Good online menu. Food was reasonably priced and ready on time. Takeout only. No dine in. However, lo mein dish was made with spaghetti noodles, smashed together and vegetables and chicken were very bland. Egg roll was unlike anything I've ever seen: the size and shape of packaged cherry pie from a convenience store. The oil used to fry it was also old/tainted. Pot stickers were cold, dry, and hard. I would not return here.

I had to remind my husband this was not the worst Chinese we ever had. That would have been in Hood River. Where to begin: giant egg roll mostly shell. The veggies inside were mush. The 'sweet n sour' sauce had to be made with ketchup. Really. Husband's meal chicken n cashews was edible. I'll leave it at that. The"MooShu" pork was MooShu alright. It looked like it was put in a food processor. I show the biggest pieces of pork I could find, and they were chewy and hard. Sigh. Back to Steam n Spice.

I love this place. Fast, fresh delicious food, great customer service, lots of options. Very clean and wholesome vibe, lots of orchids and a big jade for décor. They will make anything you want spicy for a tiny upcharge even if not on menu as hot, which I need, haha. If you're looking for consistently delicious classic Chinese food, at a great price, this is the place in Eugene. Make sure to read the menu on their very detailed website before you order, it's very descriptive, and helpful if you're indecisive like me.

The food was terrible and over the phone server was rude. I called to make a to go order. I ordered 3 combination meals and asked if each could be put in a separate bag. The person said that my inconvenient request would add extra time and would need to charge an extra bag fee of .50 per bag. Really?!! I was already paying for the meals, so sorry to inconvenience your staff. The food had a terrible smell like old oil or something. At first, I thought maybe it was the chow mein noodles as they smelled old and also tasted odd. After serving our food it all smelled the same. After several bites, we experienced a terrible after taste. It was between an old oil and cardboard taste. Absolutely 💯 disgusting food!

The chicken dishes tasted really off. Like when chickens a little old but you cooked it. The pot stickers had pink chicken. The broccoli beef was decent.

Small restaurant with a huge menu. Food was hot, fresh and very flavorful. Staff was friendly, competent and knowledgeable. Moderately priced. I will go back again.

Although the online menu has Mongolian beef they do not serve it. I also never ordered sweet and sour chicken that I did not get rice with it. Was disappointed Although what we did get was good.

This place has amazing food! Best in town by far. Awesome staff as well. Very nice dining area. Small but clean and new. Can't wait to eat here again.

If you have not eaten here yet, do yourself a favor & go immediately! Food is delicious, homemade & quickly served. The gracious hostess/ waitress is wonderful. You & your tummy will be happy to taste their food.

Can’t believe I’ve never been here. Had dinner with my husband and in-laws. We each ordered different dishes and shared potstickers (which we all enjoyed). Everything was amazing!! All the food was excellent! I got lemon chicken, chicken was super crispy (which I love) lemon sauce is made in house with actual lemons! It is very lemony, and very sweet. Husband ordered Moo Goo, which was also super good! Prices are very reasonable for what you get, and service was great. Maybe because it was a quiet Tuesday for dining in. Looked like most order take out as a number of people came in to pick up food while we were there. Can’t wait to go back. I found my new favorite Chinese place.

We were there at 7:30 pm. They advertised being open until 8:00..Nope. only take out after 7:30. I recommend advertising that then.

I have been coming here for 30 years and it’s my favorite Chinese restaurant. It is ran by a very sweet family. The food is priced well and tastes good. It’s small but cozy.

Hands down the best restaurant in Santa Clara. The employees are always so fun and light-hearted that they immediately make you feel like family. Be sure to ask for suggestions, you may find a new favorite dish!

Was very disappointed. We placed a Togo order tonight. We spent a lot of money and There was no flavor. One of the meals the shrimp was so burnt it made the entire meal bitter, the second was drowning in like a soup. But i didnt order soup & the rice, There is nothing that made me feel like 3 day old left overs more than this rice. All and all I will never go back and encourage you to skip over the Togo service all together.

Had eaten here before, its been awhile, and the food and dine in service was good. I've recommended it. Will not be coming back nor recommending again. Ordered take out, only choice right now. Everything except an egg foo yung, which was good, seemed like it had been cooked hours ago and been under heat lamps. The s/s pork was completely dried out. Too thinly sliced. Fried shrimp barely tasted of shrimp. My friend ordered a combo with the chow mein, said it was the worst they've had. Not sure if there was pork in the pork fried rice. Decent pricing if the food was better, and order was ready when we got there. But again, not likely to return.
