Great stop for your everyday McDonald’s experience.

A great location for a McDonald's. Views over the Indian ocean. A very tidy, clean and well run outlet. The atmosphere here is great, and the layout of the store is great, with lots of space and seating should you wish to eat in. Right down the beachfront, just off the main Marine Drive / Beach Road. There's also plenty of parking.

Open and close whenever they want to not according to mc donalds business hours. This photo was taken at around 8am.

Super disappointed!! Waiting an hour in the drive-through only to be told we can only order chicken nuggets and chips. While placing our order the lady was having a conversation with someone in the back. We also couldn't even hear what she was saying while placing the order. After a couple of mins trying to repeat ourselves, they did a staff change and got our order wrong which was not that difficult seeing that they only served chicken nuggets and chips!!!

A quick bite to eat 😁. Kinda different from McDonald's in the US. The traditional South African breakfast is in replace of the US big/deluxe breakfast platter. I don't the American style biscuits and pancakes are famous in South Africa. The was the same type of hashbrown as in the US. And what I noticed is that they served the juice in the bigger large cups. And there are more juice option compared to the US. The drive-thru was quick and they actually understood me. 😆

I bought chilli Cheese Fries all the time and I was satisfied. But today I'm very angry . I got my Fries but when I opened it it was so little I could count it on my fingers. It wasn't worth my money

Today they had like absolutely no chips and majority of the burger was unavailable. Next time please ensure you have enough food. Everything else was good. Just the lack of items on the menu to select from

Waited in drive through for 45min for a truck to deliver stock at the branch. No one came out and explained wat is going on. They also did not come and take your order so long. The cashier was also not friendly and she dissed me to say it is not her fault when I complained about it.

I had a very wild and harmful behavior from the girl by the name Thando early this morning. Im one of the McDonald's beach road top customer. I do went there for morning breakfast but today the girl by the name thando decided to ruin my day and moood.from nowhere she became mad at me after i told her can u please make this cappuccino full its on quarter.oooh by saying that she started shouting at me for no reason. Im not happy for the 1st time to experience very bad behavior and rudeness. This is not the McDonald's crew member i know. Because i every day i drive there i always have good service. But this girl thando oooh eish she has ruined my day and evenly coming back again i will think of that.please management u have to deal with such crew member thando.i love McDonald's beach road and i had never had any problems. only today where this girl thando decided to ruin my day

Clean space with a great view in the morning from the upstairs area. Quiet and usually not very busy however sometimes there's a bit of a wait regardless or the order is incorrect but staff are friendly and happy to tend to any issues. A few times there's been suspicious people walking around the establishment.

Chaotic. Staff all shouting at the same time. Seemed like trainees not knowing what they are doing. Like being in a fish market. VERY slow service. No effective supervision at all. Chicken burger now smaller than ever. I have no idea how they cope when the place is busy - you must have to wait for ages for your order!! There were only two of us with orders pending. The worst MacDonalds I have been to in SA by far.

This McDonald's is one my family frequent often.Was very annoyed at the service we received when we came here this evening for a coffee a tea and a danish. Firstly, they brought my coffee with my wife's Danish...apologized that there was no option to the type as that was "the last one". when my wife refused to eat that somewhat disheveled piece of pastry, they reluctantly replaced it with a doughnut. So now it was the wait for her tea, which they had forgotten. Upon reminding, they asked to check the slip and disappeared for a while...reappeared to ask if she wanted it with milk. tea arrives , only hers is now on a takeaway container...when we asked for a cup , they responded by saying the tea and coffee was made in different sections .Wife asked for a cup and poured tea into it. much eye rolling at our " attitude".

Look like somebody took a bite from my big mac ..... LOGGED ON MC DONALD PORTAL. NOBODY BOTHER TO ADDRESS THE COMPLAINT.

I orederd a double quarter punder medium meal and i got a big mac and my wife asked for a coffee this morning and they phoned her to ask can they offer her something else they dont have water they are using municpal water for coffee how bad is that i wont support mcdondald beach road ever

It was quiet when we got there. We waited about 40 mins for our order, and then when we eventually got it, it wasn't everything we ordered. We had to go back to the counter. Also, no cutlery or sauces that was supposed to come with our food. Very disappointing service

Drive through experience in my opinion is never the best. Really no sense of urgency. What i pay for is what I should get. It’s so frustrating when you’re in the drive through , hungry! Only 2 cars but there for longer than you should be. Then only to notice your order is entirely wrong even after confirming the order and then I called just to voice it out onky to be asked if there was 1 on two Patties in the burger😒 like hello. If there were two patties would I be calling ?

Staff is really helpful! The restaurant is clean except for upstairs, which is an outside area and really beautiful but needs to be cleaner. The restaurant is very busy but the staff is doing really good jobs. I found several burnt chips in both packets which is very off-putting. Other than that everything is good.

Great service,very beautiful ,clean facility and very friendly staff.. We were hosted for a Women’s day brunch and We got to learn more about McDonald and what goes on during operations. It was such a nice ,informative experience.. Thank you McDonald’s

The location was lovely..Right opposite the beach ..The top floor was very empty and hence we were able to enjoy our dessert with a view peacefully

Took 14 minutes just to pour two drinks. Staff avoid the situation and close the window to ignore the problem until it's gone. Zero manager support or proper explanation given for it. Absolutely disgusting service

Everything was nice just scammers scammed a foreigner of his cards, there was no security present, a while later Atlas pitched but it was too late, the scanners must well dressed in black and white clothes they looked Iike workers working but they were not, it so sad that this had to happen Everything else was awesome

This place was filthy,... Chips packets etc. Lying on floor.. Tables were dirty. Staff chatting and no assistance at the self order which is not the easiest to handle the 1st time users. They only started cleaning once they saw me taking photos of the state of affairs.

The staff are always friendly & efficient. Whether I go inside, or go through the drive-thru, I'm always satisfied. The place is exceptionally well run, & I love their service. Well done!

How low must we go with this McDonalds (Humewood) before anyone at Head Office does something about it??? Been there today and the first thing I see is the drive through order screen is broken. So far so good, I can handle that. Then I order two Happy Meals and asked for extra onions and pickles in the burgers. She said they have NO onions at all. How can a McDonalds run out of onions? The next thing they didn't have is the box for the Happy Meal, so we were handed the meals in paper bags. Seriously? So we asked for extra gherkins right in the beginning and repeated it again at the paying window. Drove home. Opened the burgers and there is NO gherkins at all. No way!!! This is such bad service!!! And the slowest drive through I have ever seen. I really can't believe how little they care about customer service. So sad! Especially since this is a franchise with high standards.

Always helpful, food well prepared, willing to help all the clients at all times. Long operating hours. Please consider restructuring your shifts to accommodate all clients who comes late ⏰. Your drive though are always packed and that’s not so good for customers since they wait longer. Most especially after 23H00 and this is because few staff members available to help clients. Improve this for My 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. Follow up in the next 1 calendar month 🗓

Nice n lovely place but pls the way u package drinks for delivering its very bad...I mostly order through uber or Mr D and by the time they get there specially with hot drinks all is leaking and it doesn't look presentable at all..I don't blame the drivers I blame the shop for the way the way hot drink re package

Lovely staff theh are sweet and resly kind they give you wonderful smiles. When attending to you. If you having a day feeling under the weather go visit Mc Ds at beach road drive and oh yes try there there cheese 🍟

We had an incident on Saturday morning around 1:34am where the sales lady was very rude. While at the window waiting to pay, 2 gentlemen came to the window and placed their orders as 'walkthroughs'. We practically had to wait for close to 5minutes whilst this lady assisted these customers. When we called her out on it, she told us that she would educate us about how they work on Weekends, even had the audacity to say that it was easy for us because we have cars but there will come a time when we don't. We asked for the manager and someone you could easily tell was not the manager came. If this is how you treat paying customers at your establishment then you are going to lose customers. If a drive-thru accepts walk-ins then what stops the rest of us from parking our cars and walking straight to the window as well. We DO NOT have to buy at McDonald's, we do so because we want to and if the very people who are supposed to serve us treat us like dirt then we have no choice but to take our money to places where it is appreciated. Personally, I don't think I will come back as a customer.

The McDonald’s is always busy and lively and the food is excellent. Sometimes they don’t have milk related items though I assume because it’s so busy

Friendly services, the place was clean and workers were helpful. Kids enjoyed their food and we got free socks.

Average experience. Lady was rude and not patient with placing the order. The food was quick and good standard quality. I won't be back soon.
