Worst experience ever. If you want to go to the doctor, it will take around 2 to 3 hrs. No need to wait 2 to 3 hrs with pregnant lady. Useless hospital. Still if you looking to go there, just visit before 6.00 am and you will get appointment at 12.00 pm. Worst service..

Worst gynaecology department management.. They don't give any value to your time.. Though I have already taken appointment they still made us wait 3.5 hours from the appointment time just to see the doctor. If we need to wait 3.5 hours even after taking the appointment , then what's the point in planning before.. Reception won't even care to reply. By the time we see the lady gynaecologist Dr.Bharathi , she was exhausted already by seeing many patients and she won't even care to listen our problems and giving us one word answers. She didn't even physically check my wife and just by whatever we said wrote one medicine and asked us to leave. If you are not listening to patient concerns then how will you treat them better ?? Will never visit again

Kudos to the team of HELP Hospital We see many hospital reviews and finally opted Help hospital and as expected Service is beyond our expectations Dr.Bharathi madam and team supported my wife in every way for Normal delivery of my baby Definitely a recommended hospital for supporting normal delivery for every respected pregnant women. The Treatment is very good and coming to charges it will be around 50k for Normal delivery including all lab and medical bills They will support claiming procedures

I give this rating as 1 because of 3 reasons. 1. The prescription written by doctor did not have the dosage of the drug, which would only be known to patient when taken medicines from the hospital. 2. The staff does not respond properly for any queries, when checked regarding the medicines, the details are only given if medicines are bought from them. 3. Patients must carry cash as the staff doesnot accept either phonepe or card payment stating limit for the current day is over.

Quality Medical services at reasonable cost especially for pregnant. From the moment my wife conceived we have consulted DR. N. Bharati madam. It was very positive experience for all the appointments for consultation.My wife undergone a cesarean and we are blessed with a baby girl. The staff and nurses are caring,committed and dedicated. Good maintenance of rooms and housekeeping is very good towards hygiene conditions. Everything happens in a smooth manner since the admission till discharge. Don't trust Dr. Sri Harsha. I have visited 5 times within a span of 20 days. She doesn't maintain proper track of patient record and she has zero focus. Birth help staff are inexperienced and they care more about the bills rather than patient reports. For every visit they charge hefty which includes scanning and costly tablets

I had an absolutely awful experience at the Dr.Bharathi office. Despite explicitly expressing my discomfort, they carelessly used a speculum during the procedure, seemingly prioritizing their convenience over my distress. The insertion was shockingly rough, turning the entire experience into an intensely uncomfortable and distressing ordeal. It's disappointing that my concerns were blatantly ignored, and I deserved to be treated with much more consideration and gentleness.
