This review will probably inspire the owners to keep my 50.00-dollar deposit, which is 25.00 more than I've paid at any other place during this trip, but I will gladly pay it to tell you the owners are rude - it's probably because I showed up in a bikini top and athletic pants instead of my suit, but one of them even asked me (just based on my appearance as I was walking to my room) if she could help me, and this was after I had paid for my room. It made me feel quite unwelcome. Also, when I called to ask about the deposit reimbursement, I was obviously annoying the owner despite how hard I tried to be polite and explain I had to travel on a budget. All of that aside, there was old furniture and materials all over the place and the carpet in my room hadn't even properly been tacked down. Steeper discounts should be offered due to the state of reconstruction. The owners should take some time to learn about authentic hospitality.

If I could give zero stars it would be a more accurate description of this place. Walked upstairs to our second floor room, the hallways were littered with construction materials and old sinks and toilets. Entered the room and it reeked of cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room. There was a dirty sock from a previous guest under one of the chairs in the room. We checked out immediately and went to a different hotel. The parking situation isn’t ideal either. Anyone reading this: pay extra money to stay elsewhere, you’ll thank me.

The hostes aggressively suggested my 50 security deposit be in cash. There was old broken and rotting furniture and mattresses on each end of each floor(of which there are only 2). When I told her I would be leaving before the desired 11am check out time she again aggressively suggested I should pay the 50 in cash instead of my debit card.

The rooms are newly renovated. Could have been cleaned better. Okay, as far as the quality and location.

The rooms were nice and the staff was really friendly. It's right in the middle of the college area. Air horns and loud partying all night. But the price was good and it didn't bother me too much. Just remember you used to be 20 at one point.

The motel doesn't look too nice on the outside, but the room we had seemed recently renovated. The room was clean and the bathroom seemed new. Even though we were on a busy street and next to a 7-11, noise was not an issue for us or our kids. The motel is centrally located in Eugene with easy access to the university, the river trails, breweries and the Pancake House. Check in and check out were easy.

The breakfast here is so much better than any big hotel we have been too. Tastes like real home cooking and juices are Not watered down. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Hospitality is fabulous. We were even allowed to leave our bags in the office after we checked out as we had hours to explore yet before our trip out.πŸ’š

The toilet was plugged when we checked in, it was possibly under remodel because the transition between the room and bathroom had sharp edge tile edges and carpet tack the towel rack is falling down. And at some point during the night someone opened the door and left it cracked. If you have a problem with trains then be advised that there 3 times in the night...

Good price, our room was newly renovated, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was really nice, better than most places that cost much more. And the aircon unit was really quiet.

Mattresses not very comfortable and quite noisy at night being practically on campus. But very clean.

Room smells, haf bugs, I was immediately itching, 80s carpet, staff were very unhelpful, parking was tiny. Hands down worst hotel I have stayed in. I would recommend the back seat of a geo metro before this hotel. Leave your car locked about 5 miles away

I had a terrible experience last night! The Room was not even clean for well over 100$. Plus we were kept awake all night by people shouting in the rooms below us, making threats of violence and boasting of past violent altercations in "California-Prison". Plus the staff/owners were extremely rude and unpleasant! They literally approached our vehicle upon arrival, to inquire of our business on their property, and attempted to literally start checking us-in before we even exited the vehicle (it was bizare!). The owners are of Indian origin and seem to have yet accepted cultural and social norms in America. Both me and my wife felt they talked to us with a clear, but false sense of"superiority"

Nice remodeled rooms but the Desk clerk was rude and not nice. Charged us 75.00 to have a late check out. I was smoking a cigarette and he told me and my friend 3 times don't smoke in the room. Duh, told him I wouldn't and he treated me like a criminal and didn't believe that I wouldn't.

Wish I could rate 0 stars. Mike at the front desk was not helpful at all and could care less about our concerns. Just very rude person. In extremely scary area. Our door wouldn't lock. There was cigarette ash on the bed. I tried to let him know what the issues were and he just said "okay?" and let me know it was non refundable. I paid $250 for this room. It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

The hotel is being remodeled. Was dirty and furniture all over the walkways. Very noisy location near the university. No breakfast offered.

Two queen size beds are not clean, room has smell, breakfast not included and room rate is unreasonably high.
