This is BY FAR the best health food restaurant in Eugene area. Incredible and fresh food, from ramen to smoothies to juices. The service is so sweet and present. It can definitely be a long wait for the food, but you’ll be so grateful for your patience when you taste it. The freshness is unbeatable. My favorite food here is the spicy bowl with braised chicken. There’s also vegan and gluten free options!!

I ordered "The Vegan" under the noodles category not knowing what to expect, MY MIND IS BLOWN! I'll definitely be going back! The seasoning/flavor profile and portions alone are worth it! Very authentic, affordable and delicious!!

OMG, a fermentation flight. Who knew? The noodle dish salad and the fermentation dish were all great.

Google hours as well as the hours listed on their door say they open at 10 am. I arrived at Nourish at 10:15 and the door was locked. I was excited to try it out so I called the number, a man answered and said “hello” I said “is this nourish?” And he responds with “are you telling me you’re at the door?” So that was a weird start. But the guy was nice when he came out and said they’re transitioning to opening at 11 am. But maybe they should put a sign on the door and I don’t think changing hours on Google can be that difficult. My smoothie was really yummy but maybe a little small for $10, but I feel like everything is expensive these days so I was happy to support them. It wouldn’t be my first choice to go back to but that’s partially because I hate that parking lot so much.

My gf and I loved the juice and the food was incredible. If you go here, then you have to try The Spicy soup and pork belly!

This is one of the few restaurants in Eugene that truly focuses on CLEAN and local food. Those sweet potato shell tacos are absolutely to die for, the juices are amazing, the ramen is made with house-made bone broth, and everything just FEELS good. Do yourself a favor and support this place - John, the owner, is truly passionate about good, clean food and puts his heart into all of it.

Four stars only because I wish other employees made smoothies as good as the owner does. $12 for a runny smoothie, lovely. Other wise pleasant vibes and mindful ingredients that will leave you feeling nourished, no pun intended.

Delicious food, simple decor, kind and conscientious service. I’ve eaten here a few times, and I have been impressed each time. The food is top notch. I have celiac, so there aren’t a ton of options for me to safely eat in this town - Nourish does a great job of ensuring everything I order comes free of any contaminating gluten, and everything is fresh and carefully prepared. You don’t have to eat gluten-free here, but you can, and safely. This place is my new-found treat!

Clean healthy food has been my experience every time I eat at Nourish. From the fresh squeezed juices and refreshing smoothies, to the duck confit tacos and the life giving selection of delicious Ramen options. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve yet to find something to complain about with this place. Love spending money here.

Delectable cafe with fresh and flavorful clean ingredients. A great option for vegan and vegetarian dining.

I ordered a drink and the Miso Jo Jos. The drink was great, the food was horrible. To add on to this, the chef told the cashier to hide the burnt ones under the decent looking potatoes in my to-go order. I called to complain about this and the manager called me back to make excuses for their actions and burnt food. Anyone who cooks knows that when sweet potatoes are mushy they have gone bad. Anyone who cooks, with or without miso, knows that caramelized does not mean burnt. The potatoes were all different sizes and some were burnt and some were almost raw. Really bad experience and customer service.

Delicious, delicious, delicious!! I am so thrilled my husband and I discovered this place. Everything is fresh, hand made, and has fantastic flavor. The ramen is, by far, the best in town, the taco shells are handmade and so delicious. The smoothie menu is unique and flavorful - the best smoothie menu in the area by far.

Amazing the first time around, somehow even better the second time. There is something very special about this place, surprised there isn’t a line out the door. 7/5 stars, will eat food from Nourish again soon.

What a beautiful place to spend time eating nourishing food for the soul. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted by plants and decor/furniture that gives you the feeling of being in nature with a touch of modern. All earth tones. Did I mention the food is to live for!!? Very delightful and this will be a regular spot forsure!!

Super friendly owner who talked all about the fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients with me, and the food was delicious. This is such an upgrade from the subway that used to be here.

Nourish provides the freshest, most creative, healthy, organic food in Eugene. The flavors are exceptional and every dish is made with love and beauty. This is where I go when I want to feel nourished, and also where the foodie in me gets satisfied with high-quality, beautiful food.

This restaurant is well-named. The food is like the healthy version of comfort food that really is nourishing. The ramen dishes are flavorful and the perfect meal on a cold day. The tacos are really yummy and interesting. The prices are good for what you get because the ingredients are always fresh and high-quality.

I have been loving Nourish for a while now and I am finally writing a review. It is always hard deciding what to get, because whatever I order is always multi-layered, freshly prepared deliciousness. I love the tacos, with the bomb sweet potato tortilla, the ramens are a family favorite and the other day I had the pickles plate and the different pickled vegetables were each so uniquely, perfectly delightful. I'm not even the biggest pickles fan, but I am definitely a superfan of Nourish's. I haven't even talked about the juices and smoothies! Yum. Thanks for what you do, Nourish!

Top of the top in Eugene. Food is medicine, instructions and code. Everything we put in our bodies can create or fight disease. Nourish knows that and it’s obvious. The tacos… flavor bomb. To die for! Fresh pressed organic juices, pick your passion or choose by what ails you. And the soup.. it’s a dream come true. Don’t walk, run to this restaurant. Stay nourished, my friends. We are lucky to have this place so go show them and your body some LOVE.

Hands down THE MOST delicious and healthy food in town. These dishes are truly made with love. The fish tacos are an absolute must (we ordered seconds). The smoothies and juices are made with the freshest fruits and vegetables. And the Vegan Ramen is to die for. No joke, we ate here for dinner then came back the next day for lunch. It’s that good!

Very good experience. I had an original ramen with chicken added. Slightly pricey @18 dollars, but factoring inflation plus high quality ingredients I figure it’s pretty fair. I stress the high quality ingredients - very obvious that everything was fresh and good. Initially, I though the flavor profile was a bit sour for me, but within about three spoonfuls I either adapted to the taste, or whatever it was that caused it was gone, because it really smoothed itself out and was nothing short of delicious. I think the one thing Eugene is missing is more high quality restaurants and eateries, and as someone hailing from Austin, Texas, where every corner seems to have its own local 5 star food truck/restaurant/bakery/eatery, I very much hope that this review inspires you to go and support this place. We need it, and so does your tummy.

Simply the best fresh healthy delicious juice you can get in Eugene! Even better and more nutrients than my homemade juices. So grateful I found them.

One of my most favorite spots in all of Eugene. Probably the best food in town, with the sweetest managers. Have sought solace here many times for a big bowl of hot soup or a smoothie. nothing like some soup with locally sourced/ high quality ingredients for the soul.
