I very much enjoyed this place! The only bad, if you can even say that, part of it was the location of parking and the building. The hills are pretty steep, but if you don't take the entrance I did, you likely wouldn't much need to deal with them. The hotel is kind of out of the way, but it far makes up for it with very clean rooms and great service. The room I got was very spacious, much more spacious than a lot of hotel rooms I've been in (even higher class hotels down around Lake Tahoe). It may have just been the 2 queen bed room I got, but it was still very comfortable with plenty of lighting choices, surfaces to write or eat on, and even a couch and large footrest that you could move around to lounge on. On top of all of this, the pool was well kept, the service staff was inviting and welcoming, they were very informative and made sure to let me know with a smile to feel free to ask any questions or raise any concerns. The morning experience was even better! Breakfast was great, lots of options, nice place to sit and eat, and kitchen lady was so kind in wishing me a good morning and making sure the food was good! Highly recommend!

Comfort Suites is, in my opinion, just about the best hotel/motel in Eugene/Springfield. It is one of the very few overnight places in which a resident of Eugene/Springfield can actually rent a room, since most hotels/motels here in Lane County flat out refuse to rent to people who reside in Lane County !! I had rented my home to a group for their New Year's Eve celebration and had to find a place where I could spend the night. I could not have made a better choice than Comfort Suites !!

Wonderful night staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Waffle machine works, you're allowed to bring food back to room, so those who love the hunter/gathering fun of a hotel breakfast bar won't be disappointed.

One for the best late night checks in ever. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome here. The hotel is super clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Everything was wonderful. Our only real complaints were that the water in the shower took forever to heat up and the water in the hot tub was not nearly hot enough nor were the jets strong enough. Lol. But the staff were amazing. The room was very clean and breakfast was appreciated and good.

In town to visit Dad, his partner, brother and sister. Hadn't seen them since COVID. Chose this place because of god reviews on cleanliness. Certainly lived up to the great reviews. Excellent greeting upon check-in and cleaning staff very friendly. Nice bed and bedding, small fridge and microwave, Dish TV. Workout room and nice pool with spa. Self serve full breakfast included adds to a great overall value. The visit with Dad went really well!

Very Happy with our stay here! The customer service was excellent, we originally booked the standard room, but when the girl at the front desk realized that we had 4 kids and she upgraded us to the XL suite at no additional cost. Excellent Customer Service! The rooms were very nice! The breakfast was very good! I will definitely be staying here again!

This hotel is always amazing every time I visit! Great customer service. My kids LOVED the indoor pool and had a blast. Location is really convenient and in a safe area. Everyone was so welcoming and kind! Definitely will stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for a night. Was very clean and room had everything we needed. We specially appreciated that they don’t allow dogs (pets) this allows it to stay clean and free from any hair, parasites, and bacteria that animals carry. Their breakfast was also awesome they had a little bit of everything very delicious. Would definitely recommend this place.

Long drive from California on a big family road trip and this hotel was really good for our first night of the trip— even if it was only for one night. The staff was really kind, our room was spacious for our family, and we settled in really nicely. We had a filling breakfast in the morning with waffles, sausages with a sort of cream sauce, egg omelettes with cheese inside, cereals, juices, and so much more. The rooms in general were quite clean, and service was excellent! (There were extra towels and everything ready, for example.) Definitely a great hotel.

Loved this hotel!! Jordan up front was extremely welcoming, professional and personal. The whole facility was spotless and room above my expectations. The lobby has all the snack needed at a low price then the gas station around the corner so no need to leave if you forgot something. Highly recommend!!

The the hotel was clean and breakfast was great. I think what stood out most to me, was the wonderful attitude of the the staff. Always very cheerful and very accommodating. The location is quiet and safe. You can't go wrong staying here!

Your license plate made our day!*** But about the hotel - our favorite place to stay in Eugene. We have stayed medical appointments, surgeries, interviews, conferences, and presentations. Most recently, as our temporary home while we moved. Every employee is friendly. The breakfast lady is wonderful. Everyone appears that they love what they do and it makes your stay enjoyable. Rooms are comfortable. Best hotel.

This place was amazing. They met every accommodation that we needed. (Family of 6- 3 under 3) the breakfast was fantastic each morning, the pool was clean and very refreshing after a full day at the ball field. Paul (general manager) was fantastic and created a great environment. We felt welcomed and the location made me feel safe. Would definitely stay here again. Would recommend to any friends and family.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful motel in December 2022. This motel is the nicest motel that we have ever experienced. The motel also has the best staff we have ever met. The front desk people and the manager were excellent. Lorelei oversees the breakfast. She goes above and beyond. WE WISH WE COULD HAVE FOUND THIS SAME QUALITY HOTEL AND STAFF ON OUR ROUND TRIP CROSS COUNTRY TRIP. We loved everything about our stay here.

We stayed here on our way to Disneyland. It was clean, and the staff was so friendly, especially the breakfast room attendant! The breakfast had a lot of options. Our room was right across from the pool and had a no view but we really just needed a place for the night. We sat in the hot tub which we had all to ourselves. We would definitely stay here again.

After a long day of traveling with kids for hours, we REALLY needed a clean and comfortable spot to stay. This hotel is in a great location that is secluded from the busy or sketchy areas Eugene can offer. Jordan was especially accommodating to my family and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed with kindness and a great attitude. My family travels a LOT and hotels like this is what makes our family road trips more comfortable and worth it for us each month with 4 kids. The only complaints on this hotel seem like silly mild complaints like people go out of their way to find something dumb to pick on. Take it from someone who stays in hotels every month, this one is a great value and CLEAN.

So originally I was kinda bummed. We had requested clean sheets first thing in the morning on our second day. My baby had a diaper blow out! We really need them. We left for several hours. We came back that evening but there was no clean sheets super bummed they had forgotten us.The front desk lady Holly was amazing though! I had explained what the situation. So she said she would be up asap…She was was super busy! The night rush seemed crazy. I had gone past the lobby a couple times and could see she was super busy. Holly made our stay so much better!! She still managed to bring us a set of sheets. She seems like she is a very hard worker and cares for her customers and her job so thank you Holly!! She made it our spot to stay when going through Eugene!

Recently was on a road trip from San Francisco to Portland and stopped here for two nights. Julio at the front desk was awesome! Giving us multiple recommendations that were all great. For the price, we were very happy with our stay.

I LOVED the staff at this hotel. The kitchen staff are so welcoming and friendly. Helped serve some people!! The front desk was very helpful beyond words can say. The rooms are clean also! The hotels a little out of the way from downtown Eugene!

The lady in charge of breakfast is hands down one of the biggest reasons that I love staying at this hotel. She’s always so sweet and attentive, making sure everyone has what they need/want and she goes above and beyond for me& everyone I’ve seen her interact with. She makes me feel right at home every morning. Can’t get much better than that. Love her! ❤️❤️

The room was spacious and very clean. The gym was tiny but well maintained. The pool was indoor so available all year round I am guessing. The front desk is staffed 24 hours. The breakfast was the standard fair for this type of hotel but the lady at the dining area was the most helpful and nice person, I wish I could add a sixth star just for her!

Great service here. My only complaint is that they only have one pack and play and one high chair. Pretty ridiculous when you have multiple families eating breakfast and you have to resort to baby eating on the floor. However the staff was super friendly and accommodating otherwise. A sweet worker even sliced apples just for my kids and brought a warm damp cloth to wipe their hands.

This hotel was AMAZING. The staff is what won me over. I was having a bad night and crying. I need to just get away for a bit. I rolled up around midnight and JD at the front desk had such wonderful energy. She was so kind and accommodating. She asked if I was okay, and just talking to her turned my entire night around. She helped me get the best rate possible with a huge room to accommodate me and my service animal. The room was fantastic and clean! I will always recommend this hotel! I also own a business in the area and occasionally we will have guests here, I will now always book them at this hotel! I really can’t say enough kind things about JD! That woman is a blessing. ❤️

I was in town for a week to do some outdoor medical training. I booked this hotel because of the hot tub. After long days outside in December I wanted a reprieve from the cold. The hot tub didn't work. The heater in my room didn't work. The toilet ran all night, every night. The elevators reek of mildew. Great breakfast. I booked this room for a week. When I inquired about a discount because of things not being as expected, I was told I booked online so I wasn't eligible for a discount. They also stated they don't do discounts based on broken or missing amenities. This establishment feels comfortable advertising all these amenities that they offer knowing full well that they will not be fulfilled. People book hotels based on services and amenities. To be told, "sorry, not sorry" is just bad business. I'll be back in town next month for another week of training. I will not be booking here.
