Juca and her team will always focus on the customer needs and what kind of environment will make you feel ‘at home’. She will go out of her way to connect you to the appropriate counterpart, and make sure she gets to a win-win deal. Juca is candid, and will tell you the plusses and the minuses of a potential property without beating around the bush. Support of all the work leading up to a transaction is excellent, RRR has good contacts with banks, building engineers and architects, as well will help to get a critical legal review of all the documents needed for a transaction. Really helpful service. We arrived in Portugal three years ago, and Juca and Chris helped us find an apartment to rent in Lisbon while we found a house to buy. Juca and Diana then worked extremely had to find us a house in Alentejo, which we completed on last week.
