Beautiful house, excellent design details, spacious rooms. Very good location, free wifi, park available (paid). Small restaurant with a curated menu, meals not very expensive. Service could improve in small details - young team, friendly but not very experienced yet. (breakfast, room service)

There is no refrigerator, coffee or bottled water in the room. The room is clean and quiet but the view is not good.

Charming. Quiet. Stylish. This guesthouse is a diamond by the sea. The people working here are friendly and helpful. The decor is Mid Century Modern and chill. The common areas are clean and plenty of areas to sit and enjoy a book. The pool area is just right for the size of the place with nice loungers. The room was a good size with a comfy bed. The included breakfast was yummy and had just enough variety. It’s within walking distance to many good restaurants in the area. Also a easy 30 minute walk to Cascais along the sea. Looking forward to another weekend getaway here!

Stayed here for 4 nights recently on a family trip to Estoril. Access is via a gate on a side street onto a set of stairs. There is also a lift, so there are no issues with access. Lovely little place tucked away in the Town Centre. Very clean with friendly staff. Rooms were very well presented, clean, and modern. Our room had a TV, mini fridge and a balcony overlooking the streets. Our room had a shower only, but others had baths in. Breakfast was continental-style, with eggs being the staple cooked to your liking (fried/scrambled/omelette, etc..) also have cereals, toast, a selection of teas / juice, etc... There is a decent size pool, which didn't appear to be heated, but it was clean, and the kids loved it. You can order drinks and a small selection of snacks while poolside, and the staff will bring them out. The location is on a side street amongst many other businesses and busy side roads. There is what sounded like a primary school nearby, and you could hear the kids playing out on their breaks. This didn't bother me, but if you expect it to be very quiet, then bear this in mind. It's about a 5 minute brisk walk to the beachfront. You have to cross a dual carriageway that runs through Estoril, but this causes no problems if you are careful with the traffic. There is a railway station where you can get a ticket to Cascais for a few euros. It's also well served by taxis / buses and ubers. There is a subway you walk through to get to the beach, which is clean, and there is a selection of restaurants to eat at, and ice cream shops, etc... You can walk to Cascais - it's about 15 to 20 minutes at a brisk pace. I would stay here again if visiting this part of Portugal.

I can't say enough good things about the Somewhere Estoril Guesthouse. All areas of the hotel are beautifully furnished, and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The bed was one of the comfiest I've slept on and the breakfast was delicious. Best of all are the staff, they are so friendly and polite, and they made our stay a real pleasure. The hotel itself is just a short walk from Estoril train station, and we were able to easily order an Uber for visiting other areas. There's also a lot of great bars and restaurants within walking distance, and getting to Cascais is a lovely walk along the seafront.

We had so a good time there. The Room was clean and comfortable. The Service was really excellent. Everyone was friendly, helpful and relaxed. Even as we take some friends to the pool although they were no guests. The beach is 5 minutes away. And the train to cascais and lisbon either. I just want to come back. We loved it.

This is technically a "Guesthouse" and not a hotel strictly, as far as I can tell, because of the limited number of rooms. However, Somewhere Estoril Guesthouse (aptly named because our taxi drove past it twice) is as fine a hotel as one will find in Estoril / Cascais area for the price. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed, the bathroom is supervised for a moderately priced European hotel, Reception is manned 24/7, excellent TV and WiFi connections, complimentary breakfast, bar. Etc. Centrally located in Estoril just 3 blocks to the.beach and 2 blocks to the train to Lisbon and 2 blocks in the other direction to the world famous Estoril Casino. Great value all the way around.

Really nice hotel. Friendly staff and nice location in Estoril. Few rooms make a nice atmosphere. Good breakfast, and a nice sitting area downstairs near the pool! Close to the conference center in Estoril.

Great small hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Some traffic noise at times out by pool. Five minutes from train station and promenade.

My fiancé & I stayed at Somewhere Estoril Guesthouse for 2 nights. The hotel is off the main area a bit. The train is very convenient to take over to Cascáis - takes 4 minutes. Buy a Viva Vitamen card in advance. The pool is not heated. The rooms were clean & as de scripted. Reception was very helpful, we will be back to stay.
