Very
good
start
of
the
evening.
Friendly
waitress,
good
beer
and
tasty
tapas
making
want
us
to
eat
there.
Ordered
chicken
salad
and
pork
belly
burger.
The
burger
was
tasty,
but
the
salad
was
another
issue.
After
cutting
through
a
piece
of
chicken,
we
saw
it
was
raw
(exterior
looked
cooked,
but
edge
to
edge
raw
when
cut).
My
wife
was,
understandingly,
complete
put
off.
We
send
it
back.
After
few
minutes,
the
chicken
was
brought
back.
We
explained
we
were
really
put
off
from
the
salad
and
asked
to
order
something
else.
The
waitress
was
very
understanding
and
apologetic.
Went
for
a
plate
of
chips
and
deep
fried
squid.
Which
was
good.
Time
for
the
bill
and
noticed
the
chicken
was
still
on
it.
Told
the
waitress
we
would
not
pay
for
the
raw
chicken
that
we
sent
back.
The
owner/chef
argued
and
told
the
waitress
we
were
to
pay
for
the
full
bill.
My
wife
had
to
go
in
to
argue
directly
with
the
owner/chef,
but
she
ignored
her
even
though
she
was
explaining
we
were
willing
to
pay
the
bill
except
for
the
raw
chicken.
The
owner/chef
just
ignored
my
wife
and
shouted
at
her
waiting
staff.
Eventually
after
some
unnecessary
waiting
time,
the
waitress
arrived
with
the
bill,
minus
the
raw
chicken.
We
were
really
put
off
by
the
attitude
of
the
owner/chef.
The
food
was
all
in
all
tasty,
and
the
waitress
was
very
kind.
Unfortunately
our
experience
was
completely
put
off
by
the
lack
of
professionalism
of
the
owner/chef,
serving
raw
chicken
(health
hazard)
and
arguing
to
make
us
pay
for
a
dish
we
didn't
eat
and
send
back.
Not
a
single
customer
gesture
was
made.
We
will
not
return.
