My
husband
and
I
reserved
a
room
for
2
nights
at
almost
$300.00.
We
had
to
pay
Xtra
for
fridge
and
microwave
so
we
did.
We
got
to
hotel,
room
not
ready,
waited
2
hours
to
get
room.
No
microwave,
tv
don't
work,
a/c
control
cover
broken
on
floor,
2'
x
2'
ceiling
door
broken
and
dangerous.
We
brought
all
this
up
and
they
looked
at
us
like,
"oh
well"!
The
big
man
just
kept
putting
it
off
and
putting
it
off,
finally
they
told
us
maintenance
manwas
repairing
a
microwave
and
he
will
bring
it
to
you.
2
hours
later
he
brings
a
microwave
in,
says,
"please
dont
pull
handle
from
bottom
because
its
still
drying",
plugs
it
in
and
leaves.
We
turned
on
microwave
and
it
smelled
like
it
was
burning
wires
and
then
showed
"err1"
on
screen
and
quit
working.
Went
to
front
desk
and
big
man
says,
"don't
know
what
to
tell
you,
you
can
use
the
communal
microwave
in
the
hallway"!
ARE
YOU
SERIOUS.
My
husband
came
back
to
room
and
after
an
hour
he
got
up,
went
to
big
man
and
told
him,
"Were
paying
almost
$300
for
a
rundown
room
and
had
to
pay
extra
for
microwave,
you
better
go
get
me
a
microwave
or
refund
my
money"!
He
refunded
1
night
but
we
have
to
leave
and
still
charged
us
for
the
room.
Unbelievable
staff
and
that's
not
in
the
positive
aspect.
LAZY.
Big
man
and
his
friends
would
rather
stand
out
front
and
smoke
cigarettes
or
whatever
instead
of
doing
something
to
ensure
people
stays
were
pleasant.
I
know
customer
service
is
pretty
much
non
existent
anymore
but
come
on
people,
have
some
respect
for
atleast
yourself
if
not
towards
your
customers.
We
WILL
NOT
stay
at
another
motel6
in
this
lifetime.
In
20
years
we've
stayed
at
motel6
3
times,
STRIKE
3
YOUR
OUT.
NEVER
AGAIN
