Trying out burger king in gajuwaka for the very first time. Tried the chicken boneless wings grill & chickenburger. It was served hot, fresh and in no time. It was delicious and very light on pocket. Just that I felt the fillings in could be much more which I have found in burger kings tried in vizag city & Hyderabad.

Located at the ground floor of the recently opened Gajuwaka CMR Mall. Decent place for having burgers and meals before proceeding to watch a movie at any time of day. Food is good, I prefer the fiery chicken burger which seems good. You can have coffee or choco lava cakes as sweet dish also. Same atmosphere as other joints.. service is a bit slack. But does better than other places. Satisfied with the place and serves okay. Can visit this place. However found the washroom a bit dirty.. need to look upon that.

Though I love burgers, I'm not a big fan of 'Burger King'. The taste of these burgers is pretty average. I prefer McDonald's or KFC Zinger to this. Coming to this outlet, it's small yet clean and looks good with clean layout. The staff are helpful but sometimes u need to be patient as it might take some time to get ur hands on your food especially if you ordered something from BK Cafe. Almost forgot to mention, the icecream cones🍦 are really good however, the quality of the wafer cone could be better.

I had ordered online. The taste is great. But the packing was not good, literally the burgers were dumped into the paper bag and delivered. The workers really need to work on the packaging. The problem is. The food is good, everything is fine but today i saw the biggest mess. Never seen this uncleaned. There are big flies roaming around. And the dustbins ar fulll. How come these are full. They have to clean them up whenever they have to be full. And the staff here, are bot cleaning them often after one customer went. Coming to the customers, they need to be atleast advertised to throw waste in the dustbins. All the customers are throwing the food, spilling everything on the floor. Bürger king, please do something.

the Food is good but I feel like we have limited options in burger variety especially for simple burgers. The combo was good. The service really needs to improve. It took too much time for them to prepare our order and we had to ask many times for them to prepare it and give it. No proper token system and an employer doing their best to shout out loud a token number in a very noisy atmosphere after taking a lot of time after ordering. The AC works well.
