Great location, good communication prior to visit. However, fridge went out at night lost all the food we bought and all front desk said was sorry about that. Maintenance was great as well once notified. UPDATE: I want to correct this review. Manager contacted me and made things right. He was unaware of the situation. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location. Terry at the front was excellent! No complaints about the room or staff. A good hotel, tons of parking, just off I-5. Recommended.

For some reason the shower was cool at 0800. I ran that hot water for a good ten minutes and it was still cool. I ran the hot water in the sink at about 0900 and it was hot, so I can only guess all those other guests (that happen to be old) got up early and used up all the hot water or maintenance took care of the issue. Other than that, this is a fantastic hotel and would be a five star experience. Hopefully the cool shower was simply caused by a one off maintenance issue (rather than those pesky old people) and isn’t systemic. I really would have enjoyed that hot shower before I traipsed off into the woods for three days of camping.

We had a wonderful stay, the only drawback was the view from our room on the second floor, facing east. Mostly HVAC equipment. Otherwise, the staff are very polite and friendly. The rooms were clean and quiet and they had the Michigan Ohio State game on their TV. Go Blue. 🏈😅

Spent some time here recently for a romantic getaway. The room was wonderful. I do wish the tub or shower was accommodating for a couple. The smoking area could use a bench but that is small potatoes really. The breakfast was amazing. The bartender, I want to say her name was Joanna, did the perfect pour on our drinks (amaretto sour and kamikaze). We usually stay at hotels in areas with more to do but it was nice to be in a quiet area. I look forward to staying again.

We really enhoyed our stay. The individuals that helped us out/served us there where the best. The bar tender was excellent and made the best margaritas. The breakfast people were just wonderful and the food was very good. Front Desk people were also great. We enjoyed, really enjoyed our 2 nights there. We hope to have good reasons to return.

Payed almost $400 a night, My wife couldn't even get a side of Ranch or Mayonnaise because the front dest said they were out, I called front desk also after hearing this and was talked down to by an employer. At breakfast I asked for a side of mayo and ranch and was given them immediately. SO MUCH FOR KITCHEN COMETELY OUT!! Room was pretty NOT WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM A HILTON INN. Walls, doors, baseboards all scuffed up. Light covers disgusting, dust on everything, big red circular cup stains on floor. Much more but don't want to waste anymore of my time on Hilton

Our room had women’s underwear behind the fridge and the waiters at the grill are a bit rude. Everything else was just fine and the staff at the front desk were very kind.

The staff and service were great and the location had an amazing amount of restaurants and stores located within walking distance. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Now for the negative, the place needs a serious overhaul...fresh paint and wall paper and maybe even carpet but at least clean the carpet. When we were there they had at least floor three under some sort of construction (husband said fire sprinklers leaked and he is in construction but I'm not sure). Wall paper was ripped down in sections and the "baseboards" were rolled up in sections all down the hall. I still could overlook ALL of that BUT the two of us did not get a hot shower in four days. I didn't even get enough hot water to wash my face the last day there. The best I got was less then three minutes on one day and I washed the important parts quickly ;). Just buyer beware...great location and staff but definitely room for improvement.

This hotel is just fair. Beds were comfortable, room was pretty clean but looked directly out at the rooftop air handlers and black slop surrounding them—both ugly and noisy. Desk and restaurant staff were friendly. Carpets, walls, etc. in common spaces filthy and worn. Breakfast wasn’t very good—and (typical for Hilton these days) was used as a way to squeeze a few dollars from guests. If the price was reasonable in either points or money I could overlook some of this for the pleasure of a good bed, but given the high price (on an off-season weekday!) I can’t recommend the place.

Reserved for 2 nights, got there early had to wait 3 hours to check into a dirty room, YES a DIRTY ROOM! My wife forgot mayonnaise and ranch for her dinner so she goes to front desk and asks for a couple sides; the front desk told her kitchen is all out. She came back to our room and told me, so I called down to front desk and asked them if they told my wife they are all out of these things and he states, "BECAUSE THEY ARE"! The following morning at 6:00 am I went down to kitchen and ASKED AND RECEIVED A SIDE OF RANCH AND MAYONNAISE. Being disrespected and also LIED TO by an establishment that's supposed to be #1 is their way of making sure we return???? Don't think so. WE CHECKED OUT AND WENT TO BEST WESTERN.

This place needs an update! Wallpaper held on by packing tape, mold on walls in bathroom, clogged sinks, no hot water, very noisy AC units and trash left in the bed surround. I had to switch my room 3 times within 2 days. Very unclean and the front desk staff was not what I’ve come to expect from a Hilton property. Next time I’ll stay at the Hyatt off Coburg!

Black Mold all around shower. Had to go buy cleaner with bleach before I put my feet in there! Gross. Beds are hard. Mine had. Place where Humpty Dumpy slept and indented it. Carpet filthy, spots all over. Thankfully they had a portable AC since the real one didn’t work. Made it super noisy by the interstate because the window was partly open for the hose from the portable AC. Furniture was dark and nicked in many places. Especially the bathroom. The granite in the bathroom has to be original because it’s from early 2000s. Overall not impressed, especially with the prices they are asking. Won’t be staying here again unless it’s a brand new renovation.

I have stayed at this hotel previously and over the past couple of years it has become quickly run down. Here are a few things I experienced: 1. My digital key didn't work and I had to lug all my luggage back downstairs to get a key card (person behind counter says "Ya, that happens a lot") 2. The hallway had baseboards ripped up and wires hanging out of the wall. They are possibly fixing something but there was no work done for the week that I was there 3. The shower was very dirty and covered in soap scum 4. Lights were burned out and flickering 5. The air conditioner made an incessant banging noise ALL NIGHT LONG. My teammate said his AC was broken and there was flooding all over the floor. I was miserable and likely will not stay there in the future and I wouldn't recommend.

Would not recommend this hotel. We were given a handicap accessible room which we did not request and were told that was the only available room. The room smelled like a cafeteria and had a big stain on the carpet. The shower was gross and had black spots on the bottom edge.

We've been using a conference room for a fire management team. It's very nice, good WiFi connection, and they're taking good care of us!

It was a great experience. Handicap and service dog friendly. Close to the freeway for easy access. It was pleasantly quiet.

Went for Jr Olympics. Not a far drive. Many close restaurants nearby which helped a ton. Staff nice and helpful. Breakfast a little pricey. IHOP across the street and Dennys across the st from them.

Rooms old and smell old and dirty, beds old. Pool dirty, we didn't swim in it and jacuzzi water was brown color, nasty. Over all would not stay there again.

What a great time here in Springfield for Graduation! The rooms and staff were wonderful. Breakfast was a highlight. Deby is amazing. Very friendly and such a hard worker. Thank you Hilton.

Nice property and staff. Easy access from I-5. I stay at many HGIs as a Hilton Diamond member and this is one of the best maintained ones.

Clean and convenient. The staff is actually super friendly which is great. There is nothing amazing about the room but nothing is missing either. I would stay here again.

Staff is very friendly. Room was clean and well stocked with what we required. Temperature in room was just right. Breakfast (there is a charge for all you can eat, but it's reasonable) was very good and the cashier/waitress was wonderful. I would definitely stay there again if I am in the Eugene/Springfield area.

What an amazingly beautiful hotel the pool was super clean. The hot tub was wonderful. But was was really exceptional was the breakfast people Peggy and Carri were so helpful. They even made us a custom omelette! Wow, nothing like being treated with super friendly fun people first thing in the morning.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. With plenty of dining close by the staff was able to recommend multiple places for us to eat.

Front desk personnel are friendly and proficient. Rooms need to turn on the cooling fans in winter days for comfortable night sleep. Hot shower is cooling off in a short time. Next door staying person can make walls shaking if stumpping allowing the doors sprung shot.

Right off on the East side of I-5. Great location for within a 5 min walk or ride to shopping and food. Staff is exceptionally friendly and welcomes all visitors. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfy with high-quality linens. I highly recommend and will be my first choice when needing to lodge.

Let’s look at the good of this hotel. First of all, it’s super clean! It’s been a very long time since I have been to a clean hotel, so thank you for that. Price was decent for the hotel. Pool, hot tub was great. There’s a laundry room with venting machine in there. Free Wi-Fi and parking. Now for the negative. The front desk lady wasn’t too helpful. She was nice enough, but was too interested in flirting with all the guys coming to see her. Every time we wanted to ask her a question (because she didn’t explain anything to us) she was busy talking to another guy and flirting. The fridge wasn’t too cold, and it didn’t have a freezer. I had to dump my ice cream because no freezer. Granted that was my fault for not looking before I got it, but still. Also, and I know this isn’t the fault of the hotel, but there’s a couple that was banging each other all night in the other room close to us, and she was so loud it was ridiculous. Almost had to ask for another room. So what I’m saying is that the walls are pretty thin. We probably won’t be staying here again.

This is the 2 conference we had there and it was as great as the 1st. The hotel is sparkly clean and the staff is very efficient and helpful, couldn't be better. Our conference meal server Deby was so friendly and efficient I say enough good things about my stay

Easily accessible property. Ample parking which is also free of charge. Rooms are clean and pleasant. Could use some additional support personnel in the kitchen/ restaurant area but the quality was good just a little slow.

I just recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for a week. I was in Springfield for work. I liked the location for my work and the hotel seemed clean and well kept. The staff was great. Nice touches were coffee, tea and hot chocolate available in the lobby. They do serve a breakfast and dinner ( you must pay unless you have Gold or higher status) and they have an open bar in the evening. The room was large and clean. Overall, it's a pretty quiet room. The drawbacks were, road noise which only happened to hear when someone with loud exhaust drove by, the bathroom had a little bit of mold in the shower caulk which I reported to the front desk, and the fitness center was kind of small and got crowded fast.
