Fauna & Flora - Estoril

Restaurant

👍 This place is lovely, great decor, big windows looking out towards the beach, boho brunch vibe. The waiters are also friendly, service is fast. Tends to be busy but at 5pm it's fine. We ordered the Thaio bowl, the Ninho with avocado and salmon, and for drinks artisanal beer plus the juice of the day... This place is lovely, great decor, big windows looking out towards the beach, boho brunch vibe. The waiters are also friendly, service is fast. Tends to be busy but at 5pm it's fine. We ordered the Thaio bowl, the Ninho with avocado and salmon, and for drinks artisanal beer plus the juice of the day. The drinks were very nice, real fruit and really tasty IPA. The Thaio bowl was the better dish, better balance of flavours. The rice and chicken were great. The Ninho was tasty but too fatty, avocado and smoked salmon and egg yolk with sesame seeds but nothing acid/tart to cut the fattiness. The ninho was dry and tasteless and could be used better. Tasty overall but needed more thought flavourwise. Beautiful presentation. Just needs slightly more seasoning and better balance of flavours to get 5 stars from me. I would go again!

I don’t have words to describe how incredible was my brunch in fauna e flora. The location is very nice. The food was fantastic, especially the soup OMG… also the açai and iced coffee. The staff is nice and the menu is clear. Great value.

Incredible! That sums up my first of many visits to Fauna & Flora! Absolutely delightful from the food to the service. Thanks for creating a space I can go with my girlfriends and family to enjoy a lovely meal while feeling the fresh breeze. 💖

The place is spacious and nicely decorated with the fresh flowers. The menu has several good choices, but the taste could be far better. It takes a bit more than just to follow the recipes to make the food delicious. Overall a pleasant experience but not worth of repeating.

If my friend had not arranged for her birthday lunch to be here, I would never have braved the absolutely chaotic parking situation to try this place. I realize parking is an issue in a many places in Portugal…but this was on a level I’ve never experienced before. Regarding the food and ambiance: it felt very generically hipster brunch cafe. There wasn’t a unique take on any of it, with the exception of the unique latte flavors (which are actually worth trying and we’re my favorite part of the experience). I ordered pumpkin pancakes, which turned out just to be regular pancakes with pumpkin jam. My friend ordered avocado toast which was alright. Not the best and not the worst 🤷🏻‍♀️

The restaurant is located nearby the beachfront area, and has a cozy and comfortable environment, with inside and outsite seats. The attendants were very welcoming and present, some of them were from Brazil. We tried some of the cooffee options they have in the menu and all of them were very good. We also tried some toasts, bagels and the red fruit bowl, which were all incredible. The prices are consistent with the high quality ingredients and options they offer in the menu

Nice atmosphere and service, pretty good, but not very special burger, interesting experience with beef avocado toast🙃

Great atmosphere, and amazing interior! Not so pricey like similar places. I like they have vegan and lactose free options in menu.

It was unreally sunny winter day so we enjoyed breakfast outside and it was amazing! Pancakes are not so good as in Áugusto but bagel with salmon was reeeeally delicious! Thanks!

As the other restaurants in Lisboa the food is exceptional. The extra touch of this one is that you can eat outside in quiet neighbourhood close to the sea.

Flora and fauna is a unique restaurant in the Parede area and the menu has a lot of variety including some fantastic vegan options. The food has a focus on health and nutrition which is combined perfectly with excellent presentation and delicious flavour. The food really can't be faulted at all! The atmosphere was buzzing especially for a Sunday with lots of families and events. The decor is wonderful with lots of rustic elements and plants everywhere befitting the name. The Portovegan was delicious, the avocado was extremely fresh and the layered roasted tomatoes were fantastic. The Vegan Nest was also wonderful, the kataifi nest worked very well with the baked avocado. Once again the dish was overall fantastic, would definitely recommend either of the dishes mentioned above and would love to come back and try some of the other vegan options 😊 The staff were very friendly but one of our other dishes came down cold and the staff member refuted the fact the food was supposed to be hot. In the end she replaced the meal with a hot replacement but I felt some hesitation which was disappointing. I will say that the restaurant was completely packed which may have factored into this. Overall I would definitely advise coming here and trying it out 😁

Delicious food and very nice place, one of my favorite brunches in Estoril (near Cascais) with view of the ocean. They have many dietary options catering to many dietary types like vegan and vegetarian options. As the place is very pleasant it normally has a queue (around 15 mins) if visited at peak hours. The staff are very friendly and helpful!

This restaurant looks very populer and some people were waiting outside. Foods were good but the bread of bagel was normal bread, not real bagel and soft. It was good as bagle style. I order salmon one but the teriyaki beef of my husband 's order was more special and better. The home-made ginger tea was very good. The reaturant was very cozy and comfortable and we loved that atmosphere.

Such a pleasant time every time! Quite a wide variety of food, with plenty of vegan options and a relaxed atmosphere. You can see a skim of the ocean from some of the sitting spots. They have delicious pancakes with an amazing peanut butter. And the staff is just so incredibly nice! We've been there several times, always with kids and it was always so welcoming.

Loved it! Such an amazing place and everything was delicious! I would prefer my açaí bowl slightly more frozen but these are only details. My only critic is that real plants are better than plastic ones 😌 I get that they are harder to maintain but that’s the difference between 5 and 4 stars ⭐️

Comfy place. Friendly staff. A lot of vegetarian options and some "non" usual breakfast things. I liked and plan to return. Parking places is so limited in the area.

Refreshing ambiance with great food. I tried avocado with bacon and egg and it was delicious and full of nutrition. Will be revisiting to try other delicacies.

😐 So, firstly, the food here was very good! The starters were very tasty and huge portions (so beware unless you're really hungry), and the pizzas we had were delicious. And if you have a table by the window facing the sea, the view is lovely. However... overall experience was soured by poor service....

👍👍 Perfection. Spider crab was very well cooked, and was cut and set to eat with least effort. Steamed octopus was so tender and seafood rice had rich taste. And all the foods went so well with green wine. Wish I could visit again.
