Reception of customer is not that great. Staff behaviour and tone of talking with customers is not friendly and felt authoritative. Expert knowledge to guide customers is missing in staff. Incomplete explanations and wrong orders placed by staff made me uncomfortable and made me visit the store multiple times instead of one visit. Overall an average experience from staff however the product quality is neat and good.

Lenskart guntur please don’t buy from this store you can buy online although they don’t have more frames or models to display if you ask for specific frame they’ll simply just say it is available on online I suggest you if you people need to try frames go to Vijaywada it’s the best store so far and more over I have placed an order they said I would get by Saturday I went to store on Saturday and no delivery and they told me to come tomorrow still delivery is not done and the funny part is they updated wrong power and to me it’s 1hr drive it’s better to purchase from Vijaywada I wouldn’t recommend Guntur store and won’t attend your calls too and this is the very awful and worst service place

I recently visited Lenskart and had the pleasure of being served by one of their outstanding employees, Mr Pradeep Chandra. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me warmly and made me feel valued as a customer. His knowledge about eyewear was impressive, and he patiently guided me through the wide selection of frames to find the perfect fit for my face and prescription.

Very cheap chillar staff . misbehaved , attacked verbally, intimidated us when we went to collect out order. One lady lakshmi abotula talking very cheaply with me as men cant talk back to women. She is talking like its fish market . Forget respect she argues if we ask anything. Worst behaviour i have seen in my 10 yrs of lenskart membership. We are gold members. She is rude n reckelss n talks cheaply even during the call to customer care to Complain about our worst experience. She deserves strict punishment. One camt expect consumer safety n right there. All the women staff there form like a gang and literally ATTACK if u ask anything. Shame these ppl doesnt even have any remorse afrer ill tresting customer like that. They r still with head weight not a moment of remorse even as we left.

Cheap staff , manners less . Guess they r being aggressive to customers with someones support ( probably their incharge /manager) intentionally. Worst service ever....they even took soo much time for checkup okay we can understand that but after checking I haven't received my sight details,i went and asked them and the staff members told me to consult the doctor and check my sight. Iam rajesh I'm the regular customer of lenskart from past 2-3 years I'm using it i didn't get any issues But recently I called to Guntur Store they said eye technician is available when I went to store they said technician not available Go to kothapet store when I went to kothapet they also said technician not available this is worst service and fake statements given by store people I came from Narasaraopet oneday my time waste work also not done .....I purchased glasses on outside I'm suggesting to lenskart don't give false statements don't play with customers.

Near NTR Municipal Stadium, Guntur, 522007 : this is the place where I paid Rs10,000.00 to Raju(employee working at this location) for 2 pairs of glasses . He delivered one pair with other person's prescription, another pair with wrong lenses fixed. I took my glasses to other optical center and make them checked, they confirmed prescription is different from lenses fixed . When I contact Lenskart they can't locate my order and called customer care explained the situation they never replied. I came to know that this employee Raju is not working anymore at this location, looks like he ran away with this money. Not sure how people he cheated in this manner. Be careful when you place an order at this location. this is Professional cheating.

What I like here was more options in lens /frame there are four options you can choose for starting from 1700 to around 3.7k in medium brands like Vincent chase and some lenskart stuff. When you go to John Jacob's it will cost you around 4 - 6/7 depends. But they have only limited varieties compared to other stores
