Visited this place yesterday and was absolutely in love with the food. It is an unassuming and unexpected layout - in a parking lot and serving fresh food out of a truck style kitchen. Harvey and his wife Ishu create MAGIC!!! The food is just as you get at home!!! I ordered the Bhelpuri, Chana Aloo, Roti, Raita and Lassi (Salt Lassi was an off menu item but. They obliged and made one for me). The Bhelpuri reminded me of Mumbai’s Chowpatty!!! The Chana was tempered with the right spices and made for a truly delectable experience. Don’t miss this place if you come to Portland. A must have!!!

The owner is so kind hearted and amazing!!! I waited a little too long for ordering. He felt so sorry and give me a box of free tasty masala curry!!! I came here twice because his curry is just so amazing and tasty. Even the owner is an awesome person!!! Highly recommend this place.

Very tasty and fairly priced. Great for vegetarians and vegans, but don't let that stop you if you're not a vegetarian or vegan. The curries are great and the naan is good too. I really like the channa masala curry. Owner was friendly and we had a good chat while I waited.

Amazing authentic indian food, cooked by punjabi daughter mother pair. We tried papdi chaat, aloo paratha, mango lassi, vada pav, hot masala tea (chai). Papdi chaat was best, chutney flavors combined with good quality dahi created symphony of flavors. Aloo paratha with dahi was good combo. Mango lassi was slightly thin compared to other places, I’m guessing it had milk in it, I liked it but my wife didn’t. Vada pav were perfectly cooked but it’s not exactly bombay style, stuffing of vada pav had chana daal in it, it wasn’t the deal breaker but as Mumbaikar, I prefer authentic mumbai vada pav. Last but not least, hot tea had homemade chai flavors that reminded me of India. I’ll strongly recommend to try this out.

I'm fortunate to have several very good Indian food options in my area, but this one is a head above the others and is my favorite! I can count on one hand the number of places I am willing to go and say "pick something for me," and this is one of them. I haven't tried the whole menu yet, but so far I've tried something new every time I've gone and it's all been absolutely excellent. Go see Harvey and his beautiful family, and tell him Topher says hi. 💚 Update: I'd add another star if I could. They just keep getting better!

SO many great things to say about this place. First off, the food is PHENOMONAL. Utterly authentic. I grew up my whole life eating Indian food across several cities and states throughout the US and I can easily say hands down that this is one of if not THE best Indian food I have ever had in my life. That remark’s value increases when you realize that I’m talking about their VEGAN food. So, their vegan food outdoes all the non-vegan Indian food I use to have and that should surprise a lot of others as well. Imagine foods that typically have yogurt, ghee, or some kind of dairy product in it and just appreciate that there’s food which outdoes THAT flavor but without the animal products. Unbelievable. And that brings me to the next point: their vegan diversity. It’s one of the only places I’ve found which features vegan KORMA. And it’s just the most flavorful, creamy, and aromatic creation that your nose will consume and all while disregarding to leave leftovers for you. Furthermore, they offer vegan pershwari bread, aloo paratha, rice plow, and so many other goodies. It’s hard to find a place that will offer vegan options all the way from the appetizer, to the specialty rice, to the specialty breads (thank you for offering more than roti lol) and then the entrees. Moving on, they are affordable. I mean, we got 2 entrees, 4 orders of bread, 2 orders of appetizers and an order of rice for $65. When you average that out, that’s less than $7.30 per item and for Indian food, that’s cheap! Last but not least, the customer service. Harvey is just an all-around good guy. He’s funny, relatable, friendly, and THOUGHTFUL. He made sure not to include the sides of yogurt that Indian places normally do (which is a turn off for vegans ordering) and even went out of his way to discount the costs of not including it. He kept taking note of how far out we drove just to pick up the order which shows he pays keen attention to detail and you know he’s always looking to get a smile or laugh out while packing up your meal. This is the experience that one wants when ordering out! Amazing that they’re doing this all out of a food truck and they more than deserve their own brick and mortar (which we hope is all vegan). If you have one place to pick to take a friend out to eat, take them here! Upon first bite, no, smell, they will instantly learn why Portland is becoming famous for its food.

Tried their vada pav and it was amazing! As someone who grew up in Mumbai, I’ve tried vada pav from a lot of places. And I have to say this one makes it pretty high on the list! Ever better is their customer service. They’re a very honest and hardworking business! Will definitely come back for more!

Great food, amazing naan, and good chai. The owners are friendly and generous. Definitely recommend. They just opened their new location behind the Walgreens on 20001 Tualatin in Alohas. Cool food cart spot with outdoor seating and a big tent.

Absolutely sensational authentic Indian food. Easily the best Indian food I’ve had, hands down. We will be back!

This is quite literally the best Indian food I've had in Portland. I have been to so many places and was disappointed. This place is awesome. The people are nice and the special is a great way to sample a lot of flavors. You don't notice that it's vegetarian. The perfect amount of food. I am going to be a regular.

There's a reason this is the best rated Indian restaurant around. The curries rotate and the are all really flavorful and authentic. The people were really nice and offered great suggestions. The food cart area isn't beautiful but it's a good destination.

The chai here is fantastic! The food is delicious and the ladies working there were very kind. They even gave me little sample of the curries. The garlic Naan was delicious, too. I will certainly be back!

This is a vegetarian/vegan place in the Beaverton area for Indian cuisine. Has a variety of chat which are fairly authentic. I like the vada pav and the chai here. The bhel puri is good too. This is best for takeouts. They do have fairly good curries and roti/paratha, etc. I do get food from here via doordash too.

This is by far the best place to grab delicious Indian in Beaverton. Definitely worth checking them out. Show some love to this family run business 😊

I stopped by for dinner this evening because I had a craving for Indian food. I have been sorely disappointed by other places, but I heard great things Bombay Chaat House. The food is nothing short of absolutely delicious. The spices and flavors are perfect. You can tell the food is made with care. My husband was annoyed with me because I was saying “YUM!!!” out loud too many times. The cherry on top is the kind and welcoming owners. I will absolutely be back for more.

Hard to find Potato bhonda , you can find it here with a twist of punjabi flavor. Chai had higher notes of cinnamon and perfect steaming hot.

This is our new favorite Indian food joint. They serve only vegetarian food which is awesome! The food is freshly made and reflects the care that they take and the quality of ingredients they use. The food overall is very authentic and the portions are generous. The owners are friendly and genuine. A must visit if you want great Indian food

This is an amazing food cart. I have been looking for an Indian restaurant that I could go to again and again. I am surprised no one recommended this place to me. This is my favorite food cart in all of Portland!! I had the lunch special for $9 and it was very well priced. I don't know where you will get that amount of quality food for that price. The staff was plenty friendly and were very quick. P.S. if you want your food spicy, ask for the hot sauce!

Didn’t know this small food truck area existed across the parking lot of Walgreens. This truck had pretty tasty vegetarian Indian food. (Only vegetarian) they give you a pretty hefty portion for a decent price. The service was very pleasant and helpful. They made suggestions on what to try and was well pleased with the selection. They also serve traditional Indian street food and it was very tasty. Recommend 👍🏼

This place is awesome! Their food is on POINT! The owners are incredibly friendly and make you feel like you're at home. It's a food cart I would highly suggest visiting if you're in the Portland area.

Value and flavor! This was an awesome food truck and so glad I choose this food truck out of all the many options of food trucks there are in Portland. Since I'm from Chicago I really was hoping I would land on a gem and I did! I tried the vegan naan wrap. Superb! It had this excellent rice, the chickpeas were cooked perfectly, and had tofu as well. The owner was telling me they hand make the naan. I could tell because it had that wonderful chewy texture good naan is known for. Don't miss this place if you're visiting Portland. I would love to go back.

When I went searching for this place on Google Maps, I was surprised to find a food truck. I was initially disappointed but as I went closer, I saw the 100% veg sign and was relieved! There was a variety of vegetarian options with affordable price. I was yearning to eat some Bhel Puri and ignite my taste buds as it had been a long time since I ate some tangy Indian spicy food! Bhel Puri was absolutely yummy! The owner was very friendly and we chatted a bit. I learnt that this place was started out of passion after quitting a software job in a top (trillion dollars) company! 😉 There are a few chairs to sit and eat if you are super hungry. But it's more of a takeaway place. Give it a go. When am in Portland next time, I'll be sure to visit again! 😋
