I
stayed
at
this
hotel
on
June
25th
2020
and
had
,
hands
down,
the
most
unpleasant
and
unfair
treatment
I
have
ever
received
at
a
hotel.
I
had
a
friend
help
me
bring
my
things
into
my
room
and
with
cleaning
and
moving
out
in
the
morning.
She
had
her
very
well
behaved
service
dog
with
her
both
times
but
they
did
not
stay
for
more
than
15
minutes
either
time.
The
room
was
left
cleaner
than
it
was
when
we
checked
in
and
we
even
tipped
house
keeping
to
be
nice.
I
returned
the
keys
and
checked
out
at
the
appropriate
time
and
was
told
nothing
about
the
fact
I
was
going
to
be
charged
100
dollars
for
violating
a
no
pet
policy
which
was
never
explained
to
me.
I
was
never
told
this
because
there
was
no
legitimate
reason
for
this
charge.
When
I
discovered
the
charge
on
my
account
I
contacted
the
hotel
and
the
lady
I
spoke
with,
who
said
she
was
the
manager,
refused
to
give
me
any
info
on
the
reason
for
the
charge
or
to
even
give
me
her
name.
I
was
very
reasonable
in
explaining
the
situation
and
she
refused
to
speak,
said
I
was
abusing
her,
and
just
simply
hung
up
the
phone
on
me
every
time
I
tried
to
call
and
discuss
this
issue
with
her.
This
is
childish
behavior
she
is
using
to
dodge
answering
my
questions
on
the
charge.
All
she
said
was
I
violated
a
no
pet
policy
which
was
never
explained
to
me.
I
would
not
recommend
staying
at
this
hotel
to
anyone.
Rooms
are
very
much
in
kept
up
and
staff
is
shady
,
always
looking
for
a
way
to
con
guests
out
of
whatever
money
they
can,
and
the
rudest
staff
I
have
ever
encountered.
All
front
desk
and
management
should
either
be
retrained
on
how
to
offer
actual
customer
service
or
they
should
be
fired.
Worst
hotel
experience
ever.
