it
was
available.
The
experience
we
had
with
Windeshausen
is
terrible
and
I
will
strongly
recommend
people
to
stay
away
from
this
jeweler.
There
is
a
significant
lack
of
professionalism
in
the
service
that
we
received.
More
precisely,
it
took
us
more
than
3
months
in
order
to
get
our
engagement
ring
done
with
multiple
unpleasant
mistakes.
First,
it
was
made
with
the
size
40.5
instead
of
49.5,
due
to
a
typo
from
the
saleswoman.
No
one
from
the
shop
was
able
to
identify
the
error
and
we
got
a
ring
which
couldn’t
even
fit
into
my
last
finger.
Received
no
formal
apologies,
the
ring
was
remade
into
the
right
size.
And
then,
we
noticed
that
the
small
diamonds
on
the
side
were
actually
damaged
and
had
to
point
it
out
to
them
for
reparation.
Last
but
not
least,
after
receiving
the
ring
and
keeping
it
almost
all
the
time
in
the
box,
I
notice
there
was
a
scratch.
They
offered
to
polish
the
ring
as
a
fix.
However,
it
took
in
total
4
weeks,
due
to
the
incompetence
to
repair
the
scratch
first
and
then
no
notification
when
it
is
done.
The
whole
experience
is
a
huge
disappointment
and
I
don’t
want
anyone
who
want
to
have
a
nice
memory
with
this
special
event
in
life
to
go
through
such.
