Top quality lodging bed were the perfect blend of firm and soft. Nothing negative to point out even if I tried. Continental breakfast was really good. The decor and color combination used was classy, warm, and up to date. It was quiet and peaceful even in the heart of Eugene surrounded by college student's. Cheers to the people who contributed in making this particular Days inn my top pick in setting examples, and setting the bar not necessarily high but exactly where the bar should be set.

Great service, very helpful. The bed was comfy and the room was nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast was awesome a lot of choices. All around great place to stay and would definitely recommend.

We arrived late at night. I had called requesting a crib in room and it was there waiting. Check in and check out we're very fast. Our room was fine. Seemed clean. Not very well kept but wasn't gross. The breakfast was shockingly good! Eggs, sausage, orange juice, oatmeal, bagels, cereal, breads, yogurt...very fresh! The front desk was very nice as well.

FIRST: Most of the desk staff were beyond wonderful. At a busy check in time, there was no one in the office. We had to wait outside for several minutes. VERY IMPORTANT: The rooms are extremely tired and overused. The linens are all poor quality. It took three rooms to find one that had everything working. The final room was very large and probably nice years ago. But the carpet had wrinkles in it and was dirty on the edges. Everywhere needed paint and new paper. Especially the hall ways. The furniture is warped and not very clean. The bathroom was clean, but again dated. MOST IMPORTANT: Our room was not made up on Saturday. The excuse was there was a "do not disturb" sign on the door. NOT TRUE. After a busy day, we returned late to this unmade room and no way to fix that. At better than $200 a night - this is not worth it!! We have stayed in better in Eugene for half that!

Run down room, smelled terribly like pee in a nursing home, had to spray the room when we got there to get the smell to subside. Bed was comfortable and everything was quiet at night, front desk associates were friendly and they had a to-go breakfast which was nice.

Service was good and staff was nice. The place was pretty clean but wasn't quite as clean I usually like because I'm kind of a clean freak. The layout is somewhat dorm like and you might get some loud college kid neighbors but you have to expect that when you are in a college town, especially right across the street from the college.

A great deal value . I like that there is a back building that feels more private from the usual buildings right on Franklin. The rooms are large and nice . The service is good and the breakfast is fair. There were some small maintenance issues I noticed but mainly small things like wall paper peeling in tiny places or things like that. Over all I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Clean rooms awesome breakfast and wonderful staff and pet friendly. The front desk staff were friendly and really helpful Tamara, Emily ,Jeff, Austin, Bruce and Kelsey. The housekeepers were some of the hardest working friendliest group of people working together. Hummer, Jacob Sarah,Isah, Lindsey and Maria were very respectful and doing a really good job. The rooms were clean the grounds were kept clean. Tia the manager is doing a great job with her team they all seem to like her and their jobs and it shows. They have an amazing breakfast fresh and hot everyday. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are quite. Will definitely recommend this place to our company for future employee's to stay here when in the Eugene area.

The front desk staff went well above and beyond out of her way to make sure not only my wife and I were comfortable but everyone else as well, even when she got busy she still was friendly and accommodating for us and other guests. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was a decent selection - omelettes, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt. Beds were quite creaky. Reasonably comfortable, though. Appreciated that the whole building is smoke free.

Our room smelt of mildew and I dont think they cleaned it well. There were used washcloths still hanging from the shower curtain rod. The bed was at least comfortable and it was just. A place to sleep befor an early morning flight.

Got a great deal so no huge complaints. Had I paid any more than I did I would have been upset. Room was "upgraded" so there was a newer bed and furniture. Bathroom was dated and not so clean. Not terrible but stains on sideboards, slight mold above shower. There was a slight odor that could have been stale faint smoke or old building... Hard to say. For $49 it was worth it.
