So
glad
to
be
moving
out
of
here.
Management
is
making
us
pay
to
break
our
lease
because
it
was
auto-renewed
which
we
didn't
know
about
but
we
can't
imagine
living
here
another
year.
There
have
been
two
fires
that
have
started
outside
right
outside
of
my
window.
The
fire
alarm
has
gone
off
in
the
middle
of
the
night
from
people
smoking
in
the
hallways.
Lots
of
residents
here
do
not
care
about
maintiaing
a
nice
place
to
live.
I
see
people
littering
and
throwing
trash
everywhere
outside;
empty
liqour
bottles,
fast
food
wrappers,
cigarettes,
blunts,
used
condoms
all
over
the
parking
lot.
There
is
no
where
to
park.
Theres
lots
of
noise
from
the
main
road
and
people
blast
music
in
there
cars
at
night
that
you
can
hear
all
the
way
inside
your
apartment.
Trash
room
overflows
every
weekend
and
the
hallway
smells
like
rotting
garbage.
Laundry
room
is
constantly
flooded.
People
have
broken
in
to
the
vending
machines
and
cars.
Police
and
ambulance
are
constantly
at
the
building.
There
really
needs
to
be
24/7
security
managing
this
place
.
Management
here
does
the
best
they
can
but
of
course
K&D
is
too
concerned
about
their
profit
to
hire
enough
people
to
provide
a
safe
and
enjoyable
enviornement
for
their
residents
and
live
up
to
the
fact
they
call
this
place
"luxury
living".
All
of
the
positive
google
reviews
on
here
are
from
management
begging
people
to
write
one
for
them.
They
probably
asked
us
20
times
to
write
a
nice
google
review
when
we
moved
in.
