Im a Grubhub Driver, The big lady bartender was super nice and welcoming to everyone else except me. Though i don't expect much but she's just unattentive, ignored and gave me attitude the whole time. I cant believe the discrimination and embarrassment when other people started to look at me because i had to follow up an order and she's being mean. I got an unprofessional response from the owner , im just stating facts, specifics and experience just like the others, how is waiting 45 mins(order for pickup) a pressure ? My customer is the one who paid the meal , not the business owner who i connected to that customer and made bucks for owner, ofc the wasted time and money on my part is too little for the owner to care, could have fed me 3 meals. This is also not a social media but a business platform for which bsns owners can reflect upon professionally to provide better service. Am i allowed to go inside the kitchen to verify the order with the kitchen staff instead of the bartender relaying the information for me ? the food only got started to be made on my 2nd attempt to follow up who knows if I didn't, I even let her finish and serve the other customer that I was ahead of. Just because im just a driver and not customer they could treat me less? And give 1 star review on me on gruhub driver app ? Wow thanks

Love this bar! I've been going here on and off for years since I live right down the street. It is located on the corner of 28th and Main Street. Huge parking lot. There is a 24-hour convenience store located right across the street, which is nice. Very friendly staff. Decently priced food and drinks. They can get a little crowded on karaoke nights, but they've upgraded their outdoor area, so there's plenty of space. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place. Fun fact about this place is that the actor Clint Eastwood used to come here back in the day as his go-to after work bar since he worked at the mill, if I remember correctly. There's pictures of him at the bar and everything.

Great place to get together with friends. They have an amazing KJ. She made me sound so good! I loved the atmosphere. They have a huge fenced-in outdoor area. The bartenders were incredibly kind and made delicious drinks.

I love the girls and service here! As a female I have never gone to a bar alone before. Kat, Randy, and Alyssa make me feel safe and comfortable for a bar that makes the young girls close by themselves. The food is awesome, I love their homemade soups and great specials. Give them a chance! As long as these three young ladies are here they will take care of you!

Visiting from Santa Fe New Mexico and here for karaoke on a Saturday night. Food was out of this world that steak cooked to perfection. McKenna was great and kept our drinks going well and was very personable. Absolutely love this place

First of all, love coming to this place. Great food and waitresses are awesome, and I'm a regular. But damn I we went on Monday & the place was a dog park. 4 full-size dogs and one customer even had a dog dish on the table. I'm not happy. I think it's unsanitary. I'm hoping the owner will look into this. Don't get me wrong, I love dogs but not eating with them. I don't know why people have to take thier dogs into eat with them.

This place was awesome! Greeted by a friendly waitress. Service was amazing! I will definitely be back for the food here! The burger we had was actually the breakfast special for that morning that was changed right after we got there! It sounded so good we asked if we could get it even though they had erased it at that point. And the waitress said she would “see what she could do” with a laugh! Low and behold she was able to twist the amazing chefs arm and boy was it awesome! Again I will say was very happy with this place and will definitely be back!

The staff is always friendly and the food is always amazing. The cook even knows what an "over easy" egg is, and the hashbrowns are always crispy.

This is now Our favorite place in Springfield! Delicious food and bloody Mary’s! The veggie omelet was spectacular. Fresh veggies with a little bit of crunch, not soggy. The potatoes were just right too, being crispy and flavorful on outside. My husband got the chicken fried steak with gravy and I had a taste, wow, amazing! Great service, atmosphere, and prices too!

Taco Tuesday is a spectacular deal and the food is excellent. I particularly love the duck tenders. Best price in town. Absolutely love the people here. Unfortunately, it has been extremely crowded as of late, but if you can get in at the right time it's totally worth it.

Nice little place. It was kinda busy, but the service was quick and friendly. The food was delicious and also served quickly. We got tested a bit by the regulars , but it was all in good fun. All in all a great experience.!

When they are busy you will have to wait, but not because they are under staffed or have lazy workers. It because it’s busy and it’s worth it. Great service great food and great atmosphere. It’s everyone’s neighborhood bar.

Compared to some other Springfield dives, this ones kept fairly nice. Bartenders are hard workers and drunken drama is at a minimum. The bar is a bit of a tight squeeze, not a lot of open room, but still cozy. Just be careful if you drive, cops will sit at the Rosboro entrance and wait for people to leave.

We are new comers to Gridiron Bar and Grill.. The staff have been great to us, and our two longtime friends too. ❤ Gina the manager is the best. Best place to go and eat and drink in Springfield. Thank you all.

Friendly place, haven't tried their food yet, but they do have a nice smoking area if you're into that. And if you love Karaoke, you're going to love this spot.

Absolutely lovely bartenders. Great Karaoke and good smoking area. Had fries and a bloody Mary while I was there. The ranch dressing could use more seasonings.

There been times the meat in the burger had a ton of seasoning on it, but I can usually manage to eat the burger. Most of the time it isn't bad. This time was horrendous. I barely made it through half my burger and tore it apart and just ate the meat to make sure the words sauce that got put on it this time want the cause. It wasn't. I mentioned it to my server and she gave me half off, which was great. Still a little dissapointed with the burger which is the same burger I normally get and am usually thrilled with.

I had one of the best Reuben sandwiches ever. The fries were perfect. I liked the atmosphere, kind of like going to "Cheer's". We will go there again .

My first time here! Had the chicken fried steak breakfast. The food was BOMB!!! Also the portions were generous. Seriously, the best homemade country gravy too. I will definitely be back😊

KARAOKE HERE IS THE BEST!!! Steele and Mikki (the hosts) are the best. They are great with the sound and super supportive. They will even jump in and help you with back up vocals if you are shy or request it. The bartenders (ALL OF THEM) are amazing. My fave are Jenn and Brittany and Alyssa. They are protective of the women in the bar and I cannot tell you how many times they saved me from drunk creeps. They care about their customers and it shows. I brag about this bar all over social media. Highly recommend coming out on Friday or Saturday and getting the Prime Rib special!! I haven’t had Prime Rib this good since I left Tennessee.

The wife and I stopped in for breakfast this morning and it was amazing with awesome prices! We will definitely be coming back more often for breakfast. Good food and service!

Great food and service. We had the spaghetti special and a couple bottles of Coors light and it was only 20 bucks and it was good too. They also have great burgers.

Good staff. Good food. French fries were soggy and not crispy. They make better breakfast than dinner.
