Absolutely wonderful service. We got in a bit late but the staff was quick and courteous, getting us our room very quickly. The room it self was beautiful, complete with an awesome electric fireplace, comfy beds and a huge bathroom. The location is right in the middle of downtown and is close to many shops and restaurants. Asking for turn down service or anything you need like extra towels is so easy with in room tablet and the service was quick and efficient. The staff was also very warm and welcoming and made out stay during Christmas a huge pleasure. We look forward to staying here again.

the staff were very friendly and polite. someone came to help us with parking and luggage as soon as we arrived. the front desk staff was friendly and even recommended places for us to eat since we arrived quite late. the area is great too, with little shops, restaurants, and an eatery. the room was neat, clean, and cozy. overall, it was a very pleasant stay! would come again :)

Can’t say enough good things about this place. The staffs are very pleasant and helpful since my booking. I had issue with the reservation system, s sent an email and Rich responded and took care of my problem. Finally met Rich in person when I arrived, and surely the check-in was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is furnished with modern furniture and art work. The beds are comfortable and bathroom are new and spacious. Definitely will come back.

I had a room facing the train tracks. If you are a light sleeper, you may be up several times as the trains blow their horns throughout the night. The rooms themselves are luxurious and well appointed, and the service is excellent.

The service here is excellent. Dog friendly. Rooms are spacious and well adorned with creative decorations. Leave parking up to the valets, as the parking is limited. The jacuzzi tub in the room was very nice.

Parked in three hour parking lot at 11:30 and was ticketed 60$ at 1:00. It says on the ticket to mail or email a recipe for $15 or more while shopping to void it I did so with no contact or confirmation back. So fingers crossed. Not impressed

I had been pretty curious about this spot, as it was consistently one of the most popular places to stay in Eugene. Although the location was great, the rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly, I would not stay here again. First off, they only offer valet or self parking on a dark (somewhat sketchy) parking lot several blocks away. Both options are $20. Additionally, our shower was at a complete standstill. With such high rates, you'd think little things like this would be checked. If I really wanted to stay in that area, I'd go back to The Gordon - even though they have a similar parking setup.

We had a very pleasant stay here. It was easy to park our car in the lot outside the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops are in the area so we were able to walk to get coffee and dinner. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious with good Wi-Fi and a large bathroom with good water pressure. We appreciated that the hotel was dog friendly. Our dog enjoyed her stay and walking around town with us. The only thing we wished for was slightly fluffier pillows. Would recommend this hotel to others, and look forward to staying again.

Having grown up in Oregon and been around Eugene my entire childhood this was a great experience to a new experience of enjoying Eugene in a whole new way! Staff, location, parking, food choices, and local festivals all exceeded our expectations!

Small no microwave, fridge had no freezer. Too cramped no atmosphere inside hotel. Staff was nice but no room service. Can't wait until Valley River Inn reopens in 2024.

Charming place. The rooms were very clean everything was easily accessible. There was a hiccup with some of the rooms being ready but lobby area was so inviting and the staff so friendly it didn't even matter. I would suggest staying more than one night so you can take it all in.

This hotel is located in the center of Eugene, where there are a lot of nice restaurants and cafés. We had dinner tonight at Marche, which is adjacent to the hotel, and it was an excellent meal. Our room in the hotel has two queens and we find it spacious. Everything is clean and up-to-date. The hotel has some free amenities in the lobby, such as water, drinks and snacks. That’s an uncommon practice and these days, where many hotels charge resort fees and give you nothing. The staff has been very nice with particular recognition for Asa who gave us guidance on how to visit University of Oregon, as well as the night manager, named Rich, who helped us with a situation that we had. We will be staying here on our next visit to Eugene. Thanks to everyone at The Inn at the Fifth.

Amazing gem in the heart of Eugene. Valet parking only, you’re offered a complimentary glass of wine or beer on check in! The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. The fireplace in the room is lovely. Butlers pantry for room service. All around amazing!

Truly 5 stars. Amazing King Jacuzzi suite. Great package with a free pour each of wine or beer. There was lots of fun stuff to do and good places to eat nearby. Thank you for a great night.

Very clean nice room and amazing hospitality from the staff! Valet and bags delivered to our room. The balcony view was very open not too much privacy. Loved the fireplace. They also left us a goodie basket because it was our anniversary. There was lots of places close by to eat and shop all walking distance. Would recommend Inn at the 5th 10/10.

Sadly, we were just passing through on a move and had only one night to enjoy in this well-located hotel. In addition to the two of us, there were two packed vehicles and two dogs. The valets helped us unload what was needed for a night and then instructed us on where to park in their security monitored parking lot. Even walking over the two blocks to help us park in the best spots! Everyone loved the dogs and the bed and bowls that come with the dog fee were greatly appreciated. The room, a Balcony King, was spacious, spotless and supremely comfortable. All that was great but pales in comparison to the staff; efficient, professional and very friendly with check-in, out and suggestions for dining. If I had one wish, beyond staying longer, it would have been a cooked to order breakfast at the hotel or the next-door marketplace. Simply a wonderful experience and we highly recommend.

IMPECCABLE. . . Service, staff, and spacious accommodations with a beautifully appointed contemporary design. All the special touches, and more! Located in a highly desirable Eugene neighborhood. Steps away from the 5th Street Market, 5th Street Market Alley and the Hult Center.

Cutest place for a weekend at UO and football game. Transportation from airport and around the area as well. Front desk staff is amazing and very cute rooms. Good places to eat all within walking distance

I stay at the Inn at the 5th for two nights with my husband while we where in town for the weekend. I would like to say the hotel it’s self is very clean. Everything in my room was new and I had plenty towels. We asked for there nicest rooms. The first night we stayed in was a room with a jacuzzi and that was pretty nice but that’s all I really have good to say about this hotel. The beds where some of the worse beds I have ever slept on. Both me and my husband slept terrible both nights. The second room was definitely more spacious It had a balcony but for the price it really wasn’t worth it. We asked for a late check out the next day and where told that we could check out at 3pm instead of the usual 12pm but that was only with paying 50% of the original room price. We thought that was pretty ridiculous as we where only staying 3 extra hours and would be paying for half a day. We ended up checking out at 12pm and wanted to pay cash for our rooms they said we could only pay cash for one room since they had changed our rooms each night. So our card was charged even though we asked in advance if we could check out with cash at the end of our stay. Over all the service was pretty poor. When we came in late in our concert clothes we where kinda snubbed from the front desk/door guy. With the service at the front desk and how much we paid to stay here I don’t think we will be back. We have been treated better at hiltons and best westerns for half the price.

We love this place! Close to lots of fun food places. Nice rooms. This is our second time here and it won't be our last!

We loved staying here. We have been to the one in Boise many times. The winery up top was a huge bonus because we could just walk out our back door and sit on the patio with a refreshing glass of wine.

My husband and I travel once a month for fun. We decided to fly up and explore Oregon for a few weeks. Thankfully, we only stayed here for a few nights of our journey. This is a fun little area to visit. The food nearby is within walking distance and great. The rooms were nice. However, the staff is not the nicest. The guys parking the cars are great. They recommended excellent hiking spots. The front-of-house people leave something to be desired and are extremely rude. They wouldn't answer questions. They wouldn't help point me in the direction to ask my questions about the services offered at the spa. Their entire demeanor, attitude, and tone was unforgivably rude. We will not be back. I would rather spend our time and money traveling to other places, where people are happy to have us there. The spas in Vegas are wonderful and always happy to help. Never had a problem and they have a higher traffic volume.
