Loved this place. Reasonable rate, smiles greeted us, clean and comfortable room, plus a great breakfast selection. This was one of the best places on our travels to say goodbye to an Uncle. The staff were responsive and the beds gave us the best sleep in days. Just what we needed to start a difficult journey.

From the staff, to the location, to the breakfast, to the absolutely insane level of cleanliness. This hotel is 5 stars all the way. We were staying here due to my son having surgery at Riverbend Day Surgery Center just down the street. The staff immediately gave us a 2pm checkout so we would be able to bring him back and rest after surgery before driving home. When we brought him back I assumed since housekeeping was on our floor we might have a knock and have to remind them of our late checkout, nope, no one bothered us! The breakfast was delicious, we had fresh pancakes, biscuits and gravy, bacon, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, cinnamon rolls, toast, yogurts, fruit, and I saw gluten and dairy free options. We travel a fair amount as a family, usually to touristy places like Orlando or Anaheim and I can confidently say I’ve never seen such a clean hotel that was as busy as this property. We will absolutely stay again and recommend this property!

Wish I could give this place ten stars. The beds are SO comfortable, the rooms are very clean. They allow pets which is great and they are so kind and welcoming about pets, they don’t just tolerate it. The front desk associates are kind and happy to serve. The pool is also very clean! Love it love it love it! Hotel experiences are hit and miss but this place nails it all.

Great hotel, beautiful room, excellent breakfast included in your stay with daily rotating options. Clean pool and hot tub open until 10. Front Staff, kitchen staff, housekeeping and maintenance were all kind helpful, and engaging. I had conversations with them all over our 5 night stay. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Great spot for a family trip!!

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn a couple of times and have enjoyed each visit. It is well situated for the I-5 traveller, offers a breakfast and has restaurants within walking distance. I found the lobby, hallways and the room extremely clean and well cared for. I hope to have time to enjoy the pool and gym on my next visit, which should be within the month. Kudos to all the friendly staff!👏🏻

I was very impressed by the front desk people, and the rest of the staff. Very polite and professional. The room was very nice the bed was very comfortable and I can't say I really had any problems except for the parking, which is basically non-existent, if you get there too late (in their defense, a section of the parking lot was cordoned off at the time).

Best experience I have had at a hotel in a while. Hotel was very well kept and clean. Beds were so comfy. Breakfast was great. Even the breakfast attendant who overheard my son who saw the apples and only wanted one peeled, she offered to peel one for him. A few minutes later she brought it peeled and sliced for him! Just a great experience all around.

I can't stop talking about the breakfast! Wow. Delicious! They even have gluten free options for the wifey. The hotel has great friendly vibes. They also accommodate your furry pets. Only a $20 added charge for the entirety of your stay. The rooms were clean and up to date with all the technology. The only thing I could suggest is having a fan/vent in the bathrooms. And a designated dog area to take your pets out to potty.(unless I missed it)The Dove products smelled great! This location is great, access to major freeways, plenty of restaurants/fast food/gas stations/shopping centers. Even a 2min walk to the nearby "Hop Valley" brewery & restaurant. Awesome local brews! All in all had a great experience with the Holiday Inn Express in Springfield, Oregon. I hope this transfer to all the HIX. They rate it as a 3 star but i would give it 4 star ratings. Room prices are affordable. I Definitely recommend staying here.

No complaints from us! The breakfast here was very good. It was easy to get to, had a relaxing hot tub, and the beds were comfortable. The only quip I have is that there were many dogs at this hotel and there was so dog hair on the floor in our room. If you're allergic that may be something to be aware of.

A great place to relax & be comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with many options; staff was courteous & helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable, & spacious with microwave & refrigerator. The lobby & dining area are open & very nice to visit with family. I had a wonderful experience & really enjoyed my stay in Springfield.

I loved my stay here, I'm gonna stay here everytime i come to visit family im Eugene. The room was spacious and super clean. The staff went above and beyond to set us off on our cross country trip and make sure we were set. They were super professional and helpful. The best part was the swimming pool and hot tub, me and my fiancee enjoyed it for a couple hours. The hotel was quiet and peaceful despite it being located in downtown and it being crazy busy with traffic. Best stay on our cross country trip!! I highly recommend anyone to stay here!

We stopped here for 1 night. Staff was super friendly! We were driving a small motorhome and pulling a jeep. They had plenty of parking. The parking lot also had security over night so we felt safe leaving stuff in both vehicles. The best part of this hotel was the dog area! 5 stars alone for this reason. The dog area was so nice. It’s a nice large area with grass. It was clean and they provided dog poop bags and everything. Please keep this place in mind if you need a dog friendly place to stay!

The rooms were clean and quiet. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. The manager, Mike, went way out of his way to make us all feel comfortable and was very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was good! I would definitely stay there again.

Everyone that works here is absolutely amazing. I stay here regularly because of work, so I see the employees fairly often and a lot of their interactions with other guests, not one person has ever treated better or worse than anyone else from what I've seen. The pool is well taken care of, the gym is great to keep up with your basics, the rooms are usually very clean and the breakfast is awesome for a free one.
