Great location. Whole foods right across street. Clean property. Clean rooms. Great offerings for breakfast: hard boiled eggs, water, coffee, orange juice, Oatmeal, tea, bagels, cream cheese, jelly, butter, cookies, lots of grab and go bars, apples, bananas, etc. The nice guy working in the morning even had trays out so you didn't have to juggle drinks and breakfast stuff to your room. Only reason for 4 stars is the bed left both of us feeling crippled. I would stay here again and try a different room in hopes of more comfortable bed. Mini fridge and microwave in room.

Two words describe this place: clean, but tired. I stayed one night at the Campus Inn & Suites while on a road trip. On check-in, the hotel attendant was friendly and helpful. Parking is ample and free. The room was spacious—even with two queen beds the room didn’t feel cramped. The room was clean and well appointed but this place has seen lots of wear and tear—patched rips & stains in the carpet, some stains on the walls & ceiling. It’s impossible to make such a place sparkle. However, the price was reasonable and fair at $100/night. That’s why I’m rating the Campus Inn a 4. For the price, it’s a good pick

2 lights didn't work, and the hot tub was not working. Small towels. Staff friendly, good clean rooms and quiet located downtown walk to many things.

Hotel is clean. Rooms are average. Nice landscaping and good location! Front desk attendant (Shelly) was extremely rude and impolite. Did not want to honor pet policy - even tho they say they allow pets and I paid the pet fee. Looked me up and down as I walked in .... And was full of attitude. Not how I wanted to be treated after driving for hours!! I used to manage a hotel and am very familiar with hospitality operations; I would not want a person like this representing my company. Will not stay here again!

The service and location are what makes me want to stay here again. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were older but very clean. The motel location was great for walking to shops and Hayward Field. The continental breakfast was perfect for what we needed, but if you're used to a more hearty meal this probably won't be enough.

Based on the previous reviews I read before booking we knew what to expect. The service and check in was very smooth and the gentleman up front was very polite. The room was spacious but a little dated. You can tell they are slowly remodeling. The location was ok, they are doing construction across the street which is very loud and it was a little cumbersome to get too. But overall the stay was pleasant.

You can tell they have put much effort into having and keeping everything clean for a older place very noticeable in the room the wall have taken some wear and tear. The rest was nice and the only complaint I have is the smell do to the carpets..Both my rooms had a urine and smoke smell enough to give me a headache I had to leave the windows open.

Rooms are small nothing special.. entrance/exit is on a main road so it’s hard and dangerous to pull in or out. The breakfast isn’t anything to write home about. Nothing hot but I’ll make do for construction workers. Gym room is shared with a washer and dryer but it only consists of a universal cable machine and treadmill that’s from the 80’s.. Remember this is my only experiences only.. I didn’t even bother to take pictures What for

The rooms have a strange smell, the internet was virtually unusable was better off using my own phone data. :/ Don’t bother bringing your own electronics like I did. The heater was loud and and took forever to actually warm up the room. The day clerk was nice enough, but when we asked where the gym was located she said there wasn’t one. We had to show her the Google listed amenities from our phones before opening the property map. The gym was two doors down. The location is great, the guy at the desk for evening shift was kind. However, unless I’m out in the woods in the middle of nowhere, I do expect the internet to work when it’s 2023. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Incredibly disappointing stay. The name and lack of photos keep the fact that this is a budget hotel a little less obvious, so just imagine a big name budget hotel with a paint job - which hilariously enough we thought it would be a fun treat for our kids' first ever hotel experience to visit a mid level hotel and not book budget accommodations, which, based on the price and limited photos, we (erroneously) assumed is what we were getting. As soon as we pulled up, we immediately started discussing just going elsewhere, but it was nearly 10:00 pm, we had just driven nearly 6 hours to get there, had two tired and cranky children and did not want to risk having difficulty finding another room. The front desk person was really nice, but the room was awful. Not only were the beds so uncomfortable that we all woke up stiff, but we could hear every single movement and conversation outside of the room and other noise all night. Of course coming online to post a review and seeing their normal prices are less than a third of what we paid is just insult to injury.

The location is very easy to find from I5 South. I was concerned about safety, but the staff is very good about monitoring the property. It is a good value for an overnight stay and pet friendly. There are not a lot of pet walking areas, The staff was friendly and a good continental breakfast. I enjoyed the free selection of granola bars, which was a nice touch.

Staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Good downtown location with numerous shops within walking distance. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but not fancy. Shower is good with good water pressure. I felt safe there and enjoyed my stay.

Staff was super friendly and pleasant. Room had a recent poorly executed renovation, tub did not drain, bathroom fan self destructed after one night, wifi was slow and dropped out. Pretty poor accommodations for the price.

We enjoyed our stay here as we were in town for a nearby conference. The beds were comfortable and they had coffee, tea, bagels, oatmeal, and a few other things in the morning. Market of Choice is right across the street and there is a 7-Eleven a few blocks away. The staff were really nice and they had cool raindrop lights in the trees outside at night. Unfortunately the hot tub was closed for the season and does not open until April so that was a real bummer and the reason I gave 4 ⭐'s. We ordered Track Town Pizza and it was delivered in 30 minutes so we were happy about that😁 next time we will be checking if the hot tub is open and if so we will stay again and recommend to others

Your basic older motel located in a place convenient to restaurants and other venues within walking distance but price point is affordable. If you stay at the right time, you can visit the farmer's market close by. Clean and bed was comfortable. Rooms and bathroom are small. Parking is tight. Other than that, a good place for convenience and price.

Waited about 10mins because the night person was laying in her vehicle. I checked out at like 1 or 2am. The room was nice and the bed was super comfy. The location kinda sucked and there was so much construction going on. There was a really bad odor in my room. I asked for air freshener and the staff was really nice and kind about it and came super quick to my room with air freshener. Other then that my stay was good.

Decent hotel to stay the night. The sheets were clean and fresh. The bathroom was clean as well. Couldn't help but notice the typical motel smell walking into the room. It right next to a busy street so it was a little noisy. It doesn't help that this town has plenty of noisy boy racers. They have a washer & dryer that worked well and was clean. Wifi was so slow it was unusable and the hotel wasn't even full. The price was pretty decent.

3.5 stars. Internet is slow, intermittant & disconnects often. $86 ($77+fees?) checking in Monday, no school. Tv is flatscreen but old, slow channel change, no ad-free channels I can find. Bathroom fan is loud & needs replacing. Heater knobs & markings need to be fixed & replaced. Has fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron & board, LapTop pillow, laundry & exercise room. 1 block from campus. 1 light-bulb dead. Outlet plugs are old & loose. Room is clean. Curtain is partly separated from wall. Some rooms have newer tv. Across the street from Whole Foods. 2022.12.26th edited 2023.01.06th

Everyone was awesome. Hot tub, laundry, they sell detergent, there's good coffee and tea, the house keepers were so kind, the people at the front desk handled aggressive visitors so well. Definitely better than Airbnb.

Me and my son stayed one night here in February 2022. The room was clean and well stocked. The people at the front desk were friendly, kind, and professional. The room was actually very quiet even though the road is right there.

Pros: Room was good size and quiet Toiletries and coffee were good Breakfast actually was not too bad Whole Foods just across the street Cons: Stayed there for 5 nights and received maid service only once. Trash had piled up and toiletries and coffee were running low

$122 total for a non-holiday weeknight. Heater worked, great location, easy parking. Bed was comfortable and pillows good also. Tough to check-in (took 10 min w/ no line and prepaid via their website). Dated room/hotel. Construction loud in am, made walking to 7-11 impossible without circling the block. Probably cost higher than other options due to good location. Was trying to save money, chose a different hotel for the next night I spent in Eugene. There are some really dates hotels in Eugene. Hope this one gets a facelift soon, it’s a great location. Walk to downtown and across street form Whole Foods. Didn’t see or try their coffee or freebie food in the am.

I stayed here over a weekend that was especially stressful due to the family situation I was in town for. This hotel made lodging something I didn't have to worry about. From check in to check out the staff was attentive and genuine. They were able to add an extra night with late notice without me having to move rooms the next day. And the breakfast is a step above continental and much appreciated. If they're not sold out, you should stay here.
