Most of tablets are available here but return policy is not there i.e. they won't take back the medicines once bought even though if date of expiry has passed. Due to some problems, there may arise a situation of returning. It would be better if they consider genuine cases and understand the problem of consumers.

Hi sir, This is Rajasekhar, from Guntur, Almost Rs5000 to 6000 worth medicines,I will purchase in a month from 7hills pharmacy, for my family & friends, by visiting 3 to 4times in a month, on 13th Nov, 2019 I have purchased medicines worth Rs 392, from 7hills pharmacy, Naaz center branch, I have paid the money through Debit card, unfortunately they have swiped the card two times, that's why the amount deducted from my A/c also twotimes, for that single bill, the next day I have approached the N.C branch, they suggested me to approach the main branch, I have approached the main branch and I have informed them, after that almost 5 to 6times i have approached and discussed, but the issue was not resolved till date, I request you to pls do the needful..
