The shop is good if you are buying things to take straight away. Their delivery system and customer service is awful. We ordered a closet which was supposed to take a week and after three weeks of running to them to find out why we had not received it, we ended up asking for our money back. I won't be buying furniture from them again!

Excellent service and very accommodating to the clients when they need buy items . It is a shame I didn't have more time to look the shop and spend more time since I did arrive late in the evening . I will be returning again to the shop but earlier during the day than in the afternoon . Many thanks for everything

ANA KATARINA and RUTE CRUZ, the best employee at Conforama Sintra. They were very helpul and polite and have given all the details needed. I have bought a coach and recieved all the info. This is a great store - the lovely Catarina and Mafalda were most helpful and even though their English was perfect, they were patient enough to let me practise my Portuguese. A super range of sofas and I was able to easily find what I wanted with their help. Thank you!

Amazing customer service and very good price !

The mecca of sofas in Portugal! And so many other house decorations products most of which are not shabby. There are plenty of store clerks around so you never have to wait long to get some help. They also got an "occasion" section for second hand products for a fraction of the original price. It's not 5 stars because it lacks a restaurant, café, children's care and more toilets.

I liked this furniture super store. it was well organized. The furniture is of the mass produced type, but relatively good quality. The prices are fair.
