. Everyone spoke perfect English which was important to me as I am a recent arrival and don’t speak Portuguese.

My experience getting my teeth cleaned was outstanding. The office is beautiful, with a view of the the ocean. Visiting from the United States, it was important to me that everyone spoke English. In addition, everyone was extremely warm and welcoming, including the clinical director Cesar Pimental and his wife who showed my husband and I around the office. My oral hygienist Mafalda and her assistant were phenomenal. In addition to a thorough teeth cleaning they gave me a procedure that gets rid of stains and made many helpful suggestions to keep my mouth in tip-top shape. They would definitely be my full time dental practice if they were located in the US. We spend winters in Portugal so I look forward to utilizing their office in January for teeth cleaning and any other work on my mouth that I need done

Super happy with implant treatment here. Staff are extremely friendly and dentist very competent. I don't regret for a second taking a flight from London to do an affordable and high quality treatment in Portugal

Don't know how to express my Gratitude for Alinea..(Estoril)I had dental phobia .Two years back my teeth were in need of treatment but I was trying to avoid.I was terrified to go to the dentist.Then we moved here in Portugal and my tooth ache got unbearable.I was recommended some names here on FB and I believe my guardian angel was very near to me that time that I chose Alinea.I met Dr Paulo first only for counselling and he promised me painless treatment. My treatment started with root canal ( of which I had bitter experiences in other hospitals in the past).it was done by Dr Hugo .Believe me that time it was a miracle to me that I didn't even feel the anethesea injection.Then Dr Paulo did my 4 implants and some extractions ( i didn't feel the slightest pain).Then Dr Martha did all crowning and cleaning was done by Dr Maria .I am not exaggerating.They are angels .I stopped having sleepless nights before going to the clinic.l just used to go and be on the chair and relax .I still am having routine checkups with Dr Maria.All I can say with The every core of my heart They are really Great .God Bless Them .❤️

I had my four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Paulo and his assistant Veronica and I cannot recommend them enough! They were super professional, thoughtful, and highly skilled. I did not feel any pain and my recovery was fast and much better than what I was expecting.

We had an appointment for my 8 year old son today and thanks to Dr Joana Ferreira and her assistant we had a great experience. They were extremely patient with my son who was very afraid of dentists, they tried to calm him and support him quite professionally. I highly recommend this clinic especially if you are looking for help with your kids, the place has TV monitors to distract your child and everybody speaks perfectly well English. Well done Alinea Clinic👍

They are great dentists, but they are never on time. Everytime I go there, I have to wait a lot until they take care of me. I don’t know why they make appointments if they never honor them.
