This is gourmet burgers in finest of form. The candied bacon is sooo good and they put it on everything. We started with 2 appetizers, deep fried pickles and deep fried asparagus(each with their own signature dipping sauce). Then I had a Taco burger(add avoc, deep-fried jalapeños, bacon, an over-easy egg). My daughter had the Big Mamma burger. That looked amazing. My wife had the Chelsea Mac n Cheese, flavors were on point. All of the staff were awesome. The menu is massive so I will be making many trips back here from Corvallis. Cheer CHOW! If you get a chance just look up the menu. You won't be disappointed. Sooo many choices only 1 stomach😏

Fantastic food! I ordered the bacon cheeseburger on crack. Minus a star because they did overshoot the medium rare i asked for and was well done. However the burger was so good i didn't mind it much. If you have the money do go check it out, you wont be disappointed!

OMG. I feel like I need a passport for this place to check off the things on the menu that I've tried. Basically all the food is EXCELLENT, its fresh and made to order. The chef is super friendly and was walking around checking on diners. The server staff was very nice, the atmosphere was great, not to bright and relaxing. You can watch your food being cooked if you stay on the first side that you walk into, or you can sit on the "bar side". I loved my Big Bacon Burger with garlic tater tots, some of our gals got the salads which were huge and properly dressed, my sister loved the crab mac n cheese, and my husband when he came with some friends got the chefs special of the day, a colossal Cajun shrimp dish. My only complaint is that we're not local and can't eat here weekly! This is definitely my new favorite place to eat in Eugene/Springfield area, and we'll definitely come back every time we visit!

Today we celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary, we wanted to go some place for lunch. We choose Chow! The best kept secret of a place. The menu is very extensive. I had the "hot as hell" burger, which was very hot, but very flavored! My Wife had the club which was a huge portion!

We lucked onto this place when another place we tried was full. So Lucky! The food is spectacular! The atmosphere is perfect! The employees are friendly without being cloying. If we lived closer, this would be a regular place for us! #mo'stavernlives

This is one of the best restaurants in the Eugene/Springfield area in my opinion. Everything about it is great. There's a huge menu with endless delights to be had, the atmosphere is really nice and the service is great. I've loved everything I have ever ordered from here.

A cozy spot with plenty of room for a large party, Chow Gastro pub never disappoints. Always a delicious meal and by far the best burgers in town! My husband loves the Helfrich, two patties grilled medium rare to perfection topped with an ample amount of brown sugar crusted bacon, swiss, pepper jack, and pimento cheese, layered with potato chips, and a burnt cheese crust, served with traditional tots. Their spicy sweet potato tots are awesome too, as well as their other savory topped fry options. I tried the Salmon Espanaca (apparently new to the menu, and a welcome addition at that!) for our date last night and it was absolutely scrumptious. A hearty portion of perfectly baked salmon, with a delicate hollandaise and gently steamed spinach over dirty smoked rice. The food is rich and the portions are generous, so we always pack half of our meal home to enjoy the next day. I can't wait to enjoy it all over again for lunch today!

I got the bacon burger on crack and it was just phenomenal. The bacon was so good, and the patty was cooked perfect to what I wanted. All around an amazing meal, I enjoyed the decor as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that likes trying new burgers.

I was just looking for a burger joint and found this one passing through. I had the Mac attack with sweet potato tots. Mmm emm good. That is a must try. I will try to be back to try the rest of the menu. The people are very nice and the atmosphere is very local.

I had the Ruthie burger. Best burger I have ever had. Fries were delicious as well. I couldn’t ask for better service. I will be back.

It was the best hamburger I've had in a long time. Bacon cheeseburger on crack. My taste buds were dancing after I ate this hamburger.. Interesting place and atmosphere fun employees. Will come back again. I would like to try another Item from the menu. They seemed very clean and there were outside tables available.

Inside out jalapeno poppers were really good. I loved the burger and sweet potato tots. They were also extremely accommodating with my service dog, even brought her a bowl of water.

Oh my lord! If you want LOADS of amazing southern inspired food...this is the place. AMAZING!! The appetizers alone could be a dinner and then some! Awesome menu selections. Wow wow wow...zero disappointments! 👌👍

My husband, mom, and myself had an amazing experience at Chow today. We all tried different things and we each loved what we got. The burgers are amazing! I've never had fried avocado and it was a game changer. All of their sauces are made in house and they're all incredibly delicious. It may seem a bit pricey, but it was well worth it. The service we had was great and we got to thank the chef too. Overall it was wonderful and it's my new favorite place to eat out for a treat. *If you're craving fries, they're a must try!*

Chow gives me mixed feelings. The naked burger is my absolute favorite burger in town, however I have been disappointed with everything else I’ve ordered 😩 I really want to love them because the menu is intriguing and creative but the food doesn’t live up to expectations. Except the naked burger with cheddar. That will keep me coming back lol.

This place serves a fantastic hamburger and the service is second to none. Please offer regular ketchup. Ask yourself this: will people not come here because you offer regular ketchup? if the answer is no then please, for the love of everything holy just have some bottles of ketchup around.

My wife and I just ate here on our date night and I thought it was review worthy. The food was delicious. The slow cook there bacon in a brown sugar glaze that turns it into some sort of all American candy. She had a burger with mushrooms in it and loved it. We also got appetizers-the blue cheese fries which had an awesome cheddar cheese sauce and bits of that bacon candy and- deepfried avacodos that were pretty good too. I got the wolverine#5 burger and it was awesome but HUGE! Probably would have taken a lot of it home but the owner apparently has a challenge where he has anyone who can finish it sign his bar with a sharpie soooo. Yeah I apparently had a 4lb dinner tonight, can't pass up a challenge like that. Must stop for anyone who's hungry trust me!!!

Must have had close friends do the other reviews. My husband and I found it expensive for pasta that was just cleaned out old food that had been in the fridge way too long and cleaned out my intestinal track for a 5 hour round on the commode. His burger was black and the bacon tasted days old and too greasy and took marathoner to chew. They were out of 5 or 6 items but maybe that saved some lives. RUN, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY, SAVE YOURSELVES. ITS TOO LATE FOR US BUT YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!

Food menu was overly populated and hard to sift through. When ordering a burger, their rare is cold in the middle. My burger had barely a crust and I wouldn't call it rare, I would call it raw. I asked the waitress if that was their practice and she assured me it was. There was no warning about that. My wife's burger was the same way. My burger was the Herbert and it sounded good. It was over populated with arugula. There's no drink menu or really any key on the menu for the symbols next to menu items. Waste of $60 for 2 beers, an appetizer, and 2 very raw burgers in my opinion.

What a great place.... I got the taco bell hamburger-- awesome!! The server was friendly and informative; it was a lovely lunch. So happy 😊 with the whole experience.

Wasn’t sure what to expect, but when I saw sweet potato tots, they had my attention. One side of the menu was filled with a nice variety of foods like fish, chicken and pasta. The other side however…. BURGERS! If you want bacon, it’s going to be coated with brown sugar… I kind of wished they didn’t but it still tasted good… just didn’t need that much sugar. The burger wasn’t very juicy, but the overall flavor was amazing! The cheeses they use provide a nice punch. The tots were coated with a glaze, more sugar I imagine. But they were very good as well. If you want to try this place out… come with an appetite!

Nice looking place. More or less decent service,but the pasta my wife ordered looked like a bunch of leftovers thrown together and just tasted off. While brownsuger and honey coated bacon sounds great it was inedible on my burger. My fries were too hard to eat and the bun was mushy. The only part of my burger that wasn't terrible was the patty itself. But by far the worst part of it is the time spent in the bathroom due to the intestinal distress. Good luck to you if you want to try your luck there.

I don't usually write reviews but I definitely have to talk this place up! New to the area and looking for go-to dinner spots, we decided to give Chow a try and were thoroughly impressed! The Sloppy Pig, BAB Grilled Cheese, and The Brady were big hits with the family, and the tots were just right - crispy without being crunchy. The staff are super friendly and the service was so fast. Everything was priced right for the very generous sandwiches. It's going to be tough to stay away now that we know how great it is. 3 out of 5 stars - wouldn't change a thing ;)

Excellent Chef Salad. Never had one quite like this before. Excellent flavor, brown sugar crusted bacon, lemon poached chicken, and some fine ham. They put some of that lettuce stuff in there, too, along with avocado and parmesan. Great balance. X5 stars plus 1

Food is delicious and full of flavor. Every time I've visited, I've been seated quickly, the food comes out in good time and tastes amazing. If you're looking for a spot to have a few drinks and a good meal, check it out.

Chows is definitely worth coming off the freeway! The menu is extensive to suit any taste! The burgers are huge and full of flavor. Drinks are served in glass jars for nostalgia. The restroom was impeccably clean. AND, no sales tax!! My family is planning to come back to Chow on our return trip!

The food is delicious!!! Everything we had was way above par. Our server was super nice and friendly. Food took awhile but it was a busy Friday night, and it was worth the wait.

We have enjoyed the atmosphere, service and food every single time we've eaten/drank here. The menu is pretty large, we have always ordered different items. The mac attack burger being my favorite so far!
