😠 Super disappointed. I called and asked about gluten free options and decided it would work for my allergies and said that I’d come in and order. Not even 20 minutes later when I got there they decided to close. At 6:45 PM. They were still closing down when I got there and said they couldn’t help me... Super disappointed. I called and asked about gluten free options and decided it would work for my allergies and said that I’d come in and order. Not even 20 minutes later when I got there they decided to close. At 6:45 PM. They were still closing down when I got there and said they couldn’t help me even though I just called and drove all the way across down to try their pizza. It’s hard for me to eat out since I have so many allergies, so this was next level inconvenient, and it was Monday and everything else was closed. Not trying again just to drive across down for them to decide they don’t feel like working when they could’ve warned me 20 minutes prior before I drove there.

We picked up and enjoyed a Combo and a Apollo. Everyone at our table agrees that Pegasus serves dang fine pizzas.

Don't know about anyone else in Eugene but it's impossible to get a pizza on time, not cold or not screwed up in some way during a Duck game. Until Pegasus Pizza that is. I was desperate no time too shop and hungry. So I decided to order during a civil war game. The pie was not only on time, but exactly as I wanted, quality ingredients and piping hot. The price was well worth it. 👌 With a punch card system you can save money and f.y.i they have an excellent micro-brew selection and wonderful wait staff if you have the chance to eat there.

I ordered two pizzas and garlic knots at 18:30 from the store on Willamette and was told there would be a 1.5 hour wait so pick up would be 20:00. I arrived at the shop exactly at 20:00 and when i arrived at home the pizza looked like it had been sitting in their kitchen for an hour and the garlic knots were over cooked - it was terrible. Hands down the worst Pegasus Pizza experience for me. I will never go to this store again but i will give the other stores one more chance but not anytime soon.

The Willamette location ONLY knows how to do food right! The Oakway location was hard to find and gave me a half baked pizza. For the past 3 years though the Willamette location has given high quality, fast friendly service for vegan salads and pizza to Eugene! I highly recommend the Veggie Vortex or Greek Salad! This time we got the Agean Pizza with chicken added, picture included.

Their pizzas are delicious (at least 4 out of 5 stars), but their delivery service is poor. They frequently say they are short-staffed and can't do timed deliveries--so you can't order ahead of time.

Lunch portions are HUGE! The Christmas lager was delicious! Very good salad, but the pizza was awesome!

I ordered this pizza for out-of-town guests. I'll try it again in the future. Tijuana Taxi ---> Guests liked it Hawaii 5-O ---> Guests loved it! Full Caesar Salad --> Gone almost immediately! The ordering and take-out processes were relatively smooth. The toppings were fantastic. I had two large pizzas and that was more than enough to satiate 4 adults, 2 young women, and 2 young boys. If I'm going to get picky, I'd say that the large pizza was a little difficult to eat standing-up because the crust is very thin, the slices are long, and the topping are heavy. Everyone wanted to sit down to eat it over a plate. Next time I might ask for an alternative pizza slicing (monohedral disc tiling or something).

The hours here on Google are correct but the hours on their website aren’t. Their website said they’re open Saturdays until 9 but I came in around 8:00ish only to discover that they were closed unlike what their website clearly states. At least the downtown location wasn’t too far and open later.

The Customer Service is Really Bad at The Willamette Location. Thankfully there is a few better pizza places in town. Pegasus Pizza used to be number 1 in Eugene but now they are on the same level as Dominos.

Last time we got take out. Arrived home to see pizza was burnt. Kids could not eat it. Called back asking to speak to a manager so we could get some money back. Never heard from them. Sticking to the campus location.

Let's be honest: we want good pizza. Pegasus has great pizza and garlic knots. While I've tried quite a few of their pizza's over the years, I just love the little pep-pep. Last time I was there, they were busy and they didn't have my pizza ready, but I was willing to wait. I wouldn't say the inside is an excellent dining experience, but it's a pizza shop. Eating outside on a sunny day is very nice.

Pizza is some of the best in town - especially gluten free. But the prices are steep and the ambiance seems like an after thought.

I picked up a pear Gorgonzola salad to go and it never fails to make me happy. The wait is long but worth it.
