The pizza is good. The store is clean. Workers are pleasant. Here's my problem: one can order online for pizza to be ready at a specific time for pick-up. I have done this. When I show up to pick up my pizza, ordered hours earlier to be ready at a specific time, I have to wait in line and only then they begin to make my pizzas...so the online ordering to pick pizza up at a specific time does not work any better than showing up and ordering pizzas to be made with no notice whatsoever. This is not right. And it has happened repeatedly.

I SWEAR I worked there and I NEVER got any tips from the money that was earned. The general management is not a good person what so ever and lack of understand. I advice that NO ONE works for here.

It was friday night and There were only two people working, because somebody called out, which sucks because it took longer than I would've wanted but even more remarkable was that the two people working (again on a Friday night) were very friendly even though they were swamped. I really appreciate it, thank you for working hard guys.

Friendly service. Lots of good coupons (especially birthday coupon) if you get on their email list.

I always have good experiences here. The staff is very friendly and does a great job on the pizzas.

I had just left my bank with cash to buy dinner with. My bill came to $40. When I ha ded a $50 bill I was told they could not accept $50 bills. Good thing I had my debit card, or I would have had no choice but to cancel my order

Came in to order pizza. Waited for 40 min for our pizzas. Would be no one in store except people coming in every now and then to pick up their online order. Seems like everytime an online order comes in they would halt the orders of people actually there waiting and make theirs instead. They made our two pizzas incorrect after all that time. There was two different sauces smothered on one pizza and made it very watery and disgusting.

Ordered a pizza from the "Non-Dairy" cheese section of their menu. Turns out the sauce on the pizza has dairy. Why put a pizza in a non-dairy section that has dairy on it? The least the cashier could have done was ask if we wanted it to be dairy free because the sauce is not. The pizza name is very misleading: "Dairy-Free Cheese Gourmet Vegetarian". READ CAREFULLY and ORDER CAREFULLY if you have any food allergies because their staff isn't going to help you.

Great quality. The pizzas were delish. All i had to do was put into oven. It was such a breeze. 💖

This was my first time here and I gotta say I was impressed by how good this pizza was, I got a large cheese pizza with extra cheese and I cooked it at home in my oven and when it was done it was so amazing and fresh, the great thing about papa murphys is that they always use organic fresh ingredients so your always getting a good high quality product everytime u go there.

Great place with good employees for the past 3 years. Easy for planning dinner and baked on your own time.

The last two times I have ordered here my pizza has not been ready this time I was 19 minutes after my pick up time and pizza was not ready and then while I’m waiting they tell me they don’t have the sausage for my pizza. I am usually patient but it is getting a little ridiculous.

Second time in a week I've gone here at 8:00 p.m. when they don't close tell 9:00. But was met with rude lazy employees that explained to me that they close soon. Actually in 1 hour but they already had taken down the line put everything away and refused to help or make anything instead saying they would sell the salad and garlic bread they were going to throw away, so instead of doing there job this arrogant lazy, boy and women offer bad old food and refused to give me there names or let me speak to a manager. I'm so sick of horrible people.

Papa Murphy’s makes great tasting, fresh pizza for a fraction of the price of full-service pizza places. Bake it in your oven at home for a perfect pizza baked as you like it every time. I’ve been a customer for years and I’m never disappointed. I love their gourmet vegetarian and their New York pizza. Choose from their menu or create your own. Baking Tip: The last minute of baking put your oven on broil to thoroughly melt the cheese and toppings. Just be careful not to overdo it. Watch it closely! Enjoy! Dang, I wish I had one of their pizzas now…

The pizza from this Papa Murphy's is consistently above average and so is the cookie dough! 😋 The restaurant is a regular go-to for our family on Tuesdays, since it's easy to build your own large pizza(s) for a decent price

Not sure I care for the super slick modern look. Papa Murphy's has always been a family establishment in my mind. But shift supervisor Jeremy was super friendly, the coupons in the mail were a good deal, and the food is always great. Excited to get home and try this rustic veggie pizza

We feel like we get personalized treatment when we go. Our pizza is made to our order. Like only like 1/2 ounce sauce. All staff very helpful and friendly.

So I stopped by for a chicken ceased salad, yumm! I ordered the six dollar salad and it rang up $6.50, they charge you for the ceaser dressing when you order a ceaser salad. Then to top it off after my purchase they inform me they don’t have any forks, directing me to Safeway for a fork. Finally I open the salad to find about two ounces of meat and a table spoon of cheese on A LOT of lettuce! Bet they have good pizza though, just stay away from the salads!!!!

Their pizza is truly the best . You have to bake it yourself but this place has got the freshest ingredients and the best pizza hands down. No body can top the prices for a delicious pizza!! You go to some places and they charge double!! Why go to the other pizza place when I can get 2 pizzas for the price of one cooked pizza!! Great for parties and family get togethers. Scrumptious. And inexpensive!! My favorite is the chicken, bacon artichoke delight!! Even there dough is fresh!! The salads are so so good!!

I ordered by phone right about when this place opened. The employee said 22 minutes and the pizza would be ready. I get their in 22 minutes and he’s on the phone. So. I wait a few minutes for him to get off the phone. He comes over and rings me up and the. Tells me “that will be about 5 minutes” I say “it looks like you haven’t even started it yet” the employee replies with no apology “we just opened” I just can’t stand being told one thing and not even getting an apology when someone messes up. It’s bad customer service. This is the Willamette street location.

Good pizza, they are open till 9pm but they don't make pizzas till 9pm though. Disappointed that they put everything away with plenty of time to make some pizzas yet before they close.
