Tasteless, burned coffee in a noisy, dirty environment. Many items out of stock. They had no pumpkin spice lattes, almond milk or coconut milk. Try Sical or Jeronymo if you want a decent coffee in this mall.

The espresso I had here was the worst coffee I have had in many years. Weak, insipid and burnt tasting. The place was dirty with wrappers and sugar all over the floor and the tables covered in mess and spilled coffee. The staff were inexperienced and you have to stand up and wait until your name is called just to get a simple coffee! why do people go here? it is a vile place with unethical practices to boot

Best soy caramel macchiato I’ve ever had - made by Diogo As an American living in Portugal, Starbucks is my comfort place. I’ve had Starbucks from all over the world and this Starbucks is pretty average. Coffee is sometimes burnt or watery. HOWEVER, this becomes the BEST Starbucks in the world when the barista Diogo makes the coffee. You know it’s real skills when only his coffee tastes good. He can seriously elevate it to artisanal coffee. I rejoice every time I see him working at the bar.

Alwayd suprised by the cosy environment and nice reception particularly at the beginning of the day! And always a good company to have to plan what’s ahead!

In the past it was a calm and clean place to drink some coffee and live the Starbucks culture while resting or working. Nowadays this Starbucks inside Cascais shopping is noisy and really dirty, most of the times the store does not have a lot of customers (which does not happen in other stores in Lisbon that are always full and with lots of movement) and there are some employees available but they are just chatting or playing behind the balcony instead of getting things done or having the store clean. Basically the staff just don’t care about their workplace. The prices went higher during the pandemic but the quality of service dropped. Sometime I still go drink an expresso and there’s always garbage in the tables or the floor is dirty (photos from last visit), but it is just sad for people that went there in the past. Unfortunately I give low rating, if you want quality go to Starbucks Rossio store for example.

It was a very big order. They were very sweet and quick and always with a good attitude in the middle of rush hour.

Was searching for coffee all around and there it was... Starbucks! Madalena was the sweetest and so helpful! I'll be back tomorrow!

The coffee is very bitter, there is no softness, I advise you to change the type, but the cheesecake and milk shake are very tasty

I have never gotten anyone rude at this Starbucks, but lazy, yes. A couple times they would try to shortcut my orders (instead of cold brew putting hot coffee onto ice resulting into a lukewarm, diluted coffee, "fixing" my pink drink order by halving the refresher and diluting it instead of making another). I have had some good encounters here with friendly employees who make the order as intended, but lately I have had some that feel lazy

Who can seriously say that Starbucks has great coffee roasts? I wonder how a company like this can exist and survive in southern European countries. It truly baffles me.

Regular Starbucks, inside a shopping centre. Generally crowded and loud. Staff is helpful and nice, food and drinks have good quality, but a little expensive. Good for a coffee and snack after your shopping, but not good to stay long and chill out

What an amazing experience in terms of service. In Portugal Starbucks doesn't serve doubleshot ice shaken expresso. But we missed it so much, we asked for it. Miguel was so kind he knew how to make it and made it perfectly. We were so grateful. This is what is called a 5star service. Thank u again Miguel! You are the best.

The one and only Starbucks in the area. Located in the Cascais Shopping mall. Lots of choices and different varieties. Staff is always super nice. Thankfully they got some options for vegetarians. Their cookies are amazing! Recommend 100%
