Clean rooms comfy beds. Little dated but shower pressure was good albeit comically short. I would stay there again no question. Clean safe. Good location near restaurants and Bars just a short walk away.

Very can and cute exterior, comfy rooms, very friendly front desk. Husband and daughter slept great, I’m a lighter sleeper so the road traffic and trains were a bit loud in the room but definitely would stay again.

We came to Eugene on the Amtrak to see the Brit Floyd concert at the Hult Center. Just a 5 minute walk from the train station. Very friendly service. It is an older property, but that's okay. It was clean and comfortable, and the only drawback was a slight odor (maybe from someone's pet?). A Huge bonus was the small restaurant named Brails on 5th just one block away. Great breakfast. We would certainly stay there again. Four AND A HALF Stars for sure

It said it had breakfast, well when we went sown there there was nothing, and the girl working the front acted like she was put out for me asking about it, when it was advertised, and part of the reason we chose to stay there.. she grabbed some danishes n put 3 on the shelf for us,and said people had already cleared them out, which wasn't true, cause the breakfast counter was yhe same way all6 days we were there..

Made our reservation directly with their office for their King Delux room. Ended up getting a very shabby queen room. It was clean, and since it was for just one night we took what we could get. Be sure to double check your reservation by calling them before your arrival, and keep in mind that the photos on the website are a bit nicer than what you actually get.

Very good for a 2-star hotel, all except the wifi. Had to use my own hotspot. Comfy beds, secure door hardware. Great, huge TV's. This is a nice, clean, well-kept older hotel. Breakfast is packaged goods, fruit and coffee.

In town on business - Great place to stay on a budget. It is right next to a busy road, but the noise isn't too bad. Clean rooms, great service, cold a/c (SO nice for these HOT summer days). They even have a continental breakfast, though my work had me leaving too early to grab some. It's within walking distance of fast food, coffee, food trucks, bars, a dispensary, tobacco stores, convenience stores, and the Amtrak. So it's really a great location. I definitely recommend staying here.

I have a service dog and didn’t notify the front desk. I have documentation my dog is a service dog. Korena charged my card an additional $135 for my dog. On top of the $100 deposit. Not to mention the room refund for tonight. Not refunded yet. This is fraudulent and I reported to my bank. Edit: finally refunded however I was told I am on the do not rent list. So I am not welcome back anytime

Lovely place. A pile of good pillows, nice ladies running the place and tidy facility down to the fridge in the room. We'll be back.

The room was nicely clean. The location was noisy, the bed was too firm, the handle on the tub was loose, the fridge was noisy, something buzzed repeatedly outside and the place was too expensive for the quality.

We reserved a room for a week and when we showed up we immediately found ants in the bathroom and in the room. The last straw was finding them on the bed. We told the front office and they moved us. That was cool but the fridge was smaller. The mattress was so uncomfortable I had to sleep in my car after I couldn't take it anymore the first night. One of the reasons we chose thus hotel is they advertised a "continental breakfast" 3 of the 6 mornings they didn't have anything but ice water. The other days they had granola bars, package oatmeal and sub par apples. It was a let down to say the least. I was very disappointed to read so many others complaining about the same thing and the hotel responds with the same generic reply but doesn't actually do anything to make the experience better. Stop saying we'll do better if you actually won't. We won't be visiting thus hotel again.

The room was clean, no fault with that. However the heat was off and the room was very chilly. And, no carpeting, so cold feet! The issue started when we we told by the front desk clerk knocking on our door, that we couldn't leave our cow dogs in our vehicle. The reason stated was that the management would be held liable if something happened to them. I replied that the contents of our vehicle were our responsibility, not their's. There's a very clear policy that management not responsible for lost or stolen property in vehicles. The reply still was animals cannot stay in a vehicle overnight. And, she pointed out for the 2nd time, that the dogs were not allowed inside the room. I replied again that we were aware of that! I explained, again, that our dogs were cattle dogs, outdoor dogs, not used to being indoors, and they would remain in the SUV with their beds, and would be just fine. She then told me that I would need to roll down a window for them. Yeah, ok, on a cold night I'm to leave a window down....she then told me I'd have to park the car on the street so they aren't liable for our dogs and car. BUT, she "wasn't telling me what to do"! Needless to say, we've had pleasanter stays. I am adding that after I submitted this review the owner kindly came by, apologized, and said that his office gal was learning. We appreciated his taking the time to personally come and apologize.

One of if not the cheapest in town, even so the rooms have always been clean. I have stayed at Courtesy Inn probably at least 10 different times, never had a complaint. Staff is helpful and friendly. Not sure if there is room service, but I never order it anyway. It is close to the rougher parts of town, but other than that it's a good, mostly quiet place to stay the night.

The comforter was stained and ripped. The air conditioner was no better than a fan. It didn't cool the room down and the fan only worked on medium. Not good in hot weather when you have medical conditions. The clerk was friendly. She was the only good thing about this place. Sorry. Not coming back and not recommending.

We were worried after having such a bad experience at another hotel. My teens really didn't want another trip down to Eugene. BUT... This Inn was worth it. Quiet. Quaint. Cottage feel. Easy check in and out. Fee wifi, coffee. Very soft beds with fluffy pillows. We all agreed that next trip down we'll stay here again. Staff from house keeping to the desk ladies were all nice and welcoming

Response: I will NEVER stay at this motel again. You should care about your guests WHEN THEY ARE THERE NOT AFTER THEY LEAVE A BAD REVIEW FOR YOU.

We paid for 6 nts since they promised working WIFI. We had to settle an estate & had to use our laptop. At midnight the 2nd night THE WIFI WENT OUT. We were told THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. We left because we had to find a motel with WIFI. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US A REFUND FOR 4 NIGHTS WE DID NOT EVEN STAY THERE DUE TO NO WIFI. All they could say is There is nothing we can do about that. BEWARE OF UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES. Do not stay here. THE BATHROOM HAD NO HEAT ALSO. Stay at the Comfort Inn

Clean, close to downtown. Street can be a bit noisy but not terrible. Overall enjoyed my stay and would return.

Super friendly and nice staff. Small room but two queen beds worked just fine. Bathroom sink was clogged so we washed in bath tub. Great price for a last minute room.

Was a fairly large clean room with a comfortable bed. Was pretty quiet for being next to a main road. Staff was nice. Right downtown so was close to most things. Only issue I had was the bathroom just seemed to stay cold especially the floor but other than that we had a nice stay and would come back. Free continental breakfast

This place exceeded expectations in every way. Very nice man at the desk. Very clean rooms and small little touches you would not expect at this price point.

Excellent hotel for what it is. Clean and nicely presented. Friendly and efficient staff. Great value for money I think.
