The name "Executive Motel" is sort of a misnomer here. "DECIBEL MOTEL" (all caps for a reason) would have much closer to hitting the mark. We had the misfortune of being assigned a room right beside a couple whose happiness is apparently entire dependent on volume -- volume which gets cranked up instead of down. No exaggeration here: The windows in our room were literally rattling. And after repeated complaints to the management from us, the people on the other side of the offending room, AND the folks staying in the room directly above them, management steadfastly did nothing about the problem. It was close to midnight when all of us fellow overnight guests descended upon the problem people en masse in a nasty confrontation which, nevertheless, got the job done. Meanwhile, management still never lifted a finger. For $66 a night, I didn't expect a 4-star hotel -- just a place to catch a few hours sleep on the road (though, I'll admit the gum on the top of the headboard was a bit of a surprise -- you can even see it in the photo). However, I likewise didn't expect a rock 'n roll concert with a band whose amps obviously go to 11. I'm certain the furniture was all brand new in 1966; all except for mattress. It's older. Too bad I can only post photos here, and not audio files...

The guy at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. Room was nice. Even had an HDTV! A little wear and tare here and there and graffiti in the bathroom. Parking lot has two abandoned vehicles that don't look very good. All and all a nice stay at a good price.

The owner of this property needs to terminate the head housekeeper TODAY, for starters, there's no doubt she is running the business down with her anger erupting, swinging her arms at people, stomping and yelling, she is very rude and extremely loud with profanity and thug like behavior. Seems to go out of her way harassing random guests, I have witnessed this on several different occasions with several different guests, she just has a trashy demeanor period, doesn't even try to hide it, and it's so unprofessional, causing the motel to "look" very unfavorable. It's unfortunate she behaves like a mad woman while at her place of employment. Seriously, OWNERS- from one professional to another, you should reevaluate her, she is not an asset, you must know how she is behaving/treating your guests, effecting your cash flow and hurting your business. You have cameras too right? Don't take my word for it, check it out yourself. I wish you the best of luck. On a POSITIVE NOTE though, her rooms are very clean.

Avoid this dump at all costs, check in guy wasn’t even wearing shoes the rude lady denied us check in even after we had already booked online. Talking about ‘I don’t feel comfortable letting you rent here’. She left two girls stranded at 8pm seeing as we had just arrived from California. I don’t wanna assume racism but that’s what it looks like. She sees two brown girls and refuses service.

A family member of mine was staying there, Before it was time to check out he went to the store and when came back he caught one of the workers coming out of his room with his stuff. He told him he'll give him $50 in a free night. Then upon trying to get his stuff they started a big old argument and threaten my family member. You shouldn't be going nobody's room until after check out!

These rooms do NOT look like the advertised rooms! Dirty, smelled like ashtrays. Cigarette burns on the bed comforter. No rugs on the floor. Check in was difficult as the staff would only communicate with you through a six inch opening in the window (on a busy street almost impossible to hear.) Water temperature was barely warm in the shower. On the positive side, room door locked securely.

The best experience stay at a hotel that we've ever had! Decently priced room rates. Management/owners of this place are really awesome people!! They are extremely accommodating to they're guests when we would go ask them for anything like towels or supplies. Theyre always pleasant, and positive whenever we spoke to them! And most of all patient towards everyone that comes to the hotel especially when in great need of need of a cozy safe spot to stay. They were so good us!! I definitely recommend this place go stay!

Right after I paid they kicked me out for reasons that they made up. They wouldnt even let me wait for an uber to leave and assaulted me and took my stuff. Had to call bank to get my money back

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I entered the parking lot and there was homeless men and women all over the motel one was even talking to us. I entered the room and a smell of pee came to me. The floor was not sweeped and there were crumbs on the floor. The bathroom didn’t look clean and there was grime in the sink. I went in the bed and looked in the sheets and there were tiny black hairs and Random crumb and felt like there were bed bugs never going there again.

The room I got this time was worse than normal. There was urine left on the toilet seat even with the paper band that says it was sanitized. Then I proceeded to take a shower where the towels were stained super bad and it seemed like they were clean but looked dirty. Then there was a hand towel that had what appeared to be feces on it which I almost used, thankfully I didn't. When I brought it to the staffs attention I was told that it was disgusting and they would talk to housekeeping about it. But that was the end of it they gave me a new towel and apologized but that was it. I just paid $111 for the room and even though it isn't the nicest place I would at least hope it would be clean especially at these prices. But that is not the case. This will definitely be the last time I stay here. Pretty sad since I'm pretty sure they also own the motel next door and probably more like it. I recommend motel 6 if you need something cheap and clean the Glenwood location will definitely take care of you.

Staff was nice but rooms were mid at best. Cigarette burns on bedding and musty smell when first walked in. The motel is in bad need of an update.

The room was clean. Bed was hard as a rock. Not the most quiet of locations but not horrible.

If u tend to judge a book by the cover this place is not for you! Awesome service, clean n comfortable beds, big screen TV with WIFI included. And it's conveniently located so EVERYTHING you need is within mile radius.. or maybe little more..lol

I love the manager she is a very nice woman. Service is excellent. I have a service dog and they accommodate us like they should for someone with a legitimate service dog 🐕‍🦺 Unlike most hotels in town they treat me and my service dog with respect and have never turned us away.

Absolutely disgusting! Hair in the bed, heart-shaped stickers in the bed, I took a shower and walk from the bathroom to my bed barefoot and they are nasty already! There's people yelling outside of my window, a man yelling at a woman down the street. It is way too late for me to go anywhere else, I'm exhausted. I would never stay here again!

Trust the bad reviews here. Woke in the morning and found a gang of rats had placed our car on blocks and were removing the lug nuts. Paid them to leave. My blacklight review of the room lit the room up like it was daylight (it wasn't). Toilet was not secured to the floor, so had to squat and kinda hover. Bed, sheets, and comforter were from a Montgomery Wards closure sale - or maybe the opening of their first store. We're both atheists and found ourselves close to praying to the leftover sandwiches and chips from dinner that nobody would murder us in our sleep. Neighbors were yelling at each other from other rooms, and the white trash conversations were great comic relief. NOT WORTH THE PRICE OR HEPATITIS DIAGNOSIS.
