Absolutely terrible experience. Jess took our order screamed at us because we were talking faster than she could type and then messed up our food. She provided no receipt and when we asked her why she felt the need to scream at us she told us to leave. Terrible food management and customer service is nom existent.

I had a pretty swell young lady take my order. She was most patient and professional. She is a gift to this establishment.

The crew was nice, except for hearing one of them grumbling as she went to the bathroom. The floor was a bit sticky at the registers, but the food was good.

I ordered mini tacos and it's advertised to have 15 but I got 11 and got griped at by the lady I was trying to work out making my order right. She claims there should be 13. No more Jack in the box for me. It was cooked bad too.

It's hit or miss. I like that they serve breakfast all day, but the hash browns sit too long in warmer most afternoons and are crunchy all the way through. A few times, the eggs were burnt. 12 dollars is too much for an un-eatable meal or any fast breakfast, really, so it'll be nice when they finally open the indoor dining so customers can 'walk in' a poorly done order in instead of getting back in the drive thru line. "Usually," the window person is quick, kind, and welcoming. They used to do a pup cup for dogs, but management put a stop to that. Grrr.

The guy who took my order was very kind but the manager was steady being rude glaring and talking to other employees about customers

I love this Jack in the box they make my Burger perfect. That's why I go over there. Love you guys!

They didn't get my order right at the drive thru window , it took a very long time for only 3 cars in line.
