I loved the Vietnamese Garlic chicken wings. Can't wait to visit again.

The best meal accompanied by the best service (request Aram. He is THE BEST!) I’ve had in a long time!!! Every single thing my party ordered: western burgers, chicken sandwich, wings, pretzel, spicy margarita (they infuse their own liquors 😍) was insanely delicious. I’m almost happy we don’t have one in Medford because I’d be there every day and would go broke. Do yourself a favor and eat here if you’re ever in Eugene!! You WILL NOT be disappointed.

I wanted to like this place. Honestly I did. We walked in got seated quickly. We even asked to change to a booth and we’re accommodated quickly. The place wasn’t busy. Half the tables were empty which was surprising for weekend dinner time, so we figured everything would run smoothly. The owner was friendly and kind and personally thanked us for choosing his restaurant which was as a great start. However it went downhill very quickly. Our serve Ava started off with a very surprised look when she was told to help us as we had been there for over ten minutes and hadn’t had our order taken. She asked if we needed a check ( there was no plates or food on the table) and we said no. We need to order. She then divulged into telling us that she has little experience and the place is understaffed and super busy…and asked us to have patience with her… Cool. That’s great. Probably not great to say to customers. But honest. Sure. I’ll give her that. We give her our order. Great. Forty minutes pass. No refill on our waters that have been empty for the last twenty minutes. No appetizer. She checked on us one time in that 45 minuets. And we had to ask for a water refill. An hour later. No appetizer, no food I actually had to walk to the subway that was 267 feet away to get us something to eat because we were so hungry. A few minutes later after I had gotten us some chips the food finally came… Well, most of it, my mothers food was still missing and as we received our food, we were not given any utensils to eat it. Mind you we have been at the restaurant for an over an hour now and did not have any utensils. When finally given our food, we could not even eat it… my brother, who was starving was grabbing the mac & cheese with his fingers because he didn’t even have a fork to eat. My mothers then asked for a spoon for him and we were given one. The last of the food came 6 minutes later..: missing the side. Which was the fries. The fries came another 5 minutes later. So in total all the food came to us 1.20 minutes after we ordered. She did apologize however it did not feel genuine. Nor were we offered any kind of small gesture to make up for the inconvenience. When we finally finished our food we had half of a large sandwich left. We ask for a box for the large sandwich and the fries. Ava acknowledges this and brings us back the smallest box that can’t even hold half of the sandwich…at this point we just chuckle. Because how terrible the situation was… My mother then asked for a bigger box by telling her that the sandwich is not going to fit in the box…is there a bigger one? She then disappeared and came back with a larger box…but here’s the part that made me write the review. When she came back to the table she threw the box down towards me. I smiled. We had been nothing but respectful to this woman. And she crossed the line. Once she threw that box down towards me is when I decided to take the time to make sure that my voice was heard. Disrespect is not tolerated. As someone who visits Oregon often we will never eat here again. We will never suggest this place to anyone. The fact that we got disrespected by staff when we had done nothing wrong. We even had to ask for our own silver ware after the food arrived! I truly suggest training here. Training. Training. Training. It was unacceptable. And I truly wish the best to Ava. We still tipped her however she did not deserve it at all. As someone who has worked in the service industry, we even tried to help by setting all the plates organized and picked up all of our trash to make clean up as easy as possible. I understand the hardships of serving. But this experience was one to remember in the worst way possible. Shoutout to Ava.

My family and I traveled from WA for a concert. We made reservations at Wild Duck Cafe for dinner. Cute place, nice staff, delicious food. I got the jalapeño burger with sweet potato fries. Honestly THE BEST BURGER I’VE EVER HAD. It was so good!!! My family enjoyed their meal as well. They were fast. We got the spinach artichoke dip for api. Overall really impressed. We will definitely come back if we’re in town. Don’t listen to the negative reviews.

Very clean, spacious and inviting atmosphere. The staff here was very friendly and attentive, all the tables were clean, and food was prepared fast and tasty. Parking here isn't the best, but it wasn't too busy so I was able to get parking on the side. Right next to Hirons and Market of Coice.

Fully decked out sports bar with ~15 outdoor tables that are dog friendly. Bartender was kind enough to give our pup a water bowl. Solid food menu. Plenty of beers to choose from the tap list. Easy enough parking in the back.

Service was poor, waited 17 minutes to get my drink. They were not that busy. They informed us of an AUTOMATIC 18% GRATUITY when they handed us the check! We were very surprised. $70 for burger, sandwich, and a drink...not going to be a return customer

Atmosphere was very Sports Ball, dripping with athleticism. Beer was beer-like in all of the ways you want beer to be like beer. Food had taste and was not overly moist. Minus one star because the servers were human and not wild game fowl as the name of the establishment suggests.

Service during our visit was stellar - best I have had in a long time. Super attentive, friendly and upbeat, our server remembered everything down to what each individual ordered (we had a group of 14), and didn't skip a beat when it came to splitting the check. Food was really well prepared across the board, from tater tots to sandwiches to grilled salmon. I wouldn't call it creative dining, but what is offered is done well. Highly recommend.

If there is an event, be sure to get there at 5PM. Got there at 6PM and finally left at 7:30 because the food was still not there. Basic bar food. Nothing special. Left hungry and angry. Charged way too much for watered down drinks. This place sucks. Avoid it at all costs. There are better options around the MAC.

My college daughter and I came here with some of our local friends. Love the atmosphere with the Elvis dancing duck amongst many other college decor - very fun. The food was great - there was a nice variety as they have good burgers (they must be - they actually sold out if them the Friday they were there!) But it's not just a burger place, they have a few dishes with Hawaiian twist that are fun, amazing loaded fries, salads, etc. I LOVE their signature cocktail, "the wild duck" - it's not too sweet and th flavor was just on point! We will definitely be back!

Everything here was excellent. I’m a huge Ducks fan from Nashville and my wife and I visited Eugene last week. Our waitress was awesome and the Hawaiian food we both ate was delicious! Definitely will come back next time we’re in Eugene!

Super fun cafe near campus! Great first stop after our flight in. Melissa was a great server even though she was so busy. Highly recommend the Kalua sliders ! Go Ducks!

Absolutely ludicrous drink prices. $28 (not a misprint) for a pitcher of domestic beer. Good food and service, but I will not return because the drinks are literally double the price of any competition around. If you want a drink here you need to be both rich and stupid.

The menu from the previous owners was a couple of notches down and felt more like bar food. Some items served were cold when they should have at least been warm. Beware! I was charged $9.00 for a pint of beer!!! This price was NOT shown on the menu, understandably. I will not return!

Because it's so close to campus. I'm going to have to develop some will power this fall. I stopped is while in town to visit campus and found it due to its location. Food and service were good. They have some neat metal artwork that I had to send photos of to my boyfriend. I recommend the Dutch apple pie.

Nice pregame spot with lots of space and really friendly employees That said 15 bucks for 3 chicken fingers is not okay. I’ll pay 15 bucks but it has to fill me up. Also ketchup was served in tiny idnidvidual disposable packets- a huge miss for a bar that serves ketchup-eligible sides with literally every menu item. Disappointed but would come back to give them another shot because the staff was so nice

Home from home for 2 weeks .Good ,no great staff. A nice friendly bar with a good choice of food and drinks. Price point was just right. $$$ . Nice out side seat with a breeze in the summer. Plenty of tvs to watch sport. Lots of tables inside . Clean .. food came hot. Drinks cold. In a very frantic time over the big event the staff where great and friendly and helpful. I will miss our evenings Thankyou all

Always has food at a higher quality than you might expect. Never dissatisfied with the food or service here. Only sad thing is that the Chicken Oregonzola is no longer on the menu. Will eat here many more times and always recommend.

I don't know what the other reviews on Yelp or Google are talking about. We had a great experience. No wait for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Variety of menu items. I had omelet and they even allowed me to sub sautéed spinach for toast and potatoes. Wife had avocado Benedict. Son had two HUGE pancakes. Daughter has protein bowl. All good. No complaints. Close to where the campus tour starts.

Ordered chicken fried steak breakfast. The chicken fried is a performed prebreaded thing deep fried. The gravey so thick even turning the container upside down it did not move and it tasted like flour ugh. The potatoes were cooked once then reheated full of grease. Yes I tried using the napkins to squeeze out all the grease. The eggs were to be the white cooked but a little runny yolks I got snooty white gross. The toast was 2 pieces of bread no toasting. Nothing about this meal was worth eating horrible horrible food. The trash got the whole thing. I tried but could not do it. The worst 16 dollars ever spent
