I've been living here for a week and I found the apartment in perfect condition, exactly like in the video that was previously sent to me. Gym, elevators, deliveries, maintenance orders, all working great. Staff and especially the leasing officer Casey are very friendly and helpful.

1717 has been by far the best place we have ever lived! We owe a lot of our great experience to the property manager, Casey. We moved to Cleveland from out of state during the pandemic and Casey helped us with a virtual tour and a year later when we had to postpone our move out date for multiple months when our house wasn’t ready, he let us continue to lease the apartment without any hassle. Everyone at 1717 goes out of their way to make sure you have the best living experience! As far as the building, I agree with all the comments everyone else has said - the location is great, the building is clean and quiet, all the security guards are attentive and friendly, and our apartment had a wall of windows that gave us picture perfect sunsets every night. This was our first time living in Cleveland and thanks to 1717 we had the best experience - 100% recommend this building!

I LOVE it here! Oleg was so helpful and patient with me and my mom. I looked at the unit like 3 different times before making my decision and everytime he was so happy to show me the unit. The apartments are HUGE and luxurious! beautiful appliances, amazing kitchen and bathrooms! I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. Maintenance responds and fixes any issues so fast its great, even something as small as replacing the water filter in the fridge. Security are so friendly and helpful! I have lived in many apartments and buildings and hands down this is the best one. My forever home for sure.

Updated Review 11/5/18: Still 5 stars! I've been living here for 6 months now and I still love it. I enjoy getting to know all the people in the building and 24/7 front desk security definitely makes me feel safe. I like that the garage is attached to the building so I don't have to worry about stepping outside during winter. The community room on 3rd was recently remodeled (great place to hang out with friends/other residences). Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to move downtown. Old Review: I just signed my lease for 1717 and I'm very excited to move in to the building. I had a great experience with Casey at the leasing office. He answered all my questions about the building and explained how the building operates regarding utility charges, etc. I can't wait to start living there in May. Will update my experience at the building in a few months.

This place is absolutely beautiful. But the bald guy in the leasing office appears to be judgemental, racist, rude, very condescending and unpleasant. I'm so glad I don't live in this building.

After living at 1717 for almost 4 years, I can't say enough wonderful things about the Residences at 1717. From the location, spacious floor plans, the office management and security staff, you don't need to look further for the best value in apartment living in Cleveland. It's why many people call this place home for years. Expectations exceeded!

Lived here multiple years and had a great experience. Building is clean and well-managed (Building Manager Casey is super responsive and approachable/friendly). Apartments are spacious and at a great price. Didn't need maintenance often, but when I did, they responded quick and took care of the issue. Can't beat the location either. Highly recommend 1717!

This place has been nothing short of amazing, considering the standard I had set since I first walk into this location. Leasing office staff is great and responsive, especially Casey (and especially on the communication aspect). Maintenance is on point, any issue is taken care of instantly. Deliveries are taken care of, thanks to security and amazing neighbors as well. All the location I've visited in the building are always clean! That is something I am particular about. After a long day of work or a week or more away, it always feels great to come back to my (as advertised) apartment. Well lit rooms (especially living room), nice view, and modern touches all around make it all worth it. Would recommend if you are looking for a beautiful place to live with peace of mind in the area.

I have lived at 1717 for the past year and I can honestly say I have had zero complaints during my stay. Prime location, spacious rooms, great security, and I always have hot water. Casey in the leasing office is very friendly and approachable as well. Highly recommend staying here

I stayed at 1717 for 3 years. from the start of moving in, to my stay, to my departure, this apartment has been five star. The security is excellent and always on top of things so safety and privacy is never a worry. The service from the easing office to maintenance is quick, friendly, and efficient. The units are beautiful with great furnishings and luxury style vibe. I have nothing but great things to say about this apartment complex and only left due to relocating states!

Best place to live in Downtown Cleveland! The building is well maintained and extremely clean. The security is awesome and I never feel unsafe coming to and from my apartment. The location is amazing right off of 9th street. Can walk to an Indians or browns game in 5 minutes. Plenty of bars and restaurant in the area as well. The property manager is attentive and treats the residents like family! I do not feel like just another tenant in this building. Lastly, the views are the icing on the cake— I have an amazing lake view and could not ask for a better way to start and end my day with the Cleveland sunrises and sunsets. All around 12/10 for Residences at 1717!
