I appreciate a place that actually enforces mask mandates. I didn't think I'd be going to shows for a long time but the fact that they check vaccine cards make me feel a lot better about being there. Thanks Sam Bond's for believing in science! Also the new menu specials look amazing!

I love that they care about their patrons enough to make sure people are vaxxed and/or wearing masks. The food and beer is fantastic also! 💚💚💚

I love Ben's sandwich creations and Molly and Michelle are just delightful! I deeply appreciate them creating a safe place for people who don't want to catch covid. I appreciate the freedom to eat here because I know I won't be infected by people who neglect their responsibility to the safety of their fellow citizens.

Sam Bonds has been a staple in the Whitt for over a decade. Great food, great atmosphere and music. I feel comfortable going there with the mask policy. All in all a good time

Bonds has a great atmosphere with amazing service and stellar drinks. They also provide you with the freedom to not have to be around people who are afraid of facing their fear of vaccines and needles. They're the best sandwich makers in town which goes great with the talented artists they bring in.

I'm at the sand bon garage, with my friend, and it's our first time here. Thought we would check it out, and we both are really pleased with this place! We both ordered the salmon chowder, and it was very good!!! I actually think I like salmon better than the clam chowder?! I have to be honest, and say that the salmon chowder was a tad bit peppery, which I actually happen to love alot of pepper, but I know there are folks out there that would disapprove. The food was out to us, very hot, and within 6 minutes of us paying for it and sitting down at the outside sitting area, and the staff was very friendly, and everybody was smiling. Very great first experience here. I would deffinately be coming back to try more things!! Oh and if you sit outside, it's like a whole other world happening by you on the streets. It's very neat!!

Sam Bonds is the coziest bar in Eugene. I especially love that they’re being extra safe with mask and vaccination requirements for entry. I feel safer there than any other bar in the city. Shout out to the lovely bartender, Bri, who always makes me a unique/delicious non alcoholic drink whenever I’m there.

Sam Bond's Garage is a local venue that is perfect for seeing live music. The sound system was on point. The patio is a chill spot to have a drink and enjoy your evening. I love a bar with multiple Beer selections on tap. I had a tasty Porter served in a Mason jar by a friendly bartender. I hope next time I go that I get to meet the bar kitty.

I've always liked Sam bonds the building is cool been there 100 years great food the beer was good when I was still drinking but now I have new love for the place they have CBD soda and kambucha on tap a very nice surprise not to many places have none alcoholic drinks other than mainstream stuff like coke or Pepsi and that's not what I want or need HFC and other stuff you don't want not that the " Arnold palmer" was bad but the ginger herbs CBD soda was great the foods always been good o. Blair in the wit in case you didn't know it seating is kinda limited but that have 2 patios now and live music almost every night you won't be disappointed

Loved this place, which was recommended to me. Good beer selection, nicely salted soft pretzel, good, and efficient, attentive, and friendly staff. Really enjoyed hanging out in the back, under the trees, catching the Sunday Orish music session.

Overpriced cocktails. Around $12 for a drink. And staff is rude every time I go. They will not allow dogs at all OUTDOORS because "someone got bit years ago." One person has a bad dog so no one can have any? Come on. The worker basically belittled me for even asking about dogs. Eugene, especially the Whitaker, is very dog friendly, but Sam Bonds isn't. This place used to be great, but rude staff, being anti-dog and increasing prices has ruined it.

Had really poor service at this place, came for music and payed a cover for all of us. The band was trying to do their soundcheck and the sound guy was cranking the house music. The bartender with the mullet and the foolish glasses was super rude and has very poor customer service. We ordered doubles and he barely put any alcohol in them and then followed other patrons outside to fight with them when they said something about the low quality drinks they were paying for. 10/10 do not recommend 👎

Not a lot of space, there were highly slippery stairs outback when it was raining with no anti-slip texturing. Be careful. I slipped down them because of the rain and was bruised really bad. The staff was apologetic, but I hope they get anti-slip treatment so it doesn't happen to future guests.

Super chill place! Had a band playing, fun atmosphere, good drinks and food! Will definitely come back again 😁 wish they had better parking options tho

They have many wonderful shows play here, even comedy. I wish they hadn't marked up the drink prices so much in the last few years. It used to be more affordable.

Ice-cold locally brewed Coldfire IPA, visibly steaming smoked salmon chowder, and the Sunday evening Irish jam. Can it get any better? Great food, awesome staff, wonderful community vibe. Sam Bond’s is a Eugene institution, for many reasons.

Great band Midnight Strobe Light started the night. Original songs, lots of dancing and the place was packed. Pizza by the slice, nice variety.

Patio 10/10, food average, draft selection varied and tasteful, seasonal cocktails awesome. Paying the cover charge (when bands are playing) at the bar with the first drink is genius and everyone should do it this way

Home away from home and probably the only bar in town with no TV! I love this place. I don't like the second hand cigarette smoke that wafts in during bingo night...my hair always smells nasty when I leave and I get a headache, but I love bingo.

This is a great little dive bar (my favorite kind). Service was solid, the crowd was fun, and the comedy show was far better than expected! If you're in the area, you should definitely check it out.

Thank you for hosting David "Disco" Wilson's Celebration of Life last Saturday. And thank you for all the years of fun, great music, food, drink, & friends.

Previous to this evenings visit, I'd come here once, 3 years ago. -i enjoyed myself then, but tonight- I actually ate the food and had a cocktail! I have ad the Mother of Pearl cocktail- absolutely devine! But the pizza... Is how pizza should taste. Amazing!

It's okay. Sweltering hot days are not their friend... their cooling system was inadequate and the back yard is closed in, preventing any kind of breeze. The staff ignored me quite a bit too. I stood there at the bar alone for quite a while waiting to be served. 2 of them walked around cleaning and the other was busy chatting up a gal at the end of the bar. The front patio is nice and open, but it was full on that day. The other 2 times I went was okay, but they end shows early and were obviously trying to kick everyone out by 11 PM. Not exactly a bad thing for some people. This review looks bad for them, but it really wasn't all bad so I gave them 3 stars. Not my favorite venue, but great for your average local. I am just not average.

Friendly atmosphere in the Whitaker neighborhood. Wheelchair accessible too. Had homemade Mac N cheese with Bacon! Highly recommend 😁 Also enjoyed cider on tap 💯 I will be back🌟

The venue supports medical descrimination. This policy is based in fear and politics. Data clearly shows that anyone can contract and or spread the thing that they are so afraid of.

A nice evening of live music. A good selection of drinks and food on offer. Vegan options are also available and the staff is super friendly.
