My husband and I reserved a room for 2 nights at almost $300.00. We had to pay Xtra for fridge and microwave so we did. We got to hotel, room not ready, waited 2 hours to get room. No microwave, tv don't work, a/c control cover broken on floor, 2' x 2' ceiling door broken and dangerous. We brought all this up and they looked at us like, "oh well"! The big man just kept putting it off and putting it off, finally they told us maintenance manwas repairing a microwave and he will bring it to you. 2 hours later he brings a microwave in, says, "please dont pull handle from bottom because its still drying", plugs it in and leaves. We turned on microwave and it smelled like it was burning wires and then showed "err1" on screen and quit working. Went to front desk and big man says, "don't know what to tell you, you can use the communal microwave in the hallway"! ARE YOU SERIOUS. My husband came back to room and after an hour he got up, went to big man and told him, "Were paying almost $300 for a rundown room and had to pay extra for microwave, you better go get me a microwave or refund my money"! He refunded 1 night but we have to leave and still charged us for the room. Unbelievable staff and that's not in the positive aspect. LAZY. Big man and his friends would rather stand out front and smoke cigarettes or whatever instead of doing something to ensure people stays were pleasant. I know customer service is pretty much non existent anymore but come on people, have some respect for atleast yourself if not towards your customers. We WILL NOT stay at another motel6 in this lifetime. In 20 years we've stayed at motel6 3 times, STRIKE 3 YOUR OUT. NEVER AGAIN

Very convenient located directly next door to a Denny's if you get hungry in the middle of the night.. The staff here was the best part of our stay very accommodating. If I could get the staff of six star I would . Thank you for everything again I appreciate you guys

If you like dirty sheets covered in hair, filthy floors and a dirty bathroom this place has is all. After cleaning the room, walking down for new linens changing the sheets we were all set. Definitely a great experience if bad experiences are what you seek!

Update: came back for another visit and Tammara. Desiree, josh and Lin are still awesome and super helpful always. happy to come back for another visit. It's nice and clean in every room we have stayed in and love the awesome staff. Everyone here is exceptionally friendly and customer service oriented. Great place to stay the rooms are clean and the staff is awesome Tammara is extremely helpful and made my stay much more comfortable and josh is really friendly and accommodating. Jai is really nice to and Desiree the Gm keeps the property in great shape. I would highly recommend this motel 6 to anyone needing a safe and comfortable place to stay the night. The staff made the stay even more special.

I love this motel 6. not only is the location awesome, the entire property upkeep is spectacular. I was able to easily check in early, before 3pm, without any extra fees. there's no deposit or credit card authorization for incidentals, which was a blessing. and to top it off, NO PET FEE!! yay! the front desk staff, particularly DESIREE and JOSH, made my stay most enjoyable. both of them were eager to answer any questions I had. very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the hotel as well as providing me with suggestions on local activities I may enjoy. if I could give these two a 10 ⭐️ rating, I would. oh yes, my room was extremely clean and the shower was incredible!! I recommend this motel 6 with two thumbs up. well worth it.

I've traveled quite a lot this year, and the motel 6 South Springfield, was by far the cleanest. My room was very clean, and they had very courteous, and professional staff. The lady at the front desk Desiree ,actually brought a smile to my face after a long weary day of traveling. Thanks guys ,very refreshing.

Rooms: All Motel 6 rooms are all standardized but some locations are less well kept than others. Mine was well cleaned and looked to have been maintained almost brand new. Service: first time I have ever had the front desk staff call my room and check in and see if my needs were met. I thought this was a great touch. I'm not gonna over sell this place but I think just that gesture alone rates it 5 out of 5 service rating. Internet speeds were fine for me. I'm a gamer and I was able to still connect to my friends and have fun when I returned to my room after checking out a couple local hiking spots. There is a discount with the Dennys next door which was also good service as well. Location: it's a good location if you are traveling on the I-5 or just stopping in the town for a night or two. I think there is an option to get a room with a microwave if desired. However I don't often. Stay in an M6 longer than 2 days at most. It is noisy due to its immediate proximity to the highway. But that noise is easily drowned out by a TV or the AC. Nothing ultimately can be done about that though as it's a convenience in of itself to just hit the road. Anyways a shout to the owner of this location Desiree Tonso. Your staff were wonderful to interact with and much success this summer.

Very convenient location and affordable (as any motel 6). Great choice if you really just need to spend a night while traveling, and zero pet fees which is a bonus. Friendly staff and free coffee in the morning you can grab and go with. Coupon for breakfast next door if you bring your room key too. The rooms are a bit dated, the bed was alright and it wasn't dazzling clean, but nothing was explicitly dirty. One of my lights wasn't working right, but definitely not a major concern. I don't know how all the rooms are, but due to facing the highway (the draw back of being that close), my room got a lot of noise. For what it's worth, the heater was able to drown some of that out. WiFi was pretty spotty too. You get what you pay for here, I'd recommend it only if it's a quick stay.

This is the perfect stop 'n go motel along the I-5 corridor for a no-frills room and if you're on a budget. The rooms are clean and it's relatively quiet. The service is outstanding especially if Tammara is working the front desk. I have made this my 'road trip stopover' for the past several years.

Location was very convenient off I-5. Rooms were a good value. Overall I am most pleased with the customer service from Lynn at the front desk. She does a great job making sure her customers are taken care of.

This is my favorite motel 6 to stay at, the location is good, the rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Ben and Tamara are great, very welcoming and accommodating, they made my stay a pleasure. The manager is also really nice, I just can't remember her name at the moment. I highly recommend this location

Staff is friendly Tamara and Abby are really cool and helpful. my room was pretty basic with one bed but there was no fridge or microwave. If you have to stay another night go to checkout before 11 otherwise you'll be woken up. Other motels have bug problems, this motel does not and my room was clean.

Desiree is awesome. I appreciate her patience ans kindness. My room is always clean and I always feel that my needs are attended to.

The management and front desk staff are some dedicated and professional people who truly care about their visitors and the reputation of their motel. The rooms I stayed in for a week were clean and spacious. The AC worked great, lights worked, bathroom was large, and the pool was great for the kids. Compared to other motels in the area, this Glenwood Motel6 is the most legit. Their clientele is varied, colorful, and very active at night. That’s fun to watch. I felt safe and my privacy was respected. No complaints. Motel6 might have a bad reputation in that area but clearly the management and staff have made efforts to remedy these problems and overall my experience was greatly relaxing and just what I needed. Thank you all.

I had a great stay at Motel 6 off of Glennwood. The lady at the front desk, Tammara was super friendly and helpful. Tammara goes out of her way to make sure that her customers are happy and comfortable. Abby I think was her name was the head housekeeper she was on point with cleaning up right after I checked out and she did a fantastic job before I got there.

Got to the motel after a very long day of traveling. There were a lot of people like us checking in, but Tammara at the front desk got through everyone quickly and efficiently. She kept up a friendly chat while getting everyone's paperwork sorted and it was very welcoming after the long day. Room is clean and the ac is keeping us nice n cool. Being right next to Denny's is going to make breakfast very convenient tomorrow morning. Thanks again Tammara!

It was an amazing experience for me and my girlfriend! The staff were very dedicated to their job! Tammy at the desk was very respectful and helpful if we had an issue! What great service definitely coming here again when I visit next time!

Pluses: Affordable, Friendly staff, WELL LIT at night, easy to find right off the freeway, and has blackout curtains. Negatives: Right on the freeway and door did not close fully. SUPER NOISY all night. Lots of suspect activity. Catalytic converter literally sitting next to a minivan in parking lot with someone passed out in the van. Van was there the whole time. Rooms near me had traffic in and out all night. That being said, the parking lot was lit like a prison yard at night. I actually felt safer here then in the Comfort Suites I stayed at in Portland. I got what I paid for, and had the door closed tightly, I may have even enjoyed myself?

Stayed at this hotel and the manager Desiree checked me in. She was so hospitable and professional. It really made my stay comfortable. I felt like I was coming home 😊 thank you Miss Desiree! I will definitely stay there again

My family ended up staying here longer than we originally expected, with every new reservation made we were met with nothing but kindness and patience from Josh at the front desk. While every staff member seems to go the extra mile, Tammara really helped to make our stay really feel like a home away from home! I don't know if we got lucky with our particular room or what, but even with the TV off there wasn't much noise from outside of the room at all! I couldn't recommend this location enough!

Josh at the front desk always went above & beyond to make sure I had everything I needed my whole stay. Smoothest & quickest check in I’ve had in awhile. When I needed to extend my stay, it was no problem. Josh helped me out, completely hassle free. Was also allowed to have my dog with me. We both have stayed at many motel 6’s and this one takes the cake, it really makes things 10x more enjoyable when management is as nice & accommodating at Josh is. Thanks again & will definitely be returning if I’m ever in the area.

It's a hot spot. All adult guest needs photo ID or not able to stay. The ID gets scanned from hotel office into the local police database. This way about 3 am the police has an ideal of whose vehicle is whose when they come to run all the plates and check for motel parking slips in the window of the dashbaord. Don't have the motel parking slip, tow truck be towing your vehicle out by 4am as we were being told from the front desk clerk, while she was handing off our slip to be placed in the windsheild. If you don't want to go throw afford the hassle it's not worth it. But if there's nothing to worry about. The customer service at check-in was very friendly and Respectful. Rooms were decently clean. Under beds were filthy bit that's it. Right off the freeway convenient easy on and off

So I had a guest certificate for a complimentary night after a rather unpleasant stay at this hotel. After checking in I expressed I just wanted a good night sleep and heat as I am disabled and have muscular dystrophy so cold is extremely painful. I've stayed at this hotel many of times and had no issues before besides minor ones. I won't get into the last day because it isn't fair after they made up for it. After asking multiple time for a room with a working heater and the maintenance and management coming multiple times I still didn't get the room. Around 6 p.m. I inform them that the heater was still not working and the hot water as well. I was told that the front desk would call to see if a reservation was canceled so I had to wait. I returned 🤞🥺 around 630 & still had no luck and express that I haven't even got comfortable in the room because I was waiting for the heater to work. Then the front desk was over accommodating and helped me switch rooms and clean up. I am beyond grateful! THANKS Jai! He was the only person who seemed like he actually cared!

My boyfriend & I came last minute hoping for an open room and we were greeted by Victoria instantly and she made us feel super welcomed! The parking was great, and the rooms were so clean! Victoria was extremely helpful and I definitely recommend this place :)

The staff are friendly and I have to say that the two separate says we had Josh on the front desk was wonderful and Desiree on our second stay was very helpful. The housekeeping staff are very hospitable and one went out of her way to give us fresh towel. The rooms are very clean and if you have anything issues at all the staff promptly respond and take care of everything.

For a cheap last-minute motel, this fit the bill perfectly. I wasn't expecting too much from a Motel 6, but it was stocked with plenty of towels, water cups, and bar soap. It is close to the freeway so that can be a nuisance without some earplugs or headphones. Room itself wasn't too all that big. Felt a bit cramped. Air con. was great to cool or heat the room to my desired temperature. Bathroom had a walk-in style shower. Floors were laminated hardwood. Free complimentary coffee in the office in the mornings. Also, a 10% discount to Denny's which is a quick walk away. Show your room key when paying. Check out is 11:00 am so plan accordingly. Not too shabby of a place. On the south side of Eugene which doesn't have many fast food places (most of it is north side).

We had an unexpected extended stay at this place due to some vehicle issues that needed to get fixed, I had originally booked for 2 nights but then we discovered we would need a whole week in addition to our two days. The front desk staff were more than helpful in making sure we could stay in the room we were already in. The location is pretty isolated from Eugene and Springfield but it is just a short drive to either for whatever you are looking for. The hotel had a Dennys right next door and a couple gas stations so we could get food while the vehicle was in the shop. Interesting guests, tho. It seems there were quite a few longer term residents but the security lights outside kept our belongings safe

Super convenient and off the highway. My room was clean and spacious. I love how Motel 6 is always pet friendly. I'm an easy person who just wants a bed to crash for the night. Sure, I can pay extra for a hotel but what for? This motel fulfils everything I need.

The front desk staff was very nice. We were exhausted. The room, perfect. Clean, neat, quiet. The beds, super soft. Only negative was the shower, though very modern, still spilled lots of water out the sides of the curtain which made a slippery hazard even with the bathmat.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful area. Next to freeway but room was pretty quiet. No microwave in my room but was one accessible in common area to heat up leftovers. Good for the price I paid! Showers were hot and pillows were A+

The rooms are nice and seem newly renovated. There is a Denny's right next door. The freeway noise wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I will definitely stay here again as it has easy access to u of o and downtown. Check in staff was nice and considerate.

I have stayed at a few motels in my days, but this motel is the best. Not only are the prices great, but the service is as well. I want to especially thank barb for her awesome customer relations expertise. She went way over and beyond her call of duty to make sure I had what I needed. She offered me toothpaste which is something that I wasn’t aware was an option. That may not mean squat to you, but to me it was definitely something. Also I would like to give thanks to marie, one of the motels maids. She has great attitude and also wonderful customer relations quality. Thank you guys very much for your patience and your service. Love you guys. Also the Denny’s right next door is a awesome perk.

On the highway motel 6, what can you say. The staff is kind, hard working, and respectful. The staff enforces the mask policy which is nice. The rooms are a bit confined even for a motel 6 and the accommodations are dated but again, motel 6. Everything is clean. One downside was that parking was completely full when we came back from a concert at 1am. I asked the front desk for help and they said I might be able to park at Dennys next door. I didn't get towed so there's that. Be prepared for limited parking though.
