Station is handy for centre of town. Regular trains east to city, and west to Cascais.

Beautiful beach, lovely and quiet in the early part of the week, gets busier at weekends (naturally ) but also, less bars and restaurants here, so no hassle from people to "try this place" recommended over Carcavelos for sure

Frequent trains west to Cascais (10mins), east to Lisbon (~70mins). Access beach via subway.
