Yesterday I received the best birthday surprise ever... a cake from Noisette Pastry Kitchen! A family member called and ordered from out-of-state — this bakery handled every detail and delivered the cake to my door during a Zoom call with my entire family! Thank you so, so much for making this birthday one I will never forget. The details on the cake were amazing, almost too gorgeous to slice into! By far one of the best tasting cakes I’ve ever had, too! The icing is *heavenly* super light and sweet. Everything about my experience with this place was wonderful, thank you again for going above and beyond in customer service!!

I fell in love with their Olive Oil Cake. It was so delicious and perfectly moist. It literally melts in your mouth. It has a zesty twist, which I love. I would definitely recommend it. The Coconut Cream Tart was also delicious. I enjoyed all the different textures and combination of flavors. The tart had toasted coconut flakes, a mini macaroon and the delicious crunchy shell holding all the goodness together. The tart overall was well balanced and not overly sweet. I also ordered a bacon & ham croissant and a baked egg croissant. The bacon & ham croissant was delicious. The flavor of the cheese stood out the most, which I enjoyed. The other croissant was not what I expected; therefore, I didn’t enjoy it very much. The egg was dry and overly salty. Finally, I ordered a regular iced matcha, which was so refreshing and smooth. I would have liked some sweetener in there, but I forgot to ask. It was still very good.

Best pastries in Eugene! Get there early for a better selection. Unfortunately an employee was rude to me this time but the service is usually good.

Wow, this place can bake. Friendly people who work hard. Very professional. They move folks and cupcakes right along. Crowded. People hard at work. Busy. Feels like a Big City French Bakery. Their offerings are different, for the most part, from the other French Bakeries in town. Wow. With so much to choose from, I chose a crust shattering delicious baguette. I shall return. Very many choices. I was surrounded by happy people waiting to order. So, yeah.

I got the orange cardamom tea cake which was actually perfect. But the potato salad was not to my taste; def not a classic potato salad and the flavors didnt seem to work to me. I have never seen zucchini, yellow mustard seeds, and what tasted like horseradish in a potato salad, but if that is your thing you will love it.

This place is amazing. They have the best french pastries, bread and other lunch items in town. If this place wasn't in Eugene, living here would be a different experience. They also have great coffee and tea and all of the staff are truly fantastic. Hands down one of my favorite bakeries on the West Coast.

My family ordered me cake for my birthday recently and it was beautiful.. I didn’t even want to cut it! Unfortunately, once I did, I had a slice of over baked, flavorless, dry cardboard with stingy filling and flat buttercream topped with tooth-breaking sprinkles. Noisette was the first bakery I visited when I moved to Eugene, and will always have a place in my heart. I hope this lands as advice to not choose style over substance.. instagram trends have led to a preponderance of overly thick, over baked layers that look tall and fabulous and end in disappointment. Give me tender cake and flavor over tall and dry any day!

Noisette has the best Macarons I've ever tasted and they have rotating flavors. The Olive Oil White Wine Cake is very moist tasty and surprisingly light. The Brioche Buns are versatile and delicious. The Palmiers are pure buttery goodness. The Lemon Bars are the perfect balance of tart and sweet. The Peanut Butter Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Cookie combines all my favorite flavors seamlessly into the perfect Cookie. The Bostock is a Brioche Dough with Orange Blossom Simple Syrup, Almond Cream, Slivered Almonds, and Powdered Sugar. This was the first place I ever had one and it immediately became a favorite of mine. The Chicken Hand Pie has Chicken Breast, Leeks, Mushroom, Whole Grain Mustard, and Fontina Cheese and it's scrumptious. You can get a Latte, Cappuccino, or Mocha, and will not be disappointed. Tasty treats await you at Noisette Pastry Kitchen.

I have been here several times and am consistently impressed by any and everything they create. Today I had a sandwich with sundried tomatoes, a delicious aioli, and what looked like the entire ball of fresh mozzarella on a chewy bread. Each bite was incredible. Service was prompt and knowledgeable as well as friendly. Don't miss trying this place out!

Pastries are always really good but unfortunately the coffee/lattes have become almost undrinkable in the last two years. It's sad it used to be so good but my triple shot tasted like water and had barely what I could taste wasn't very pleasant had two sips and had to toss it. Your charged quite a hefty amount for the flavors but idk if they really put in extra when you request it.

You can eat Ambrosia here. (Meaning the food is so delicious, it's almost divine/magic. You can taste the love and effort.) Noisette serves decadent works of art; masterpieces. If you ever stop by Eugene, this should be one of your spots to visit. 100% please try their food Their sandwiches are literally the best lunch sandwiches in town. I get the mozzarella alioli & sundried tomatoes even though it's vegetarian, because it's so damn good. Try their seasonal cupcakes or seasonal mini cakes! Try their passion fruit tart! Or try my favorite, the Bostoc!!!! Ahhh I could die happy with that. (it tastes like lightly sweet bread, with almond baked into the flavor, and a hint of orange) This is truly one of the cafes of all time.

I ordered croissants, an egg scallion bacon brioche and to wash it down London fog.....it was ALL VERY GOOD. I didn't give 5 stars because very Impersonal and not very cozy environment. Pretty industrial feel.

A great little bakery/cafe! Their ham croissant was nice and flaky, and their Chai latte had a nice kick. Had a lively atmosphere, and is a good place to stop by for coffee with a friend. Would go to again, and plan to!

I'm always happy when I leave this establishment. Such a strong addition to the array of downtown eateries. They offer our local city delightful options of desert and savory pastries. I usually get their lemon bars, but instead we picked up some hand Pies to eat throughout our weekend. I was especially impressed with their Italian Sausage Hand Pie. Isn't it absolutely beautiful?

I have some extremely fond memories of this cafe. They're a bit expensive but it is downtown Eugene after all, and my understanding of a dollar hadn't quite kicked in yet at 21, so I definitely spent way too many mornings munching on their freshly baked croissants and sipping on their lattes before my classes at UO. I actually lived right up the street at Titan Court, 2013-2014. Fun times. Would go back in a heartbeat, and this place definitely shaped my university experience.

Cute little patisserie with very good coffee! They were a bit busy when I came in, but the staff was totally on top of it and helped everyone quickly. I'll definitely be back!

Noisette is my all time favorite bakery in Eugene. They have delicious, traditional French style pastries, cakes, tarts, confections and baguette sandwiches. I adore how light and fluffy all of their desserts are and the diversity in options, as they have both delicious lunch options, such as the scrumptious hand pies and sandwiches, as well as a wide array of delectable desserts. The staff is very friendly and the bakery has a very chill and chic atmosphere, with hanging lanterns and rotating local art on sale. This is one of my favorite places to treat myself to some tea and a cookie while I study or to get lunch and a treat with friends. Definitely recommend!

I’m visiting from Tacoma. The ham and gouda croissant was perfect, crispy on the outside, buttery on the inside and reasonably priced. my latte was delicious and the cashier who helped me was friendly and pleasant.

Not a problem really and even fairly priced for the speciality food market just not me. I had a truly delightful fresh mozzarella, sundried tomatoes, pesto served on the most wonderful baguette. Drip coffee was a bit brutish which seemed fine in it's self and with the owner; "say when" on the creamer and a single granulated sugar that house coffee was off to the races for me. I'll fondly recall a single cookie most. A Hazel nut shortbread cookie or the "cloud" its a family's traditional treat. I'm so glad to discover another as delicious as my own.
