Just ordered from here. I’ll have to eat around the rusty old lettuce. Salad is definitely not worth $7. Also they didn’t give me a receipt.

Went through drive thru, best Wendy's I've ever been to. Nice people and able to figure out your order. Not super busy. It is alittle hard to get out of the dr through if your taking a left and there's lots of traffic. Frostys for the win 😋

The drive through can be very slow at times, every time I have ordered a sandwich with no tomato, I actually got it with no tomato so that’s a plus. My food is always fresh. Their prices are actually better than Carls Jr in my area at least. Plus they are open till 3am.

Clean bright and well-trained. Great staff attitude. I always go through the drive-thru quick service tonight they were really really busy I would have gave them five stars except I did not get any straws had to ask for condiments twice other than that food was great friendly staff and I'll be back. I like the cleanliness of the place.

It was very disappointing for me when I walked in watching one of the staff being bullied by two other employees making fun of her in front of the guests and it was definitely appropriate. I watched another one running around going. Where am I going? What am I doing? She just didn’t know what she was doing. It seem there was no manager on site. And just overall a bad atmosphere, and the food made me sick the moment that I ate it so I will pass going here in the future because I do not want to give my money to a company that allows bullying within the workplace. Unacceptable.

The food was always delicious to me. Definitely a good place to go to, especially when I got to be somewhere quick. The staff was very polite and even made suggestions on what was good and listed out the deals of the day when I asked for them. The place was very clean and had enough space for me to sit down and eat.

This is the absolute worst Wendy’s restaurant. This particular location never fails in delivering terrible service and food that is very obviously past the throw out time. I have never been treated so rudely in a service establishment in my life. Extremely bad service, cold French fries every time we’ve gone and literally the entire staff need to go back to basic customer service training. Does Wendy’s even care about their customers anymore or any form of a service standard? We will never ever go there again

I generally like the food, but it seems like there might be an issue with following the ticket. I frequently order through the online app, and I always ask for extra sauce. 90% of the time, they do not put extra sauce. Or likewise I ask for extra pickles, no extra pickles given. Its a shame. Otherwise Id give 5 stars. Food is often enough hot.

I love the drink machine It's so cool!! Wendy's is great I just wish it wasn't so busy It's really hard to actually get through there because I don't have a lot of time. Got to love a frosty! And their chicken sandwiches are amazing, I would suggest trying the new Diablo sauce too! ❤️ I also absolutely love their little den like area with the fake fireplace an the cool little chairs, legit my favorite place to chill out and eat in the store for sure!!!

Wanted a celebration treat and gladly waited in a long drive-thru line. Don't remember frosty sizes being as small as what we got. It was delicious but no longer worth the higher price. :( The male giving the food at the window was very sweet and talkative to the young girl in the car ahead of us. We got our order without a smile, nor did he respond when thanked.

I grew up around Wendy's in SW Washington, and when I moved to Eugene I was excited to see Wendy's here. Unfortunately shortly after moving here ALL of them shut down. Several years later this location opened up and it is the only location in the Eugene/Springfield area and I am very grateful not to have to travel 2 hours to get a frosty. I had the Spicy nuggets and the Chili today, and it was even better than I remember. The crew members were very friendly and quick to put my order together, and being in a rush it was very appreciated. Will definitely eat here again. Just wish they would open another location somewhere closer to me!

It’s fine but they need to bring more Wendy’s to the community with up to date pickup windows (Wendy’s does not refer to them as drive throughs)

Poor communication with drive thru orders, poor packaging and missing receipt and items off our orders!!! Never going back!!!!

Great food for a Wendy's also very fast. Service depends on staffing, I've never been treated poorly though. Regrettably due to location there is unfortunately a but of negative interactions with the unhomed - this isn't Wendy's problem though.

I ordered a Dave’s Double combo with a medium chocolate frosty but received a kids small. The young lady that gave me my order very quietly said my name then turned around and started talking with her friend again. I understand a lot of teens work here but Wendy’s is becoming somewhat expensive, there should be a higher level of professionalism amongst their employees. All in all the burger and fries were good so was the frosty but their customer service and attention to the order needs to improve.

Do not mobile order on their website. It took me more than an hour to receive food I paid for prior to arriving! Food was fine. Service from the person running drive through was absolute garbage.

Three employees just called me a racial slur. They also spit in my food. When I went to tell the manager she said the same thing to me and was very racist in mean will never eat at any Wendy's ever again

The AI drive-through experience was interesting. On the plus side, I feel it went fairly quickly for my order. Maybe 25% slower than a human taking the order. As for two cars ahead of me... well, they couldn't help but talk to the AI as much as possible about non-order related stuff... and the AI doesn't appear to have the ability to tell someone to stop harassing them, complete their order, and move on. I was the third car in the drive-through... 40 minutes later, I had my food.

Everything was fresh and well made! Restaurant is clean and staff is friendly. It did not disappoint!

We ate at this location on 11/10/23 and the food was really good and hot and the frosty tasted like ice cream and not whip cream. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was also during the lunch hour so they were really busy and got my order in a timely manner and they took the time to.make sure the dining area was kept clran unlike the Springfield restaurant when you have to wait for almost 20 minutes to get your order and the restaurant is dirty. Will go back to.the west 11th restaurant again

The best Wendy's I've ever been to! Food is always good but the employees are what make this location amazing! They're upbeat & very efficient & they treat they're customers & delivery drivers well!

The food was slightly warm not like it was freshly cooked it was not hot. And it was overcooked,like it was held in a warmer and had dried up. The fries were luke warm also. We ate the food, we were hungry but we don't plan on going back.

Ordered a Bourbon bacon & large fry. Got my food & and looked at the receipt & they charged me for & made a big bacon, which costs more. I went up to counter to get the sandwich I ordered & the guy behind the counter asks if I want a refund of the difference! They make a mistake & they want me to pay more for it? Guy behind counter decides he will make a dbl Bourbon bacon to make up for difference. 8 minutes later, after eating all my fries, I went back to the counter to see about getting the rest of my order, which got lost & they had to make a 3rd sandwich! I did not get an apology at any time for them messing up my order! I will definitely not be coming back here anytime soon!

Went in right at 10, when lobby shuts down, to pick up an order to be delivered. There was 2 people there as well who wanted to order. Counter guy finished helping delivery driver who was picking up when I came in, then told me and the coue lobby was closed now so we has to go through the drive through. We were already in there so they should have just locked the door and helped us. But no. Left a really bad taste for me.

Unfortunately this is the only Wendy's in the area. The place is not as clean as other Wendy's. The constant lack of product, the soda machine has been broken or not working right now for 6 months, no ice, not mixing right, out of order, or half of the options void. The staff must be first time workers as I am constantly having to get my order corrected. Sadly, I enjoy the food when things are prepared correctly.

I like Wendy's junior bacon cheese burger. Great price & filling. Their fresh made salads are also good to have as a side dish. Drive thru was busy as well as inside.

food is always good but the food safety back there is horrid. i watched a lady wipe her nose, not wash her hands and then hand me my frosty no lid at all. i work in food industry and seeing that is gross. 10/10 do not recommend going there. toxic is the way to go.

This place is just dirty. Stopped here for lunch two days in a row and the soda machine is gross. Was not wiped down the second day either. I can imagine how gross their kitchen is.

The drive thru line is usually long but goes pretty fast. The workers are awesome and friendly! The prices have definitely gone up but sometimes, a person just needs some Wendy's in their life.

Finally a Wendy's in lane County again! My burger was excellent. They are open quite late for this area, which was great. Fries were fresh and my burger tasted heavenly. More expensive then other fast food by nearly double, but worth it.

Pricey for fast food🥑. Still I like their salads.The apple Salad with candied walnuts and blue cheese. Strawberry 🍓 salad in season . Chili with lots of fresh onions and cheese

Whoever was just at the window at about 8:30 was the sweetest worker I have ever encountered at wendys. She was so kind and genuine. Also they got my food out to me so quick and the fries are actually fresh. I appreciate you all greatly and I'm sorry for when you guys are busy as hell because I know you barely get a break during rush hour. YOURE DOING GREAT

I don't understand the negative reviews.For me there was one mistake out of many visits. When I brought it to their attention, they apologized and corrected it immediately along with a free soda. This location is clean, fast, and friendly. Every time I've eaten here, the food looks and tastes as it should.

My girls love the nuggets and fries from Wendy's and this location always serves those items hot and crispy! Usually they want to dig in right away but I always catching them blowing to cool them down - the employees always have friendly setvice too!
