Toby is devoted, knowleagable and really takes time to get to the root of the problem. I see him whenever my hip plays up and it takes just one session to align me and relax the muscles. I hear he does amazing yoga classes too combining osteopathy so I'm looking forward to trying that! 100% recommended!

I would like to recommend Tobias as a very professional Ostheopatic. I had an awful pain in my low back and he solved it in a couple sessions and he not just solved the problem, he also explained me how to do my sport exercises in a wright way that the pain will not come back again.

I have been going to Tobias for five sessions today and he has made a huge difference to me being able to walk without having awful pain going down the entire length of my right leg. I highly recommend Tobias for his excellent osteopathy and knowledge of the human skeletal structure.

I first went to see Tobias for help with my back and ilio psoas issues, where his osteo therapy and suggested exercises to help alleviate my pain helped me tremendously. I really felt huge relief after a full session with him, which sometimes included a fabulous deep tissue massage. I then began semi private classes of floor work with Tobias incorporating pilates and stretching. We now enjoy a unique combination of yoga, pilates , stretching and targeting specific muscle areas that may be in need of work and then end off with a wonderfully relaxing meditation. What I also find very comforting and secure is that Tobias is a trained osteopath, and if during the class I have a specific issue he gives hands on attention. He is very dedicated and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend his services, be it for his treatments or his classes.
