This is a great hotel in a good part of Eugene. This place was super clean and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. I have recently done a status match with IHG hotels from Marriott and Hilton hotels and am pleasantly surprised with the IHG brand overall. Even on a busy week, they were able to oblige my room preferences. Also, the restaurant / bar had great food and drink options. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed here five days and overall it was a good experience. The good: The room was clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. We paid extra to have breakfast every morning and it was pretty good. The location is pretty central to downtown and to the University. The bad: Parking gets pretty cramped. Our room was never cleaned during our stay. So, we had to go to the front desk and ask for toilet paper. The walls allow a lot of noise to pass from adjoining rooms. A little mold in the shower area. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Horrible TV signal made watching most of the channels impossible.

The hotel seems newer. The staff was happy and helpful. The location seems good overall. I walked a lot of places and got to enjoy the sunset on the river. The parking seemed sufficient on a weekday night. The hot tub was nice. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. The bad... I couldn't keep the fan on for the ac the whole time. Therefore, the doors and windows are very thin. 4 hours after I went to bed the shower drained water and woke me up. The thermostat makes a clicking noise when it turns on and off. When people leave in the morning you hear everything. Overall, nice hotel. But if you're a lite sleeper you may not get a great sleep.

Room was beautiful, staff is awesome. Cleanliness was not acceptable. Pubic hairs on toilet and in the shower. The AC vent was pumping out some sort of duct work residue. I was very polite and try to let them know. Possibly thinking they would discount the room to compensate. They decided just to say sorry. Doesn't work when your paying 355 for a room. $40 in taxes. I will just stick with the regular hotels next time this was definitely no better than them. When we came downstairs to check out it, looks like seven year old kids have been rubbing their hands on both sides of elevator for a week. The whole place needs a real detailed manager to check the details "Vote with your dollar"

Nice location, seemed business-friendly. Jamie who checked us in was absolutely outstanding and so helpful. We needed that after a long day of travel. Parking was good, also found the TV channel selection to not be all that deep but was fine. I was one floor up and a few rooms over from the "garden balcony". I would try to avoid any room in proximity of that. People were on the balcony for a number of hours, they were loud and drinking. I finally called the front desk at 1:17am and complained. They immediately closed the area and I finally got to sleep. If management reads this I would strongly suggest closing that area during quiet hours. Not getting a good nights sleep had a big impact on me business meeting and it's because of that I don't rate this establishment any higher. I would stay here again, but only if I were on the other side of the garden balcony.

We reserved a ground floor, handicap room for my knee surgery over a month in advance, knowing I would need these amenities for my 3 day stay after surgery. You were tickled to take my $ right away, but did not provide the handicap room, a microwave (so we could eat) and a freezer bigger than a postage stamp for my ice packs I would need. (Which I was assured all would be available for my stay and not to worry). The only thing I asked for that WAS provided was 2 queen beds. I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel for Slocum related surgeries. Most the staff members were nice and tried to fix any problems. However the one grouchy older woman at the front desk, needs to be rehomed. She was rude, kept calling the room ( interrupting the nurses visit) to ask when we would be out-“check out is at noon ya know.” I not only made late check out arrangements when I made the reservation initially -but everyday during our stay I would call and remind them. Because I could not leave before the nurse and physical therapist released me and they could not arrive until noon Friday. My caretaker had to remind them that I had taken care of this already and the nice gal at the desk responded that she was sorry -“that employee doesn’t relay her messages very well.” Or EVER apparently…. VERY disappointed and will not stay here again. When I complained to the desk and sent a follow up email I was told they would look into it and I was given extra “points” for a system I don’t use 🤔

Mixed feeling about this one. Homeless people around the premises. Hotel was very nice and the front desk was really professional and friendly. Rooms are awesome but was disappointed that we found used soap and wrapper on bathroom sink and shower dispensers were empty. Felt like it wasn't clean.

very nice place, under cover camera surveyed parking. good food good service reasonable price, just cant rate a full 5 stars cuz its not really a 5 star hotel, just a very nice usual one. 4.5 for sure. room clean and nice, workers friendly and helpful. id stay here again

Beautiful rooms, very clean, loved the big shower and tidy bathroom, live plants, flavored ice water, right across the river from the UO, full snack bar, and pleasant decor. Loved seeing all the dogs coming in and out (never heard a single bark). The entrance is very confusing since there is only the parking lot and a strange little lobby with elevators. Went upstairs and found the front desk on the 2nd floor. Service desk night staff red haired guy handling our check in was fine, just a little distracted and not particularly friendly. Next day the blonde desk staff was even less friendly. But I didn't really care since it was such a lovely room, quiet setting, and very clean. We travel a lot so finding a really nice room at around $200 is a treat. I think this will be our go to in Eugene from now on!

Chic Modern Hotel. Room very spacious. Bathroom very big. Overall design was modern and clean. The wellness theme of the hotel was really good. Exercise ball, yoga mat, foam roller, yoga block exercise elastic bands and purpose-built column inside the room were great for some serious workout. The only complaint was the bed mattress on the soft side.

They really go above and beyond at this place! Super comfortable bed and pillows, microwave, fridge and coffee maker in room are nice, and the fitness equipment is a bonus. Black-out curtains work GREAT! spacious and comfortable all around. Staff was wonderful! Restaurant is fantastic (try the waffles, they are SO flavorful!) Way more than your standard bare-bones hotel without a huge price tag. Genuinely wish this were a chain I could stay at more often!

Booked as a last minute road trip stop, so you can imagine how surprised I was when this place is so fancy they have gym equipment inside the rooms. Yoga ball, stretchy resistance bands, yoga mat, etc... very odd. It was kinda nice to be able to stretch out and move a bit after being in the cramped car all day. The accommodations were really nice too, and we all slept really well for the night we stayed.

Overall a good hotel to stay in, spacious room, a welcome break from the traditional room setting with some exercise items to use in room. Very clean design and comfy beds to sleep in. Workout room is well equipped and there is a 🏓 table to spend time playing. Some opportunities to improve, parking - spots are small and big trucks/SUVs occupy two parking spots, spots against the wall are non functional. Secondly, breakfast can be improved, very small portion size and coffee cost 💲. With cost to stay at a premium, one would expect a higher return that is a great experience. Also note that there is no nearby restaurants or walking area nearby

Nice place for a quick sleep stop on a long road trip! Our King room was actually quite nice for the $. Set up for the yoga person - we didn’t get time to use this though. It’s in a business area - so not much of a view. Dog friendly is great - but be aware as there was a homeless camper right at the dog relief spot😬- made me a little uncomfortable on the late night walk (was gone in morning).
