We had a great stay here, and would come back again. Cons: Be aware this is a motel converted to a best western and there is no hot tub. You have to walk outside to get to breakfast/pool and it was a chilly walk. Otherwise the remodel is in progress and I think it’s pretty well done. Our room was clean, the water pressure was fantastic, you have lots of food choices for delivery, the pool was huge (AND WARM!), staff was friendly, the breakfast area was beautiful and well stocked. We had a water view room and it had a patio the kids loved with ducks and geese below. We had some nuts/seeds/veggies conveniently so we fed them and it was a high point for the kids.

It’s a motel not hotel. You can’t sleep in rooms close to the street due to the noise. The front desk is not well trained and refused to change the room. Be careful when book this motel. Edited for replying the owner: Your comment doesn’t change the fact that your motel does locate next to the busy street and you put a not well-trained stuff on the front desk. You’re not thinking from the customer perspective. If this issue is all about third party booking, you should add “we treat guests from third party as secondary” in your description and terms. Think about the litigation risk.

STAY HERE!! The absolute best. Tried to stay up the street and it was a nightmare. We came in desperate for a room and we got the family room. Was amazing and the beds were SO COMFORTABLE. Accommodated our family perfectly. The pool was clean. Breakfast actually had flavor and variety. Nothing but good things to say.

Very nice hotel and centrally located. It was easy to get to off the interstate and back on in the morning. The room was large and clean, the shower a little small. The room was cleaned well and the bed very comfy. Having a fridge and microwave is always a plus to put some things in while travelling. We didn't use the amenities while there but they looked nice. They have a guest laundry aswell. The breakfast was so good too. Lots of hot and cold options!!

This hotel was wonderful! Breakfast was surprisingly more than I expected. We’re use to bagels, muffins, cereal, and very complimentary breakfast style, but here, they had sausage and gravy, potatoes, bacon, I mean the full works. The staff was also so friendly and warm. Our room was very spacious and clean. And the amenities were great. I was a bit sad when it said online they had a jacuzzi, but no longer had it on site, however, the sauna made up for it. The pool was nice, just wished it was a little bit warmer. Overall, great hotel. Would recommend to this visiting Eugene. Also, you have to check out track town pizza few doors down. Amazing pizza and wings!

Staff was not bothersome, the grounds and rooms and pitbull and other pet friendly, without service animal documentation, there is a fitness room, a pool open til midnight and a bathroom with a shower and dry sauna for both men and women-inside of the pool house. Also the breakfast is loaded, the only things it's missing in cinnamon rolls and a waffle iron. The rooms are clean, and non smoking. Smoking is allowed in a designated spot in the parking lot.

We stayed as a family while my husband attended a conference at Oregon University. The breakfast service was good with hot and cold options. My children liked the pancake maker for breakfast. The pool was a decent size and goes to 8 ft deep. It was large enough for several families to enjoy at the same time with plenty of room to move around. The fitness room had a bicycle, elliptical, and a treadmill plus a weight machine, dumbbells, and yoga ball. We're a larger family, so we stayed in a family suite. It was clean and had 2 tvs with just enough space to spread out. So we all had an enjoyable time. Our major tip: the walk to the pool goes outside, so plan ahead by bringing flip flops, which we did as usual, but we wished we had bathrobes for a comfortable walk back to the room. That's the only thing that would have enhanced our experience, bathrobes.

A motel, not a hotel and not particularly well kept on the outside. The suite was a converted basement space on the backside of motel. Decent interior, but not as described when I called to confirm bed configurtion.there is nowhere to sit and have any decent view. The pool is bare, in a loud cement room. Tiny Sauna in the bathroom. Nothing like what I experience in other Best Western hotels. Located on a convenient main road with great access to the u of o campus, we will be spending minimal time at this motel. Down rated to one after the dance music from the sports club next door came on from 1 am to 2:30 am waking up all.

Clean, spacious, comfy beds, good shower head and pressure. Very nice staff. Hot breakfast better than any I've had in a long time. The food actually had flavor. Roomy area so you can distance yourself. Ours was only a late in/early out, so I can't say more, but I'd stay again. Oh, only drawback was you can't make a left turn leaving or pulling in.

The location is great! Beautiful location! The rooms are a tad dated but they're doing construction and they're still in great shape! Very little noise pollution so sleeping is easy. The bed was most comfortable as well. Service was prompt and friendly. I am in a wheelchair and all through there isn't a room there that was considered ADA, I read the specifications of the rooms and I was able to use my wheelchair no problem! I recommend this hotel too any one and we personally will be using this hotel!

For a 3-star hotel, I'll give it 5 stars on value. The location is great being right next to the University of Oregon. This is great because you can walk around the campus area close to the hotel. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was plentiful. The room was clean and comfortable too. Would recommend staying here.

This place was great! The front desk Alisha was awesome and made sure my teens didn't have to share a bed. The pool was awesome and open late. This will be our new getaway place

Check-In was a breeze. Room was clean, nicely decorated and the A/C was nice and cold (not too noisy either). Hot tub listed on website did not exist. The pool was nice and refreshing. Breakfast was on par with similar motels. Overall a pleasant experience. I'd stay here again

My room was quiet, clean, and the bed was soft with plenty of pillows. The pool is beautiful (didn't try it though) and the complementary breakfast was fresh and perfect. Staff was helpful and courteous. I have 0 complaints, it's easy to give this place 5 stars.

I stayed here because of the fires happening right now. I thought this would be a safe location because I have stayed here on business and everyone was kind. The front desk manager made me feel extremely unsafe. She did not care if her customers felt safe from the group of men who were congregating in the parking lot drinking beer and leering at women. She was rude and confrontational the entire time. And several times she made back-handed comments about my age. Ageism in any form is not okay, she should not be sharing her political feelings with customers. Please make sure this inappropriate behavior does not happen in the future. I will not be staying here again and I will be recommending my company no longer use this location in the future.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Buyer be aware if you live in the area you are not permitted to stay at this location. I've stayed at many Best Westerns will never recommend this location to visitors. I'm a rewards member which has my address attached to the account. It's not hard to notify members they can't stay at this location because they are a local resident. Their policy to not allow locals to stay is a terrible policy.

This hotel should be a higher rating on Google - this is by far a 4.5-5 star hotel. We have stayed in many, many hotels up and down the PacNW, and this one a true delight! Friendly staff, very clean rooms, and a very, very good breakfast. Pet friendly, comfortable beds, and I loved the way you could park outside your room (a la motel style). It is right across from the University, and has a very good pub next door with excellent food. Truly a gem 💎✨️ - and we will definitely be back!

Excellent place to stay! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of space in the room. Breakfast was good - fresh pancake maker, fruit, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, coffee and juice. We did laundry here - it was about $5 to wash and dry (extra $1.25 each for detergent/dryer sheets). The machines worked great. We did a very large load and everything came out clean.

There are several problems with this hotel: 1) They advertise their breakfast, but it is only served until 9.30 am. It is almost pure plastic and syrup: nothing nutritious here! THey contribute not only to the obesity rates in America, but also to the environmental crisis. Having breakfast here means you leave a small mountain of plastic behind you. 2) The rooms are a little worn out, and ours was cramped. The lighting in the room is horrible: too dark, and LED-white. On the positive side: the swimming pool is nice, and was pretty empty during my stay. The staff is friendly.

This place needs to seriously consider demolishing this motel and trying again. The best part was check in,and it was downhill from there. The rooms are atrocious, very outdated, unclean, ran down with holes in doors and doors that don't close properly. The traffic noise will insure you don't sleep, but if you do, your back will be seized in the morning from the mattress made of concrete. When you wake up, nourish yourself with lukewarm microwaved rabbit food at the continental breakfast. My 3 year old kept asking what we were eating and had to explain that this is their version of sausage, eggs and potatoes. I'm baffled in 2023 people can still get away with kind of establishment. Best of luck keeping this dump open.

The location for this best Western is amazing. The university campus is gorgeous, and I can't recommend taking scooters out to tour it enough. The walls are thin, you can hear banging on walls if your neighbors are loud, water running, etc. Haven't heard voices from either side though. Be mindful of water temperature in the shower as well, I think they are all in parallel. This is the cheapest pet fee we have come across ($20). Cat friendly.

Great place to stay. Walked to the University. Lots of restaurants around. The room was clean. Staff was great. We would stay again anytime we are in Eugene.

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your room. They compare hundreds of hotel sites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you choose this place you won't be disappointed. STAY HERE!! The absolute best. Stayed for three nights in June 2023. I was a little surprised by the motel-like layout. But I was lucky and had an interior room, so I didn’t get any noise from the parking area. The room was clean and nicely set up, and surprisingly all the outlets and charging stations worked. Seems to always be a problem when I travel. The weirdest thing seriously was the toilet. I think they bought it at a sale for kindergartners. It barely reached past my shin and as somebody with a bad knee that thing was a challenge! I do not like the new trend of not cleaning rooms during a stay. While they were happy to replace towels when asked, it felt like it was a burden to me to have to do it. It’s sort of a luxury of being able to stay in a hotel to return to a clean room and the loss of that Service makes it somehow less. The staff were all extraordinarily kind and friendly, and a huge shout out to Madison for the help and going the extra mile!

We stayed here for a function at UofO and we are so glad we did. We ended up forgetting something and it was so close that we were back in no time. The room was clean, simple, quiet. We had a little bit of their breakfast spread and thought it was great considering the small size of the hotel. Overall would highly recommend.

This hotel doesn't give rewards points after your stay, check in points only. The breakfast is better than most hotels but it doesn't start until 6:30 am which is too late for most people who are working. There's a line in the morning waiting due to the late start. It has a nice pool, no hot tub but the pool has way too much chlorine, after a swim it's almost impossible to get the smell off. They don't have any cleaning services while checked in.

The rooms were really clean and the hotel itself it's just a lot cleaner. The service is great and the location is perfect. It's a very kind pleasant place to be. Everyone who works there is still respectful. And I just really like this hotel a lot why he says good for the budget. Definitely have to make reservations for this place because it's really busy but it's worth it.

we rented the family suite, which came with two queen beds and one king bed in a separate room. the room was a little bit older but really clean and the breakfast they provided was really good. they provided pancakes, yogurt, cereal, bagels, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and real eggs (not gross powdered eggs).

The hotel lobby is very nice and clean. I have stayed at Best Western in the past and the have all been very busy clean, light and bright. This room was not that. It was dark, had a musty smell and the heat would was not automatic, it was on or off. There were silverfish and spiders that we made the front desk aware of, and was told they would inform maintenance. It was a place to sleep and had a good breakfast, but not at the same standards of the other Best Westerns for the price.
