Needed to have an baixa because I am sick, the security guy sent me away to an other health center since they where fully booked until august. When you call the sns number they sent me back to this health center. This health center system is not working for the people, the staff is rude and not professional. Nobody seems willing to help you, doctors are nowhere to be found. Real shame they call this an health center

My mother and I wanted to book dates to see a doctor and no one would assist us as we spoke English. My grandmother had gone previously and she was helped with no problems so there is no excuse for the way the lady treated us. The Security guard was also extremely rude. No one working at any medical place should behave this way. Horrendous!

When trying to make a question to the person working on the reception, the answer was "Please wait until we call your number and if you have questions talk to the security". Paying taxes for this type of service is a shame and this type of behavior is not helpful or acceptable at all. Please give education to your staff so we can all live in a healthy community. Thanks!

Absolutely disgusting people. Shouting at my parents who literally just moved to Portugal because they don't speak Portuguese yet. Refused to help them because of this. They need a reminder of how many Portuguese people live outside of Portugal, and would have had their own battles learning a language after literally just 2 months. Horrible place and worse people. And look at all the other ratings? I don't think I've ever seen a place with less than 2 star rating on Google. You should be ashamed.

Although it may be hard to get through on the phone, this a similar issue in many health facilities depending on which time of day etc. Even though we do not speak portuguese or are residents, we received brilliant health care over a longer period. It is all about the people; flexible, kind and knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to return.

Worst attitude ever seen.

The waiting here is very very long...only one person who takes 5 minutes for each...and a row of persons impatienly waiting.....

I made an exam prescribed by doctor and got result from clinic. I want to meet doctor to show the result but they said doctor not available and will not available until next two month. Very irresponsible person at reception.

Helpful professionals. Kind security man. I received there good treatment. Thanks to doctor Sabina Shmatko. Professional and attentive doctor.
