Izumi
has
a
nice
location,
good
ambiance,
and
good
food.
The
problem
is,
they
will
consistently
forget
you
ordered
it.
For
years
now,
I
have
tried
to
give
this
place
the
benefit
of
the
doubt
but
they
consistently
forget
our
order
is
even
placed!
Today,
I
wanted
to
skip
the
in-person
insanity
and
ordered
online.
After
tipping
online
and
arriving
to
pick-up
(I
don’t
use
doordash),
our
order
was
25
minutes
later
than
expected
(I
ordered
90
minutes
prior).
When
I
got
home
to
a
hungry
family,
I
discovered
half
our
food
wasn’t
even
in
the
bag.
When
I
called
the
company,
they
stated
I
couldn’t
get
a
refund
for
the
missing
items
I
requested
….
And
then
they
said
they
“found”
the
bag
they
forgot
to
give
me.
?????
So
even
with
proof,
they
said
I
can
either
come
get
the
bag
and
drive
all
the
way
back
or
get
a
credit.
I
don’t
want
either,
I
want
my
time
and
money
back.
This
place
needs
a
major
administrative
overhaul
for
customer
service
and
getting
orders
correct.
For
being
in
business
for
ten
plus
years
I
would
expect
better.
This
is
the
fourth
time
this
has
occurred
with
my
experiences
since
2011
at
Izumi.
Today
was
the
last
time.
