Superb property and its a great place to invest. Interesting location and conducive towards community living. Sumeru has well maintained landscape and a superbly finished club house. Im lucky to own a house here. I without any hesitation recommend you to buy a property here. The best gated community in Coimbatore. Its also a great place to retire amidst the Western Ghats.

Below-par construction. Bathroom tiles used on walls near the wash basin. Ill-fitting doors. Poor-quality bathroom fittings. Decent common amenities - gym, swimming pool, kids' play area, and games enclosure. Paved internal roads, with some trees. Overall, a bad experience over the last 4 years.

This is a very nice gated community nestling in the foothills of the Western Ghats in Kovaipudur. The ambience is good, and the area is maintained well. The only drawback is the road leading to it from the main road. It is in a very bad shape , almost as if it has been forgotten by the municipality or corporation under which it comes.

Very silent. If you have bike then ok. If not buying something is very difficult. No shop available inside appartment
