Had a terrible experience here. Their security guard ran after me and refused to let me leave the store, after I purchased two items. After an embarrassing few minutes they realized their mistake and didn’t even offer an apology. A few days later they finally called me to own up to their mistake. Just awful. I am done with this brand.

Where to start? I arrived and i found 6 people from the staff in a round talking with each other and making jokes, which would be ok if things were being done, but thats not the case. Besides the terrible directions the staff provides whenever you ask something, they don't even make an effort to help you. The organization of the store could be way much better as well. At the cashier, when i was about to pay i needed to wait 5min for someone to come and solve a problem with the reader. Where was the manager in the middle of this!?!? Anyway... if you have an option avoid this store.

horrible service, just 1 person at checkout restocking takes weeks (paint and lacquer), overpriced goods and no proper replacement parts, only whole systems (shower and hoses)

It is an good DIY store, but sometimes it lacks from some products. compared to stores from the same entity, it`s a small store but everything in general, good service and few people.

Has every kind of household tools at reasonable prices. The staff is extremely efficient and kind. Will definitely consider going back.

It has a lot of decoration now for Christmas. You can get wood cut.

Service is excellent in the Shop, if you need to return something you bought, it may take long time due to queue and the fact there only 1 person attending.

Another home improvement store. Youve seen one, you've seen them all. This one has everything. Staff are very helpful.

As a store -- it's fine. They have a lot of small items that you need at home. The staff is friendly and helpful. But as a service, it's horrible. We wanted to use their boiler/heater inspection and replacement service. After 3 last minute reschedules, one botched visit and a promise of "will call you soon" -- still nothing. It's been a month and a half, and we haven't gotten any service.
