    Me and my boyfriend recently moved into our new home and made a contract for gas and electricity with this company. Never in my life would I have imagined that the dream of our first together home would suffer so much because of Endesa. About three weeks after we made the contract we finally got them to at least open up the electricity for us. Since then we are waiting for the gas. As warm water, as well as household items like the ofen are operated with gas, we are taking cold showers and live from instant noudle soup for almost 2 weeks now. In the middle of the winter. Appointments are made by endesa but never held up. The gas installation got now postponed for the 4th time. We are fed up and quite literally sick because of the behavior of this company and the fact that we take 10°c cold showers in November. Thank you for nothing endesa.

    NIGHTMARE ALERT!!! Not even worthy of 1 star but I had to click 1 so I could post. I'm not a client for over 2 years since they have such a bad service and randomly send you bills based on their made up estimate even if you give them monthly readings. Getting out is a nightmare because they make it very difficult to change companies, I was told by my new company when I signed a new contract that Endesa was blocking the transfer of service. I had to make a formal complain to the energy regulator in order to get them to back off. Even though I'm not a client anymore, they kept my information and continue to call several times a week, often a day, usually numbers starting with 930. I blocked the different numbers starting with 930 but there's always a new one. Ocasionally they call from other numbers and although I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling, they continue. Stay away from this company, they are a nightmare.

    Endesa is trying to bill me incorrect values of energy consumption for over 4 months. Consumer support people were never unfriendly and always understood the problem, but back office seems to lack some brain cells to understand the problems which are described to them. I would highly advise not to make contract with this company.

    Horrible experience! They never showed up when they were suppose to come and install gas at home. I gave them my phone number to set an appointment but they lost my number so never called me back. After 1 month waiting the technician FINALLY came to install, but the inspector didnt show, so the technician was no able to install it. Meaning, I have been 2 months without hot water at home!!! RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

    very bad service and liars do not recommend if u move to Portugal, they send a letter to a old lonely lady she barely knows how to read they left her on a very cold season without power for almost 1 week,she paid on the due date and still left the por lady without power we call them and try to explain the old lady situation but they didn't care about

    Most draconic service I experienced, I will be making a formal complaint. A month without gas/hot water and countless contracts refused for no reason (they reject them after they tell you they are approved; then they tell you to wait 10 working days for the activation; then they say something went wrong). In my case, they said the address was wrong with the distributor of the gas, so I needed to call the distributor of the gas. I called them, they said everything is fine, address is correct, they didn't refuse anything. I called endesa back and they said they don't know why, they have an error in the system, and that I need to make a new contract. How in the world would a 3rd contract fix their broken system?

    Communication is terrible as a foreigner living in Portugal. Phonenumber advertised for foreign calls is made impossible due to portugese and no english language. Getting someone on the line that actually speaks english is a difficult and second challenge. They refer to registration on endesa.pt website but when you enter details as exactly in the monthly invoice you get "Nif indisponível" ...

    The whole thing is a scam. Rating with one start because I can't rate less. They've been trying to call me for weeks. Today I finally decided to answer hoping to not be annoyed in the future anymore. I immediately said I was not interested in hearing any offer, the lady insisted and immediately started making questions about my current provider. I don't even live in Portugal or have contracts with energy providers there. Just hang up the phone if you're contacted by them about new offers, it's an attempt of Phishing.

    Scanners! They try to sign you up for a different company than the one you have a contract with, by all kinds of false pretenses. Be careful!
