Rooms are very clean. Appreciated the full size refrigerator, stove, cooking utensils, shower shampoo, body soap, location right across the street from trails. Staff are all excellent & very nice. Change rooms if they give you Room 314. Upon walking in, there was a smoke smell, even more evident opening the bathroom door that someone had previously smoked in this room. I asked for a room change and the staff was extremely understanding & accommodating allowing me to switch. Got switched to another room on the 1st floor, but this room was right outside their patio area & right next to the housekeeping laundry room. No noise from neighbors, but some humming from the laundry room & people hanging out right outside the patio. So Room 117 not so good either. Their other door was out of service, so only the main entrance was accessible when typically hotels have at least 3 entrances/exits..

No pool. No breakfast (Grab-N-Go is the only food). These might be because they have long term stay rates, but we were not told that until after we we checked in and WE had to ask about the amenities. There's an upcharge if you want to have a room on the side with the river view. The room's blackout curtains do not close, leaving a 4-foot gap in the middle, so the bright parking lot lights shine into the room all night long. Some other minor nuisances, like no bar soap, and bath towels on the opposite side of the bathroom from the shower. Posted signs say maximum one parking spot per motel room. Most staff were nice on our stay, except the desk clerk prioritized personal matters above guest service.

OMG, not sure why reviews are bad! We had a great stay! The only thing missing was the breakfast. We got a double queen for us and the kids. The room was very spacious! It had everything. Almost full kitchen. Stove, huge fridge, kitchen counter, dishwasher (I think?), coffee pot, big bathroom, full closet, huge office desk. It was affordable, nice and clean! I will definitely come back!

Very little parking. We decided to book last minute due to the wild fires. Big spacious room with big bathroom. Needs a little updating, Space for improvement in cleanliness. Bathroom had very little shampoo and no conditioner. I was the first to shower in Mt family and noticed Bloody boogers on the curtain and yellow snot on the shower. Room was very noisy with neighbors and cars from both street and freeway. Staff was nice and friendly. Sad I couldn't give them 5 stars.

Such an awesome experience with this team and the hotel. The kitchens made it wonderful and as long as you read the website and understand that it’s a long term stay type hotel, I wasn’t disappointed at all. Also the prices were totally worth the value!Lesley the manager and her team are wonderful. I’ll definitely be staying again! Highly recommend.

Was all fine until our toilet clogged and they spent a hour not getting a plunger. Then suggested that we could wail until they got a Plummer in the morning or going to the lobby to use the toilet. So I spent an hour of my time, that I could have been relaxing after a very long day, using my fuel that is currently ridiculously expensive, and spending my money getting a plunger so we could comfortably stay in a room we paid for so we could relax after a long day. To say the least, extremely unhappy. If I could have given negative stars for service, I would have.

Told us we needed to leave when our house burnt down and we're displaced because of the marathon and the fact they can get double the room rate. Shameful we were told our stay was till the 9th of may they lied. Not saying they are bad but need their ducks in a row and more compassion. Overall the hotel is excellent but the office needs work

The staff was amazing at this hotel. They are located approximately ~10 mins of driving distance towards any grocery shops. Our room was really quiet facing the parking. They have a kitchen, a full size refrigerator, very nice beds and pillows. All linens were purely clean! They do accept both dogs AND cats! There’s a free guest laundry and a pretty nice gym. There’s a dishwasher in the room. There’s no oven, there’s only the stovetop. The closet was spacious. The armchair was a bit worn and scratched, as well as the table surface. They do have a business center (a computer with the printer) in the lobby, a room with snacks and drinks (purchased separately). The only consideration I had was the absence of light on the office desk inside the room. It would be helpful if at least a table lamp would be set up. At other Candlewood locations they would have ceiling lamps hanging right above the desk, but not at this location. There’s a number of home kitchen appliances available for rent. The parking is free of charge.

Surprisingly nice and comfortable rooms with full fridge, stop top, dishes etc. No pool or hot tub but worth it if you want the comfort of home. I'll definitely book here again.

The hotel was fine but one of the staff members named Evelyn made us feel very uncomfortable. She kept making creepy gestures and comments towards my son and we do not appreciate that. I will be trying to contact her boss. It was fine

This room was very comfortable and I'd be happy spending weeks here. The refrigerator was noisy when it was cooling but other than that the room was quiet. The bed was great (wife said it was a little firm). There are so many drawers and the kitchenette is perfect.

This would have been a full 5 stars, but the bathroom smelled musty, and following my shower, I realized there is no air fan in the bathroom. Immediately explained the smell. Super comfortable bed and fully accessable. Full sized fridge! Super late check in, Would stay here again.

Really enjoyed staying there, the rooms were very clean, fully equipped kitchen, (full-size refrigerator) beds super comfy, linens and towels were very nice, good location and a super convenient food pantry inside. Overall, it was a great experience.

The hotel was great and the staff was helpful. However, I did a 3 week stay and noticed many small spiders in the room during the last 1-2 weeks. The parking is tight for larger vehicles. It's not walking distance to much. Overall, I would stay there again.
