Can you imagine coming into Eugene to look for a vulnerable missing daughter during the World 22 event?( I was so amazed that God provided a room when there wasn't one for miles) Many thanks to the front staff went above and beyond to accommodate me with a beautiful, relaxing room. Alex, I especially thank you for helping me make some missing person flyers in the business center of the hotel. These flyers were instrumental in locating my daughter. I saw miracles happen. Thanks for being part of those miracles.

Clean, friendly, decent breakfast, easy parking. Pillows were great. Beds could be a little more comfortable. I like that we can comfortably sleep our family of 6 if you get 2 queen bed suite with pull out sofa. And bonus we can feed everyone with their free breakfast. There's a Dutch Bros in the parking lot so that's great! If had to complain or had a recommendation for this place...it would be get a waffle maker and don't over cook biscuits. But that's being overly picky.

Both front desk and housekeeping were very friendly, the lobby was clean, breakfast had a decent variety and was well managed. The hotel is walking distance to a handful of restaurants and a Market of Choice grocery store, so reasonably convenient in that sense. Also within a mile of Hayward Field, but quite a distance from downtown. The bed was very comfortable and the room felt clean, the bathroom was well sized. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. On the flip side, it was not so quiet. Between the main road on one side, the doors that close very loudly, and the relatively low amount of sound insulation to the hallway, there can definitely be some challenges for the noise-sensitive. The shower head was puzzling - it would either send a full on jet stream, or a light spray that fanned out in all directions so you would get almost no water. Overall I would give this hotel a 4.5 rating.

Wonderful service, comfy beds and amazingly comfy pillows. Didn't have the time to hit the pool but it looked really nice and clean. Breakfast was nice as well. Bedrooms are spacious and clean. My children and I had a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again. 10/10

It was a great hotel. Modern style, clean and perfect for our stay in Eugene. Staff was very kind and polite. Bed was comfy too and we usually struggle with hotel beds comfort. We will return again!

Situated right across from the University of Oregon, and adjacent to the 2125 Franklin student apartment complex. Reasonable hot breakfast - better than a Hampton Inn, worse than a DoubleTree. Rooms are modern - the hotel can't be more than 5-ish years old. Extremely friendly staff on check-in. Only negatives were (1) that our shower didn't have particularly hot water one morning, likely due to a large number of guests / concurrent use; and (2) the front desk attendant during check-out was rather abrupt, specifically acting annoyed that I decided to report the hot water issue.

Holiday Inns have been consistently a good place to stay anytime I travel. This location was an exception. Really disappointed in the condition of the bathroom. Terrible rust stains in the tub that made me leery to use it. When I showed the front desk a photo of the tub, they assured me that even though it looked disgusting (my words) it was “clean and disinfected “. Pretty surprised this room was deemed acceptable for a guest.

This place is great for track meets as it's close to Hayward field. It has amazing food spots close, also a Dutch Bros right outside can't beat that. Room service is fast and good. Rooms come with all the amenities you would need to have a good stay. Plus you can tell they really clean the room and don't spot clean. Great hotel.

This is a great hotel. It is clean snd welcoming. The rooms are well done - they were thoughtful about how a guest uses a room - places for luggage, hooks, toiletries which are refillable instead of plastic throw aways. Will stay with this hotel again.
